    I ordered scrubs from BeneFIT medical on November 29,2023. Order #*****. While I understood 3 of the 6 items were on back order, I did expect to possibly see at least 3 items sent. I have not received any items. The chat box on their website doesn't work. The phone number on their website doesn't work. Their e-mail elicits no response no matter how many times I e- mail them. I even called the Chamber of Commerce in *****. They referred me to the **************** and then to the water department to see if there was an open account for the company, there is but to contact the company seems impossible. If you go to the website today it is still open for orders and even when i did not order anything new, I got a response, probably automated, saying they saw something interested me do I want to take a sconed look. Seems like they should stop taking orders if they cannot fill them. I would like an apology and a credit back to my card. This is unfortunate as I have placed many orders through them in the past.

    I have been a customer with this company for years now, and never had issues. I just ordered a few sets of their scrubs which are on backorder and i am totally ok with it. I accidentally ordered a wrong size in my top ************ have since been trying to reach out to them and have them update this to size S especially since it hasnt shipped yet and is on backorder status. I cannot get anyone to respond to me. I have emailed, fb messaged and instagram and no response. It feels as if they went out of business but still charged me $179 .

    almost 3 months ago I ordered scrubs from this business. This had been my go to medical scrub shop but I am so disappointed. They charged me $ 179 and have not updated me on my order even when I continued to ask about it. There is never decency to even respond. They have ignored every message I sent. They need to refund the money or this will turn into a legal battle.


     
    Desired Outcome:
    refund immediately ; should probably send me a set of scrubs for free for the wait and a headache

    Benefit medical held a big holiday sale. I order multiple pair of scrubs. The transaction went through but I never received any kind of confirmation email and I never received the scrubs. I have reached out MULTIPLE times through email, have tried calling their customer service number, messaging the Instagram accountnothing! No response. I just want a refund at this point.

    I placed the order on November 6, 2023. They removed the money from my account and created a shipping label then cancelled it same day. I still have not received the scrubs or my money back. I have emailed numerous times with no response and when I call the number it states it is a non working number.

    On 10/26/23, I ordered a scrub top and scrub pants from this company. Someone contacted me the next day to say they were out of stock and wanted to know if I was okay waiting until they came back in stock. I said yes.3 weeks later I tried to contact the company to cancel my order because I decided to go a different route with my uniforms with my uniforms. There was no answer.I tried multiple times over multiple days to get in touch with the company but the phone number listed is disconnected and no one will return my emails. I want my money back.

    I placed an order for scrub pants and received a confirmation number (I screenshot it) there was never a confirmation email sent. My account has been charged for the product. I have sent multiple emails and have received no response. Their chat option is under maintenance and there is not a phone number to call.

    I originally placed a pre-order for scrubs on April 27th, 2023. After little to no communication the product was finally sent and I received it on September 16th. I was not satisfied with the product and sent multiple requests for a shipping label to return the items for a refund which was eventually answered. I shipped all of the items, including the "free gift" that was sent with my package back to the company, I can see by the tracking number of the label (which I have included as an attached document) that the package was received by the company on September 26th, 2023. Today's date is November 7th and I have sent multiple emails, attempted to call (the line for the business is disconnected), attempted to use their live chat feature (states it is down for maintenance) and sent multiple ******** messages both from my husband and myself hoping for an answer on our refund. There has been no refund and no communication regarding the status of the refund. We can see someone has read a number of our messages as well. I understand that in the grand scheme of the cases you work with that less than $100 is not significant nor a priority but I am concerned this has happened to others who ordered with them and I am hoping for a resolution for myself and the others that *** have been effected by this. Their website also appears as though it is still operational for purchasing, however they seem unable to complete refunds and operate as an honest business at this point.

    I ordered medical scrubs on 4/24/23 in the amount of $186.30. They then said it was on back order. Last month, I tried to cancel my order as I could not wait any longer and had to get them elsewhere. Their chat automatically says to email them about back orders. I emailed them several times, with no response. I tried to reach them via ******** on their page, with no response either. I did notice other comments were people have had the same issues. If they gave a refund they said same payment as before or store credit. I have a different card now and I don't want store credit since they don't have the produce I need.

    On June 10,2023 I placed an order for about $200. It said it was back ordered. In July, I made an attempt to cancel and refund me to no avail. In August another attempt was made to no avail. Late September I was told again It would be cancelled. Now its October 17 2023, still no word of refund or cancellation.
