      I've had VYVE BROADBAND for 3 months with 5 service calls with 2 of them with no show to my residence. my internet service works good for a while and then the router resets on it's own. sometimes one after another. I'm in a motorhome and direct wired to modem from outside terminal. I'd advise to not use them unless your like that I don't have no other choice.

      I subscribed to Vyve Broadband on June 7, 2022. They came out and installed the cable from the box to the house and said someone would be out in a couple of days to bury the cable. No one came. July 1, 2022 we had no internet. I called and was told they did not have any outages. I called customer service three or four times a day for several days and got the same response. I cancelled the service and went back to the service I had before. I have asked for them to come and remove the cable ( it has still not been buried). I would like the cable removed from my house and out of my yard.

      For '6 MONTHS' I had just about every SINGLE day interruption of service!! Called support around 8 times and had techs out to my place well over 5 times. Was paying for the best connection but robbed stability with drop-offs multiple times a day. Terrible service for stability, would not recommend for streaming or competitive gaming. The only way I solved this issue was switching to another provider for DSL. Since I've been with the new provider for 2months, I have had NO service problems (AT ALL). DO NOT USE VYVE, I'm writing this in hope VYVE broadband can offer a service with no stability issues. God Bless.

      Imagine working a full day, you're tired and ready to sit down and play some games with your friends. You log in, and party up and preparing yourself for a good time. Then out of left field vyve pulls a sheet over your face a skull f**** you with 500 ping. Internet is unreliable and not worth the cost.

      Worst service ever!!! Always down. Have never had more than 3-4 days without getting service issues. Can never talk to anyone local. Not even in the state. So nobody has any answers.
