    I purchased a playpen from Happy gira on 1/30/24. On the website the company appears to be a ** based company. Also, the website does not state the shipping timeline during checkout. Only after you make the purchase does happy gira then send you a email regarding its shipping policy. The policy does not give tracking information for your order it just gives a standard shipping timeline. I was mislead by this company because I had no idea this item was shipping from *********. I did not receive my item until March! I emailed customer services multiple times and they would say the item was still in US customs etc. but never sent me a tracking number. Once I finally got the item it was defected! There was a rip in the fabric. I contacted customer service again who asked me to send them a video of when I unboxed the item and found the rip. I showed them photos of the rip but as I did not anticipate unboxing a damage item I did not have a video of myself opening the shipping box. Their customer service is refusing to send me a prepaid shipping label- they are demanding that I pay for shipping to ship back to ********* from the **! This company is a fraud. They should not be able to market themselves as a ** based company when they are shipping from ********* and their shipping takes over a month. Their customer service is horrendous. The are not in the customer service industry they are in the fraud industry!

    I purchased a baby play mat and baby play pen from this company. The baby play pen was 35inx35in, and I decided I wanted the mat to add some cushion (this was suggested by the website). I picked the color AND SIZE of the mat. I was offered various sizes from Small (35x35) to much larger. I chose Small (35x35) so it would fit inside **********. I received both products 1 month later. The playpen is great. However, the mat is around 70inches x 90inches. When I went back on the website, the size i originally ordered is no longer available and only offered in two sizes, both of which are too big for **********. I emailed the company and they said the sizes on the website NOW are the only sizes they offer. But I specifically ordered 35x35 and it even says that in my order confirmation!! They apologized and said they don't offer that size and that their mats are made to cut to size. They suggested in two emails that I cut the mat to fit the playpen. It was not mentioned under the product information that I would need to cut it. I specifically ordered the size I needed.However, I cut the mat anyway per their recommendation. As I was cutting, I immediately regretted it. Pieces of foam were falling off as I was cutting, getting all over my floor. I thought, "what if these pieces end up in the playpen and my 9-month old baby swallows them without me knowing? Or what if she chews the edge of the mat on the side that is cut and a piece ends up in her mouth?" Foam is poisonous if it's not caught! The edges were so rough once it was cut. I can't use the product at ALL now.I have requested a replacement of the size I ordered, or - if they can't provide the product I believed I was getting - then I want a refund. My emails and requests have gone completely ignored. So now I'm out $70 AND no mat that I can safely use.Pic attached of the mat after I cut it, along with a piece of foam that fell off, also a copy of my order confirmation showing the size.

    I wanted to also send a picture of the correspondence from Happy Gira telling me to trim the mat. Please see attachment, and also refer ******************* I showed after it was trimmed, where foam pieces were coming off and edge was jagged.

    Ordered a playpen and accessories on 12-14-23 order was supposed to deliver in 7-12 business days didnt receive the item for 35 days. When I finally received the order I was missing a key part to put the playpen together and received the wrong size mat. Only way to contact company is through email which I did several times they never acknowledged my request for a replacement part and was told the mat I ordered (which was supposed to be 60x60 to fit playpen) was 60x70 for an XL playpen and was my responsibility to cut to fit. I told them I didnt understand why they offered a mat that was 60x60 for a large playpen and wanted to speak to a customer service representative. Thats when they stopped answering my emails. I have emailed them 3 times requesting a phone number to speak to someone and I also attached my phone number as well and have not heard back from them since my request to speak to someone.
