THIS WAS THE WORST ONLINE EXPERIENCE EVER.I paid and ordered months ago. They couldnt ship my babys play pen.Months later they send a box with a few sticks - no packaging, not pink, legit a few sticks After months of emailing me and my demands for a refund - they send me a second box! I am writing to formally address a recent issue involving our company's product shipment to a customer. Upon initial review, it was confirmed that we mistakenly sent the wrong product to the customer. However, we promptly responded to the customer's request by reshipping the correct product without requiring the return of the original shipment.
Based on the email records, it is evident that our company has extended all possible goodwill gestures to rectify the situation. Despite our efforts, the customer is still not satisfied and is now demanding a full return of all products, including the correctly shipped item.
We believe we have acted responsibly and in good faith to resolve the issue promptly. We respectfully seek BBB's assistance in mediating this matter to reach a fair resolution for both parties involved.Initial Complaint

On the HappyGira website, they say that items are shipped within two days. However, it took a whole month for the car-seat/stroller combo we ordered to arrive. We needed a car seat at the time of our daughter's birth, so it was crucial that the seat arrive before my wife's due date. The HappyGira shipment was stuck in ********* for what seemed like an eternity as we kept asking HappyGira for an update. Eventually we concluded that it would not arrive in time, so we were forced to purchase a different car seat on ******, which cost us an additional 350 dollars. At this point, we did not need the item we purchased from HappyGira any more, so we asked them to cancel the shipment, which was still in ********* at the time. HappyGira refused to cancel the order. When the car-seat eventually arrived, we did not even bother opening the box, and we asked HappyGira to send us a shipping label so we could return the item. They refused again, citing their return policies. So we finally decided to open the box to inspect the item we had purchased. Rather unsurprisingly at this point, we found that the quality of the car seat was quite poor, in ***** contrast to what the HappyGira website had led us to believe. I have attached a copy of reviews from their website, where one supposed customer is praising the "premium materials used in the construction of the stroller". I am quite certain that these reviews are not genuine, and were placed by HappyGira to mislead customers. Another thing is that ********************** does not have any phone numbers you can call. You can only contact their customer service via email, and they take days to respond to individual emails. Our experience with HappyGira was quite abysmal. We only looked at their reviews on ********** after we had made the purchase (when it was too late), and from the reviews it was clear that several other customers had had similarly bad experiences with them.Initial Complaint

I ordered a baby gate for my then 8 month old from Happy Gira on June 23, with the order confirmation going through on June 24. When I placed the order the estimated shipping on the website was stated as 7-12 business days. I inquired about the status of the package on July 14 (14 business days after I had ordered). I stated the order appeared to be extremely delayed and hadnt even shipped yet per the website. It was also suddenly listed as shipping from ********* though happy gira lists itself as a US based company. I had asked for a 50% refund as we were going to need to buy another baby gate for our crawling baby due to this delay. They informed me that the package was considered oversized so I should add 10 business days to the shipping, even though that wasnt what was advertised on the website. I reached back out frequently asking for a 50% refund as we needed to buy another baby gate in the interim. This baby gate from happy gira was over 300 dollars and yet by June 23 (the 22 business days they had stated I needed to wait) the package still had not arrived. They claim their tracking says the package arrived July 24. We were unable to confirm this with our building. Even if the package did arrive July 24 it was still over the (not communicated) 22 business days for shipping they have asked us to wait for a package that was advertised as 7 day shipping. This was false and deceptive advertising on their part for an item that when ordered (for the safety of a newly crawling baby!) was needed urgently. I would accept a 50% refund for the item though I would prefer a full refund.Initial Complaint

Date of Purchase 6/20/2024 I ordered a baby gate from this company after reading glowing reviews. They advertised their product as arriving fully assembled, and made of high-quality, infant-safe materials. I received the item and immediately noted the package was damaged. Luckily I looked at their website and noted their return/replacement process to be suspect given you are "required" to take a video of you physically opening the package otherwise they will not even work with you to fix the problem. Upon opening the package, I found the item to be unassembled, contrary to the website description, and several parts of it were broken/damaged. I reached out with the required information and there was a notable delay in response, once I did get in touch with someone they said they wanted to replace it but given the poor QC measures and overall poor quality I opted for a return. I requested a pre-paid return shipping label which they said they don't do and I have not heard from them since. I paid $339.00 for this baby gate/pen and I would like to return the damaged/not as advertised item and receive a refund.Initial Complaint

Happy Gira advertises a natural timber wood playpen that arrives fully assembled for an effortless installation in less than ************************************************************************ reality, what arrives is an un-assembled product with multiple pieces and no instructions for how to put together. I purchased an item for $249.99 as a gift to be sent to an address other than my billing address. We made it clear immediately thru email that they made a mistake. They responded saying it was corrected. The item came to my address DAMAGED. My daughter sent many emails notifying them of the mistake. They do not have a phone so we are at their mercy of emails. They wanted us to ship the item to ********* at our expense for them to decide if they would refund us. It is a large item and would cost a small fortune to ship to *********. I emailed them because it was with my credit card. They have not responded. To recap. I have proof they had the correct shipping address, was sent to wrong address and it was delivered damaged. I should not have to pay to ship to ********* and feel like their customer service is untrustworthy and very frustrating because you can only contact thru email which they have ignored my emailInitial Complaint

I purchased a bassinet from this company on 3/8/2024. I never received the item, despite the tracking number saying that I did. I submitted a claim with *** on 4/15/2024. The claim number with *** is 3417322701A. *** advised they have refunded the sender back the money. Despite many attempts to collect my refund from the company, they have not been cooperative in refunding my money. They do not have a contact phone number, just an e-mail. I placed an order with Happy Gira and next day asked for a cancellation of the order. I was told that the order had already been shipped and hence could not be cancelled. The order was not ultimately shipped until 3 weeks later (and received 4 weeks later) from *********. Return is at the buyer's expense (to *********). I had requested for these items to never be shipped and now returning is not possible due import/export laws (weight). I purchased a baby playpen on 2/24/24. It arrived over a month later on 3/25/24. It arrived missing a piece and ripped. In order to receive a refund the company requested photos which I sent. They also want me to send the product back to ********* at my own expense which is half the price of the item before receiving a refund. Clearly the refund will also take over a month.
