Hello,I have been trying to contact this company for days to try to stop my deposits and close my account. I cannot request a withdrawal and my money is stuck in here being charged monthly fees. Ive been paying this company a little over $1,000/month for 2 years to help negotiate some business loans that went into default. I got a letter from them the other day saying they were in a lawsuit and can no longer service my file and are terminating their agreement. The letter said I am able to withdraw all the funds in my dedicated savings account, when I call the multiple numbers on file for them, no one answers. They are still taking money out of my account and not getting back to me to refund the money in that dedicated savings account.Business Response

Have level one law representing me. They dropped me because they have a bunch of lawsuits by the federal government in ******** going on. Global holding is holding all my money in witch they won't answer their phone or call back or even answer my emails. I was told I could get my money back but it looks like is impossible to do. I have been giving global holding $811 a month for over a year. I signed up with them through level one law firm (another horrible company). I am trying to get my money back and cannot get in contact with anyone. No one answers their phone or calls back. They have over $8000 of mine which I would now like to use myself to pay my debt collectors. Now that I am organizing it myself, I have made creditors promises of payment by the end of the month. Someone from Global called me and explained why they couldnt get back to me. She was very nice and apologetic and explained fully what happened. I am so appreciative and grateful this is resolved. And im happy to say that i am getting all my money back!

I entered into a contract with Level One Law and Global Holdings LLC for the finances in September 2023. I was notified November 2024 that Level One Law would no longer be representing me and in order to get a refund I needed to contact Global Holdings LLC. I have attempted to call them numerous times, left voicemails, and my number to get call backs. I have yet to receive a phone call from them and they have been impossible to get ahold of. Im owed over $7,000 since I cant dispute the fees that were taken out or else it would be over $10,000. The letter I received from Level One Law states that my account with ********************** is my money and Im entitled to withdraw those funds. Its impossible to withdraw or stop any future payments from the website, you have to contact them, however, they do not answer the phones or return calls.Business Response

I received a response from them via email after filing this complaint, however, if I have any further issues in regards to being refunded my money I will issue another complaint since they have been impossible to get ahold of via phone and Ive never received a call back. I received a letter from Greenstone *********** stating that the law firm could no longer represent me in my debt consolidation. I have been paying $421.01 every month for over a year that is being automatically drafted from my checking account. ******************** is the company that Greenstone uses to collect the money. In the letter from Greenstone, I was advised to contact Global Holdings to withdraw the money from my account which is $4467.50. I am also unable to cancel the automatic draft that is set to withdraw on December 16, 2024. I have tried numerous times to contact Global Holdings by phone and by email. The company has been handling my payments for a debt consolidation company I was registered with. This company has been sued on a federal level by the seven courts of ********. As a result, they can no longer represent me and help me resolve my debts. ************************ has been taking my money for payments for several years. I have several thousands held in an account with them; an account I am told is **** issued and mine free to access. I have tried contacting the company multiple times to receive my money. No answers. We signed an agreement with a Debt Settlement Firm (***) in October 2023 that included monthly deposits into our Global Holdings account. The *** notified us Nov 19, 2024 that they dropped us as clients due to a NYS lawsuit. The purpose of this complaint is to ask GH to refund our account, holding $11,899.55.
