      This company should not be in business. The technicians in the field are the only positive thing about their service. But the management ties their hands in so many respects. When there is an outage and you try to call for any other reason. They detect that you are calling and hang up on you.

      The service of this company is of poor quality, multiple outages and interruption. We called and ask when our contract was up so we could change services and they told us a date, we canceled our services. Now they have extended our contracts a year even though they admit it is in the records where we had it canceled. Now they want us to pay out the rest of the contract at over **** dollars. This company is a ***** and scam with poor services. My advice is never call them and cancel any services as soon as you can.

      Do not do business with this Internet provider. We have 24 stores, and they were the only location that required over $1,000 to lay the fiber. Moving to a new service, I tried to disconnect. Every time I call, I'm told that the person cannot handle the request, but someone from the fiber department will contact me in a day. Never get a call back. I'm on my 4th try to disconnect today. (We also had spotty Internet service.)

      This company has the worst customer service of any company I have dealt with. Left my cable above ground because they were too lazy to bury it. Slow monthly price increases. Currently paying more for my plan than new customers would after promotions. Service interruptions are a regular occurence as well.

      This company is the worst internet provider that I have ever had. There customer service is terrible. They have absolutely no regard for their customers and lie consistently. I work from home and have to have consistent internet connection-was warned by previous owner of home they would regularly increase the bill by several dollars without agreement and this happened pretty much immediately. Regular outages; was on hold for 7 and a half hours one time when I finally got someone they told me that I was a liar because there automated system wouldn’t allow the customer to wait that long for a representative. All there representatives are rude. When you go in person to the office they lie about a manager being available and the only way you can talk to someone is to say you’ll wait until they become available then all the sudden the manager is there. This company are all scam artists and take advantage of being the only provider in the neighborhood. Moving out of area just because I can’t work like this.

      They have to leave the cable on the ground , as they dont have tools to drop the cable on the ground.the cable is above the driving way for two weeks, and they message us they will do it todaybut never had anybody came to drop down.and we were told, it may take 60 days to finish! Sooooo unbelievable this is a nationwide internet company .

      Would not recommend this service. Before moving out of state, I called to cancel our service as they do not provide to the ** area. Was able to cancel over phone and when asked if any equipment needed to be returned the customer service representative said no everything is wrapped up. Two months later I was harassed by collections stating I owed Vyve money for non returned items. I immediately called Vyve to fix the situation, returned item and triple checked nothing else was needed. Vyve docked my credit score 100 points for something that could of been resolved by 1 phone call. Our **** was always paid on time and have had no other issues from us before. This is still effecting my life because of the credit score deduction.

      DO NOT GET VYVE BROADBAND! This company is the WORST. Every other month we have some kind of outage in our town. It's almost impossible to get a honest answer out of them. The tech guy just leaves without even making sure out internet is working, and also has the audacity to blame US for our motem not working! Or they dont show up and lie and say we didn't answer our phone!At this point, my husband will lose his job and we won't even be able to afford vyves crappy service.

      Terrible ISP, the service is consistently inconsistent. There are outages so often that it makes anything requiring a consistent internet connection impossible. The service is low quality and does not deliver the speeds promised. On top of all this, they have the audacity to charge a service fee if you ever need something fixed.

      I am the most unhappy customer they have ever had. We turned off the cable and kept the Internet due to the rising cost and poor connection. Service personnel would come and check it out and tell us we are set then back to the cable cutting out again. For the price we paid the service was horrible and got the same answer and nothing was being fixed. In June 2022 we elected to go with only Enternet now and we have the same problem, it goes off all the time so we can't even watch a full movie. Anyone who wants cable or internet STAY AWAY FROM VYVE..... They take your money and give you the same answer when you call and complain. I am so distort and disappointed in this company that they have taken my money and not even offered some sort of a refund of a sort.
