I have tried several times to get In touch with someone to close my account left emails with all the information to close and send me my money that is mine. Still no answer and no reply . I am a military veteran that needs this resolved immediately! I am attempting to recover funds in my Savings account due to cancelation of services by debt reduction firm (*********************). Global Holdings assumed process payment & account management duties for the firm. I corresponded with ********************* representative who verified the cancelation and I closed my account. The next step mandated was to contact Global Holdings to close and have Savings account funds refunded to me in the amount of $3274.01. I have diligently called to speak with a representative since December 3, 2024. I have left my contact information for return call while holding my place in the queue. I have called numerous times and waited for up to 45 minutes afterwards voice-mail prompts that party is not available to take your call. I have called on two separate lines simultaneously and still to no avail, no answer. I will have to seek both military and civil legal counsel.Business Response

I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. The firm ******* contacted me to resolve the issue at hand. They were backlogged due to a supported firm's mass clients cancelation which resulted in enormous calls and correspondence volumes. They act as the payment management for debt firms and unfortunately, got in the crossfire as a result and is not the culprit!Initial Complaint

They were servicing the account for ******************* and have $3647.36 of my money. I received notice from ************* in early November that due to a class action lawsuit against them they are no longer able to service the account. I requested the money to be returned and the account to be closed from Global Holdings. They sent me a reply to my request on 11/21/2024 that I would receive instructions from them on how to get the money and close the account within 5 business days. It has now been 15 business days and I haven't heard anything from them. When you try to call, it puts you in a queue, then tells you no one is available after about 15 minutes and it asks you to leave a message. No one ever responds to me the message. They also ask if you want you place held for a call back, and no one ever calls back.Business Response

They have finally responded to me and closed my account. You can cancel this complaint.
However, they should stop making false statements. If they tell someone you will contact them within 5 business days, then they should do so. If you leave a number for a call back, they should call you back. It doesn't take much to keep customers happy. Just stop making false promises or giving false deadlines.

I have made numerous attempts to contact your company, as the debt consolidation firm I was previously working with is currently facing legal action and has ceased support for its customers. My intention in reaching out was to close my account and transfer my funds to another account in order to continue my debt consolidation efforts with an alternative company. I have placed several phone calls on December 9, 2024, during which I experienced wait times ranging from 15 to 20 minutes before being informed that no representatives were available, subsequently being directed to voicemail. The debt consolidation company I am using is Greenstone. They have been handling my case for over 1 year. They are now being sued by seven states and I got a letter stating they can no longer representing me. I had previously entered into a debt consolidation program with Level One Law, and Global Holdings was used to create an account to maintain the balance of the funds that I paid on a monthly basis. My debt consolidation company has been sued and is unable to provide services, so my contract with them has been terminated. They advised me to contact Global Holdings to inform them of my contract termination and request a refund for the balance in my Global Holdings account. Despite multiple calls and emails, I have been unable to contact anyone in Global Holdings and I am concerned about the large sum of money that I am due to be refunded ($16,463,08). I am requesting immediate action by Global Holdings to refund the balance of my account, cancel all future transactions, and close my account.Business Response
