A pair of shoes i purchased developed an issue. I attempted to go through the warranty process, initially called probably 50 times and was transfered probably 2x that, back and forth between the same 2 departments telling me to contact the other department for ~2 weeks. I also filed multiple claims through different countries websites just to try and get some contact. Finally i get transfered to the correct department on a call, and i was quoted $165usd for my warranty claim. I sent in the shoes and they were delivered on may 6th. I waited 6 weeks that was the timeframe on the warranty email. I called back and apparently the warranty claim was accepted on may 9th, they just decided not to do their job and email me my warranty refund. So the guy on the phone told me to wait 5 days and they would email me. Called back 6 days later, got the initial email for a warranty of $165cad and when i responded to aknowledge receipt and question the value difference i received a response telling me the email address was unmonitored and nobody would receive my email. So i called back again, was told by the **** that they would escalate and email me in another week, they took an alternate email address, and then a week later i was forced to call them back again as i hadnt received a response. They once again resent the initial warranty claim email with the $165 cad and i sent the same response as i did the first time, was told i would get a response in 1-4 days, and on monday i once again will be forced to call them. It is amazing to me that nike can manufacture shoes for dirt cheap, accept the fact that the shoe i purchased had a defect yet they want to ***** pinch over the value of the shoe and make filing the claim itself the most difficult thing ever. It has been more than two months since i have started this process.

Ive been a loyal Nike customer for years, but this recent experience has completely shattered my trust in the ******* purchased a pair of Nike shoes that ended up causing a painful bruise on my anklea clear product issue, not a sizing or sock problem. When I reached out to Nike for support, I was met with cold, robotic responses and zero empathy. Their customer service insisted on an "inspection" process but made it clear in advance that I likely wouldnt qualify for any compensation, even before seeing the product.Let me be clear: I wasnt asking for anything unreasonablejust a gift card to replace shoes that physically injured me. I even offered to destroy the shoes and send a photo, but Nike refused. The whole process felt designed to deter customers rather than help them. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially from a global brand that markets itself as customer-focused and athlete-first. **********************, if you wont stand behind your products, why should anyone stand in line to buy them?

Initially i tired 7.5 shoe size and it was dirty, so i asked the representative to find me a new one if possible. He gave me the wrong size 7 which was smaller. I didnt notice it at store, came home, tired it on and it was tight. I called them for 2 days and they didnt pick up. Third day they picked up the call and the lady on the phone was rude and straightaway told me that "we dont have that product here. Are you sure you purchased from here, if we dont have the same product she cannot exchange it." I told her i have the receipt from their store and she said she cannot exchange for any other product as well. I asked where can i get a resolution, she said you can come to the store and talk to someone else but noone can do anything which had no purpose. They didn't mention anything about their policy at the time of purchase. I talked to their chat agent, he told me to call corporate team and they will be able to help. But when I called corporate team and they said they cannot do anything, go to the store. They are just giving me a run around from one place to another. I asked them that you are saying "I have to pay for something which is not even my mistake", they said yes.Very disappointed with the service, if the product is in clearance that doesn't mean that i didn't spend any money on it, or it was a free product, we should atleast have an option to exchange the product. I spent more than $100.00 on it and i cannot even use it anymore. I was not expecting this from Nike at all. Even if it is clearance store, it still belongs to ***************************** are earning money.

I ordered shoes from Nike in October 2024. In April 2025, the air pocket popped. I sent them in for warranty replacement, which was denied for being out of warranty. I looked at the tag and the shoes were manufactured in 9/22, thus meaning when I received the shoes they were ALREADY out of warranty. I have called and talked to multiple supervisors only to be told that there is no exception to the 2 year policy. There is no exception once the inspector makes a decision. So NIKE is ok taking my $200 for 2 year old shoes that are going to go bad and not stand behind their mistake for sending me shoes that are OLD. I understand if the shoes were out of warranty and we'd had them awhile. BUT I WAS SENT OLD SHOES. THAT'S NOT MY FAULT. The fact that no one at Nike can see that this is a problem is ridiculous. And you can't get past a supervisor who just reads from a script. "This is the policy and we don't vary from the policy." I would even have been fine with a gift card that was half of the value, but instead I"m out shoes that lasted less than 6 months BECAUSE of Nike's mistake which they refuse to own up to.

recently had a very frustrating experience with Nikes online exchange process. After ordering the wrong size, I immediately initiated an exchange and shipped back the incorrect pair. Two days later I received a confirmation email that my return had been processed, but then weeks went by without any sign of my replacement shoes.I contacted Nike **************** twice and heard nothing back. At the end of the second week, I reached out again and was told the replacement was now out of stock even though it was readily available when I first arranged the exchange and the agent explicitly said I didnt need to repurchase. By the time Nike received my return, the correct size was still in stock, but due to some internal mix-up I lost the opportunity to complete the exchange.Nike finally offered me a refund (which they warned could take up to 10 days) and promised a discount code, but the agent disconnected before sending it. Throughout this process, every interaction felt robotic and unempathetic. Overall, the lack of communication, the mishandling of my exchange, and the abrupt end to the chat left me completely dissatisfied. This definitely does not reflect the premium service I expected from Nike.

I made a purchase with Nike on March 11, 2025. I ordered three tops and two bottoms when I placed the order I realize that everything would be individually sent so I was supposed to get four different shipments from three separate carriers ****** **** and Trac on is a third-party courier and a lot of times when they deliver your items. Its always an issue that I have experienced. Unfortunately, the 2 bottoms I never got they were sent to wrong apartment when I reached out to trac on they expressed to me that they did not have the correct apartment upon reaching out-to Nike. I had some issues back in 2021 so pretty much since that Ive been banished from getting replacements and refunds to items that are missing because they said that I have exceeded that and this was 5 years ago so when my items arrived, the two bottoms were missing and when I called Nike, they basically told me its my loss. This is a multimillion dollar corporation I have proof that the items were not sent to my door. I have a camera and I spoke to the courier who also expressed that they had the incorrect address-and when I reached out to Nike, Im being ignored and avoided. I spend a lot of money with Nike and usually things go very smoothly but whenever something is missing or lost theyre basically telling me its yourproblem not Nike I feel like Im being discriminated on because I have proof. Im not just saying oh something was delivered that I didnt get it. Im showing Nike that-they sent it to the wrong apartment and the courier said that they did not have the correct address the two names of the people who i communicated with through email from 2021 was ***** and this past week was Mela I even went as far as to place another order. One of the items was sold out, but I purchased something else because I wouldnt lie about the items being lost and then purchased them again. Its like Im not being respected as a customer. Im being treated like a thief.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! This company is a complete joke wasted 8-9 days of my time and never was able to receive my shoes got my order cancelled 10 days later even though I called 4-5 days after placing my order because tracking number was stating my order seems stuck in "Preparing your order" and I would like a refund since I have a flight end of January and I really need a pair. they said nono everything is fine and we don't offer refunds after 30mins of the order being placed! TEN DAYS LATER they send me email I have proof to I've got to wait 2+ weeks for a Refund No shoes and customer service won't do anything about it... I told them atleast find a branch or try to figure me a new pair you held on to my money tied up for 10 days then when it isn't convenient for you you just refund me the money late and tell me kick rocks????? What kind of selfish customer ****************** practice is that ???Frustration is real plus all that bought a different pair as well last year to only realise they sent a defective pair I don't know why I didn't learn and not buy anymore but this time it's assured ????NEVER AGAIN Nike keep your 20% that you can't use because shipment gets stuck twice so it's pointless...

Good Morning I am ****** ******* I experienced a situation with ************************** that no customer should ever have to go through, this by far has been the worst. In the past I have had issues with my orders and customers ********************. Jan 9 2025 I ordered a toddler shoe 8C the style number is FB9924-006 my order. The company sent me a size 7.5C however the shoe box states it was an 8C some one did not check the shoes only looked at the box. I called customer service and I got ******* @ ************ I told her the situation and that I needed this shoe for my grandson by Saturday . ******* explain to me what could be done however a supervisor had to authorize it and she apologized for this **** mistake. ******* and I was on hold waiting for a supervisor for 2hrs I was on hold when a manager was available she transferred me over. CY was the manager name and he was horrible to me he stated that there was nothing he could do but refund me after I return the shoe no regards that I need this shoe by Saturday and it was the company fault he was rude no compassion and didnt not represent ************************ in the light it should be. I called a local outlet in ******************** I spoke with a supervisor she tried to help me all she could but however she was sorry that as a customer I was treated this way the issues still havent been resolved. I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau and any other platform that will listen for me to be treated in this manner that is unexceptable from ************************** one of the largest business in the shoe industry. My contact number is listed under my order information Sincerely ****** *******

Purchased a Nike product the back pack zipper broke in 4 different places. I returned it. Nike then promise to send me a vouche. Never received the voucher i called back. To be given the run around . Then was told i would receive a gift card. Never received the gift card. My son had ruined two of my bags. One being a **** ***** bag the other being a telfar bag. Reasons he had nothing to carry his books or chrome book in. I am a single mother who cannot afford to just run out and purchase another bag. This has been very stressful. Nike has done nothing to help the situation. Every time i call its another promise to be emailed my gift card.. This has been going on since October the 7th 2024 it is now January 9th 2025. What will it take for them to return my money. Nike being the big company that they are you would think a back pack costing $99 -$120 thought take three months to resolve

Worst customer service I have experienced in many years. They keep promising things, but never come through and just keep hanging up
