I ordered these scrubs on back order. I understand that takes time. I've had not contact with them since I messaged about my address change. I've tried email, calling and the online chat with no response as to updates. I started worrying when it had been awhile and I keep seeing other people leave comments having the same issues. Ordered April ******* Order # ***** They mentioned some things were on back order but it has been over a month and I have emailed them twice to send the stuff that is not on back order. An order was placed for products offered by the business on 1/14/2024 totalling $193.20 with order confirmation number #*****. The items were stated to be on backorder and would be shipped as soon as they were restocked. I have not received any updates on my order since placing it and have attempted to reach out via email on March 5th and again on April 22. Email responses have gone unanswered and information regarding restock has been unavailable on public spaces. An acceptable resolution would be fulfillment of the order by June 30, 2024 or cancelation and full refund of any charges incurred.Customer Answer

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unresolved order (Order #*****) placed on your website on Black Friday (11/23/2023). Despite my attempts to reach out via email on 12/27/2023 and multiple phone calls to the listed number *************), my efforts have been met with no response and an inability to connect via the provided phone number.It has been a considerable amount of time since my order was placed, and the lack of communication or update on the status of my order is both disappointing and concerning. I placed an order on January 23rd for medical uniforms in the amount of *****. The money was debited from my account this same day. I have not received my order. I have emailed this company several times and have not received a reply. The phone number is out of order. When i try and request a refund online it states my order is non refundable. I purchased scrubs on the BeneFit Medical website on Decemeber 28, 2023. According to the website, a couple of the items were backordered. I have since tried to call the number on the website, it is disconnected. I have emailed their customer support email address. No response. I realize now it was either a scam or the company has gone out of business. There may be no way for me to recoup my money, but I hope that this helps in the process of them getting their website taken down/ social media adds taken down. They advertised as a veteran owned company. As a veteran, I always look to support fellow veterans. It's a shame that they are basically stealing money from health care professionals right now.Initial Complaint

I ordered scrubs off this website on November 24, 2023. I was promised expedited free shipping. It is February 22, ******************************************************************************************************************* regarding the order and when I placed the order there was no information stating that the items were sold out or on back order. In addition, I tried to call the company, the number listed on the website is not in service. I tried reaching out to contact via Instagram and someone responded saying that everything was on backorder, however, when I asked follow up questions, there was no response. I have also tried the direct chat on the website, however, there is just an automatic response. The sale is still posted on the website from Black Friday. May 2, 2023 I paid $168 for 2 sets of scrubs. I was informed they were back ordered and would be unavailable until September. Since November I have been trying to contact the company through multiple avenues including multiple Email attempts, ********* other social media, the ****** app any where I can try to talk to anyone I have tried to get any updates. Not a single request was answered or even acknowledged. I would like the order canceled and the money refunded. Never have I ever had a business be this disrespectful or unprofessional. I ordered scrubs from this place many times over the years and have never had an issue until recently. I placed an order in July of 2023 and have not received any of my items or even a refund for my items. I have sent multiple emails with no response. There is no working phone number to reach anyone and even on their online chat service no one ever gets back with you. This is suppose to be veteran based company but is really taking advantage of their customers and have turned out to be a huge let down for how they have treated their customers. Please dont brag what a wonderful veteran based company you are and ask for support and than do this to your customers.
