      **********, ********** factory outlet unable to process refunds. Beware they will make you exchange for something that costs more, and cant give you money back if the new items you purchase are less than your original purchase.Seems like a shady business tactic to be unable to process refunds, even with proof of purchase and receipt.

      Becareful their internal operation is corrupt. Two experiences 1- they cancel from their end intentionally high demand product orders and then their customer support that the customer himself cancelled the order. which is a lie. You request to send them an email they will tell you we don't have email communications. This is to avoid any documentation. 2- I placed an order on SNKRS which was not a draw item and I got a confirmation from their website that they received the entry. I didn't receive order confirmation so I checked with their customer support. I requested to raise a complaint which they claim they did but without any response at all for over a week. then I chatted with their customer support. First he claimed the draw didn't go through for me. Then I told him it was first come first serve then the customer support changed his word and said yes it was first come first serve but the system didn't choose you. Clearly he was lying and clearly their system is biased. Be cautious with nike and make sure if your order gets cancelled that you get refunded.

      Waiting on order promised two week ago now delay ? Customer gave me refund on shipping cost but still cant give me a promised ETA

      Someone jumped on my PayPal and ordered shoes through Nike.com. I reported it to them same day. They said the order would have had to have been canceled within 30 minutes!!! Not only have I not yet received communication from them about the reported fraud the last three days, but they actually mailed the shoes to the individual listed (the desk pirate that hacked my account). Their system is set up to benefit scammers.
