      Oh boy, what can I not say about this company. Charging me $150 a month for gig speed when the site shows it at $50 for gig and unlimited data. Sent my account to collections after I brought up the matter to Vyve but ONLY AFTER fraudulently adding an addition $100 for equipment "not returned" when your own people told me that I have had my own modem and router since 2019. I warned Vyve today that I was filing a complaint to the BBB for these matters and I was told "we see you would like a call back today on the matter, have a good day". When I first started using Vyve back in 2016 they were a decent company and would help you out a lot when you had problems. I don't know if new management took over or if there was some kind of merger but somebody needs to reach between their legs and yank on some ears until their head comes out of their a** This is the warning shot before I go to the next step of courtrooms. You have been warned.

      The connection with **** both for internet and cable is down more than any provider I have ever had. Find any service other than Vyve for your internet and cable tv and save yourself from a big headache. Here we are on Memorial weekend and the service has been out for two days.

      The company has the worst internet and technical support in existence. They actively try and scam you and I mean scam you by sending techs that do not understand anything at all but will lie and say they found nothing when the internet wont work while they are here then if they replace something they leave trash everywhere. they will not send a tech to the problem area in they alley way and it has been ridiculous you can visually see damaged lines that they will not replace. they will lie and say they changed it and nothing ever gets fixed. no one on this street gets any decent connection not even at businesses here can keep connected. you have cost everyone here money and do not waste your time on this.

      My mother had cable in her name for years. She died on 1/18. I called to cancel cable on 2/3 was told could not be cancelled until end of month but would not be billed for next month. On 2/27 payment was drafted from her account. Called again was told because my name was not on account they could not give me any info but did say account cancelled. Got another bill on 3/11 called again got no help would not tell me anything as my name not on account. Asked to speak to a supervisor refused my request. Company has given me no help would not recommend them to anyone awful customer service and do not seem to care.

      I would give this business a zero rating off possible they raised my monthly rate by 10 bucks a month and only included the notice on the bottom of a bill that I didn't get in the mail. I called to complain about the change and was basicaply told to **** it up. I told them I want the contract to terminate at the end of the contract period and was told it was too far out for them to put in a cancellation order. Basically trapped in the contract or have to pay full price for another year and a half of service to cancel, if you have any other options don't do business with Vyve!

      Worst ISP I have ever used. Regular service outages, attempted extortion practices warning of fees if dispatched Techs don't find fault with their equipment, but happy to upsell addon services t bypass those fees, avoid this ISP at all costs.

      They were a horrible service after the hurricane...still made us pay the bill even thought I didn't have internet for 6weeks....said that time would be credited to us...I finally canceled my service today...Feb 21 2025...they Siad I had to pay for the remainder of the billing cycle March 13th 2025...I tried to reach corporate and could not...only chat boxes. They are thieves and cons..I hope someone reads these reviews and it helps them to not make the poor decision made.

      Worst experience ever. Set up auto pay they raped my bank account $298.24 before they even came out to install the cable. Then install Eero6 had problems from the get go with it. Had to call numerous times to restart Eero6 had to have tech to bring new Eero6 equipment failure total bs in only 6 days of service longest service of internet was approximately 4hrs now they are saying it could take up to 90days to refund my money. I've filed a claim with the *** Communication worst cable company around

      They'll take your money and they'll raise your rates but they won't talk to you or provide consistent service. They now put you in this infinite loop if the service is out, you will never be able to talk to a human being or ask for a prorated fee. You're paying for 24/7 service but you're absolutely not getting it. I'm looking for other internet providers now.
