      On oct of last year i entered into a contract with Level One Law for a debt settlement program that would cost me $711.76 every month for the next 5 yrs. at the time i initiated this program I was advised that if at any point i opted to leave the program and no debt was settle by Level One that the proceeds of my deposit would be return to me in full, which I discontinued that same month after my first payment was made. Once i tried to reach back to the settlement program to retrieve my funds i was told that the funds would be sent to me which never happened. Today one year later i managed to find the information pertaining to global holding who was the company in charge to retaining the funds i once paid to Level One and i see that the following day the money was taken from my account I was charged an absolute ridiculous amount of money in fees that consumed all the funds deposited. No attempt was made to reach me and seek reimbursement of such funds. This company has participated into a larger scam with another company that I now see has been banned from the BBB for such practices. Please ensure others are alerted about this company along side with Level One Law for fraudulent, misleading practices.

      For the past year this company has been collecting money to payoff a debt. After careful scrutiny of my account, it has been discovered that the fees I have paid every month have been greater than the amount they have been paying towards the debt. Along with this the amount of the fees added to the amount of the settlement amounts to me paying them more than the settled amount and just slightly less than the original balance that was settled. They are holding the funds charging the fee as well as a fee to the debt relief agency. Where my settlement would have been half the original amount, with the additional feels I would save less than 8 percent to pay through Global Holdings.

      I am rejecting this response because:   The agency did not respond to their practice of taking more in fees than they were dispersing. They also did not address how the way they handle accounts is more beneficial to them and a detriment to their customers.

      The business told me my money would be refunded into my account by today but they failed to have that happen. There was over a week waiting period for this to happen and the money is crucial to settlements that I made.

      I've been having drafts taken from my account. Several months by this company. I'm still getting letters from creditors. Whom are seeking payments. I haven't gotten any balances of nothing from Global.

      This ** is used by American Debit Relief to **llect payments for debit relief. I cancelled this program in July after re**nsidering. My payment of $444.57 was eventually returned (after 2 weeks). Now a month later this **mpany has taken this amount again out of my bank ac**unt , with no authority from me. I had cancelled ! This is a scam **mpany! How do I stop them from taking more money ? I'm **ntacting them to stop but will they?

      I have an escrow account with ******************** via a debt settlement company. Currently, Global Holdings is in possession of money belonging to me, which I am attempting to withdraw.
