I have had service with Vyve out of the McAlester office for 3 weeks now! I have had 3 different techs come out, and multiple phone calls. I have had such crap service. Constantly buffering, or will randomly go down and say “no internet” I pay for the highway package they offer so I don’t feel i should be having this any issues. I understand services go down sometimes, But this often in three weeks? And every-time a tech comes out it’s “well everything looks fine”. Had a tech/supervisor come out today. Said they fixed it but 2 hours after they left services went down again. Called and they said they would return our call and have someone back out today. No one showed up!! Definitely don’t recommend this company!Vyve Broadband, LLC

The internet they provide is horrible and when I tried to get the issues fixed, they never changed anything just came and said, "yep the device is working fine so there are no issues". Takes forever to download anything and that is despite having their 1 Gig service. The internet will randomly go down and there are 1-2 hours in the evening in my area where the internet always slows to a fraction of what it should be. If you can get a different internet provider, I would recommend trying them first since vyve broadband should only be a last resort if you have no other options.Vyve Broadband, LLC

Vyve is attempting to bill me for equipment that was returned when I canceled the account. They have turned it to collections which I am disputing with vigor! I will never do business with this contemptuous company again and would never recommend this service to anybody.Vyve Broadband, LLC

I'm so frustrated with Vyve broadband internet service. They tell you they are shutting down the internet for 2 hours for some reason. After 7 hours and counting they still haven't restored the service yet. This is a ongoing thing with this company. No wonder they aren't accredited by the BBB. If I could leave a "ZERO STAR" I would. Vyve has been the absolute worst internet provider experience I have ever had. Vyve charged $59.99 for service I never received. My account was deactivated and no one could tell me why I wasn't serviceable. I was told by customer service that I might or might not receive a refund and that if I did, it would be within two weeks. So I waited 3 weeks and called again without any helpful answers, so I did what any reasonable person would do, I disputed the transaction on my credit card and received the money a week later. 3 days later (4 weeks after deactive) I get a refund from **** (I missed it on my credit card), 4 weeks later Vyve deactivated my account without my knowledge. 5 months later I get a call from a collections agency telling me I owe $92 and that if I dont pay it my credit will be effected. So, I called Vyve and they told me it didnt make sense why I was being charged but she would contact her leadership team and resolve the issue. I received a call later that day saying that I would need to pay the $92 because I disputed the charge after **** refunded the money (not true, **** did refund the money but only after I received the adjustment from my bank over FIVE weeks after **** deactivated my account) so I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told I would get a call back. Next day I get a call back from the same lady repeating everything that we had talked about the previous day. So again I requested to speak to a supervisor. I didnt receive a call back for TWO weeks and then I sent an email to the lady I had spoken to. The next day she called me and repeated the same bull that I had already heard over and over. I acknowledged that I owed the $59.99 because **** refunded the money (w/o knowing) after my bank disputed it, and I repaid that charge over the phone. I was told the $32 would be removed and the collections agency would be notified. I worked from home for a month without internet because Vyve is terrible. 1 starVyve has the worst customer service ever. They tell you the same tired stories, try to get you to unplug and restart every time you call. I was home from 4:15am to 12:30pm. Our service dropped at 6:00, 6:38, 7:47, 8:46, 9:07, 9:15, 10:18 and 11:05. I didnt write down the last time due to I was trying to send an email at 12:22 and couldnt even get that done. This happens every single day. It wasnt like this at first. I believe it started when the housing project near us started opening up for renters. Instead of taking care of their current customers they are just grabbing up whoever they can even though they can not provide service for them. I have filed a complaint with the *** to have this addressed. Meanwhile I will be calling next week for a new service company. I work from home and need a reliable internet service to do so. So far about once a week the internet goes down and i get notified of a VYVE outage. Their service sucks. Never in my life have i had such bad internet service. Anyone ever heard of network redundancy? I dont understand how the service can be such absolute crap when we are paying $60 a month for 200mbps! Vyve came to our area about 6 years ago. The only other services out here at the time were satellite or DSL, so we jumped at the chance to have cable internet service provider. At first service and speeds were really great. As more people hopped on board the speeds suffered as did the workmanship. My neighbors & I waited several weeks to months to get cables buried after an install, which led to animals chewing the wires, or wires getting mowed over and cut resulting in service being knocked out to entire blocks. All of which was "our fault" as the customer. Everytime the weather would change more than 5 degrees or storms roll through, service would drop. (Sudden weather changes are pretty common in OK) The tech explained there wasn't much they could do but fix the issues after it happened. So we began relying on our mobile device hot spots to do school work. A new fiber optic company came into our area last month & we decided to switch. ( We are getting consistent 1G upload & download speeds, for the same price we were paying for 200mbps that varied greatly. ) I called to cancel service with Vyve but because we are 5 days into our billing cycle, they want me to pay for the entire 30 day cycle. I offered to pay for a pro-rated time but "it's company policy" to charge for the entire cycle you're currently in. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. All that was done was a case sent for review to decide if they are going to charge me for the full month or not. I don't mind paying for what I've used, but in all seriousness we've paid for way more than 30 days of no service without even an offer to reimburse us for those times with no service. If there's better options for you, I highly recommend you stay away from Vyve.Vyve Broadband, LLC

I have been a Vyve broadband customer since Northland cable; 2.5 years, sold out to them. Since Vyve took over I have had issue after issue and normally it is a repetitive issue. Slow speed, no internet, etc etc. I would change providers, however no one offers internet service in my area other than Vyve.
Service: lack of is more like it, I have had tech after tech in my home and they never fix it permanently, quick fix is more like it so they can move on. I have had managers, supervisors and even spoken to techs on the phone; no one has repaired my issue. I have even had work orders closed that were not resolved and call in 1-3 days later to find out why I cannot get things fixed, that’s all I want is stable internet that’s dependable.
