      I have been trying to get a hold of Global Holdings and they are extremely hard to get in contact with. I have requested a call back from their automated system and still have not heard back. They only let you hold for 10 minutes before disconnecting the call. I am extremely frustrated and need to get ahold of my funds. This company is infuriating.

      The company I was using to settle my debt, heartland legal group can no longer represent me. You have MY money in your savings account. I have been calling and calling with no answer. Emailing customer support as well. Requested a call back. Left a voice mail. *****. I just want to get MY money out of MY account. Someone needs to pick up the phone. This is ABSURD. After 10 minutes on hold it just sends you to the voicemail system. Does that even let you wait on hold for the next agent.

      I am satisfied with your response. Thank you very much for getting back to me. I had put in this complaint before I was called back. I saw another person had done it, so I figured it was the best way to try and get the attention of the business. I understand there were a lot of people trying to do the same thing I am.       I started a debt consolidation program through global holdings and now I can't even login to review my account nor does their app work. I can afford a payment coming up in two weeks, but the phone number doesn't work.I would like to close my account, but I can't seem to login or call to do so.Pls help.

      I am one of these people who have been caught up in this seven statewide lawsuit against these debt consolidation companies. On advice from my lawyer I was told to contact global holdings to close out my account and get refunded my money. With over ***** in the account and multiple debts that I could settle on my own I cannot get a hold of a single person. You call the number and they tell you to wait or choose the option to be called back when it's your turn. Let me tell you I have left Multiple voicemails asking for someone to call me back.I have sat on hold for over thirteen hours over the past two days. I want my money.

      I have been trying to reach this company for weeks. I have left multiple messages and emails with NO response. Level one law was shut down and my money is in global and I can't get it back.

      I have a remaining balance of around $440.00 that is rightfully mine and was told to me at the beginning of my settlement agreement that I could choose to request to withdraw from at ANY point. I have been contacted by the debt settlement law firm that they no longer can represent me as they are out of business. However, the remaining funds that are no longer used for any other settlements that is being held with Global Holdings and is not being deducted from by any other creditors needs to be returned to me immediately. I was informed that this money is rightfully mine and I should be able to withdraw from it at any given point as needed during my settlement process. As the main account which withdrew from the balance that global holdings provided an account for has already been completed, and there are no further accounts that at this time can withdraw from this balance other than myself, I would like the remaining balance to be paid out to me immediately as is my right. I have tried to contact this company for the last several months via phone, email, and leaving multiple voicemails and voice messages and I have not had a single person contact me other than the occasional monthly automated emails. I continue to see that there are administrative fees or maintenance fees, being deducted from my account and no ************** that shows that any creditors are being paid. This is a breach of trust and the lack of communication unless it is escalated through the BBB is very alarming. I would like somebody to contact me so I can get the remainder of my money back so I can work with the creditor directly as I no longer able to do that through the account that is here. I understand that this account is simply holding my money, And that is why I wish to withdraw the total of funds I have been requesting for several months.

      Entered into debt settlement in October of 2023 been paying 624 a month since just received a letter that they can't represent me any more can't get global to answer phone or return my call still trying to take money from my bank account so being I can't get ahold of them I can't cancel payment for future as well as almost 8000 dollars in my global account I would like refunded

      The company withdrew $613.18 from my account with authorization on 11/30/2024.I have tried contact them through their contact for and on the phone constantly for the last two days and they are not responding. I am not sure that they are actually a legitimate company.The original company I had the agreement with ****************** have now stopped working with them and will not try and contact them as they can't get ion contact with them either.I have contacted my bank to ensure they can no longer withdraw funds.

      For the last three days I have tried tirelessly to get in contact with customer service due to my debt settlement company being unable to continue their services.       I was in a debt consolidation program where Global Holdings had a savings account to hold my money for this purpose, but the program has been closed down. I am just trying to get my money back and stop and further withdrawals from my account. I just want to close out my account but I cant get through to their customer service.
