      I placed an order online with them. It was supposed to be delivered within a few days time. It said a status of SHIPPED within a day, but then it also showed it was shipped and delivered months before which is completely impossible. Upon contacting Nike customer service, it was discovered that they didn't even pack the shipment yet. They can't find the item I purchased and so they are calling it "lost in transit". I questioned why they would blatantly LIE to their customer on the status of the order by saying "SHIPPED" when it wasn't even picked from inventory for shipment. They had no explanation other than "things are taking longer to ship than normal" I was SHOCKED that they choose to use that as an excuse for LYING to their customers. We could have bought this item somewhere else but chose direct from Nike instead. It's a hard to get item, so now we have no other options. Add to this that the card it was purchased from was unexpectedly closed between ordering and contacting customer service. When asked about alternate ways to get the money back, they said the only option is a gift card. This is illegal and cannot be forced upon a consumer when this is the fault of the company not being able to fulfill the order. HOURS on the chat with them...complete waste of time. DO NOT buy from Nike directly. Give the *** or a retailer your money instead because at least they don't lie and steal from their consumers so blatantly. Now my teen is out money and doesn't have the item they wanted for a special event coming up soon. Nice work Nike...you must be so proud to consistently be s******* over young athletes.

      Horrible. I've spent alot to receive a lot of messed up merchandise. It's never the shoe you bought it's always some ragidy shoe that looks used and returned. Then on the draws they do don't get your hopes up because that is rigged also. Witnessed it personally this morning and a few weeks ago. On some of their draws if your on a computer your screwed bc it won't open up unless it shows your using a mobile device. Bc as soon as my husband switched the source in his computer to where it looked like it was a mobile phone bam it appears immediately. It's all set up and a joke. I've spent entirely too much for them to do this sorry stuff to me. Seriously. I'm fixing to start returning the thousands of dollars in merchandise I've bought in the last few weeks. Absolutely ridiculous how they do someone and what they send you is even worse. It looks like all the returns they ever received is what the ship to you and try to say it's new. It's absolutely sad really. They lost any respect I ever had for them they really did. I'm done with them for good. You couldn't pay me to wear their stuff they have made me hate them that much bc of how sorry they do people it's absolutely ridiculous. I've never had a business do me as bad as they have done me. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone not even someone I hate.

      After one month of use, my cleat ripped and when talking with customer service they were very very extremely rude and no help. Ive never had a problem with this and this is my first time and I should have been treated like this. SHAME ON YOU ****** AND ****** YALL DONT STOP TALKING ESPECIALLY YOU ******!!!

      Nike is full a c*** and like to do false promotions and when you reach out to them find all like an excuse to cover there trap. I there have a promotion on Air Force 1 le 7y its 90 with 25%off. When you add it to chat the promotion does not comes off. Contact Nike was the worse make you feel like your STUPID or you cant read. No help you cant speak to a supervisor nothing.

      I have purchased over 20 pairs of Nike Pegasus Running Shoes between 2007 - 2024. This last pair developed a defect (a loud squeak) on the left shoe after wearing a few months. Since the shoes were less than a year old and within the warranty period, I shipped them to the warranty department at my expense. Nike promptly shipped them back with the same defect stating this was not covered by the warranty, but to contact them if I had questions. My email to Nike went unanswered for over a week. I called, and customer service was unwilling or unable to help. I asked to speak to a manager and I was told one would call me within the hour, and they did not. I will never purchase from Nike again!

      I have purchase the ********** retro 9s not only the price goes up but Nike is advertising that the shoe comes with air sole units but thats not the case. The shoes are very uncomfortable. I took the insert soles out and the shoe is so flat it hurts nike needs to stop promoting that these retro ******s comes with air unit cushioning because its not there same with my ****** 14 black toe

      RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS GARBAGE! The ************************* (29L) is beyond a joke. After just 1.5 months of use, both straps snapped like they were made of cheap string. And the nightmare didnt stop thereNike had the audacity to deny my return simply because the tag with the manufacturer number was missing, even though they had all my purchase info in their system and could clearly see this broken disaster was theirs. I contacted them multiple times, and all I got was useless excuses and a complete refusal to stand by their defective MA0899-023 product. ******** customer service from a company that clearly doesnt care at all.       Bad customer service. They mixed up my return with some other customer and now not refunding neither giving my original shoe I bought.Literally defrauded and their so called Elite team can't get done anything

      It happened at about 15:50 in the afternoon of September 25th 2024. When I went shopping in the Nike store in woodbridge after work, the employee named ebeneizer said something to the manager with headset after I had finished the payment and was ready to go out. Their manager stopped me and told me that I was forbidden to shop at their store today, and I was very surprised because I had come to Nike for the first time today to buy a pair of tennis shoes for my wife's birthday, and then their manager told me that I had bought 15 pairs of shoes earlier today, so I couldn't buy any more, and I was confused because I was shopping here for the first time today, At the same time, I went to the Nike App to show the manager, he also made sure I did not lie, and told me you good, and explained that their staff had made a mistake, mistaken people, and neither the staff nor the manager had any apology, I was very angry and speechless. I would like to say that it is very irresponsible for you to treat other customers as scalpers without proof. In the meantime, I am also in need of legal assistance and will contact their Nike headquarters before deciding the next course of action.

      very disappointed with the **************** Purchase shoes for my son last year still under two year manufacture warranty one shoe was feeling uncomfortable, so was advice by the store to ship them back for warranty .claim #******** Im not satisfied with the reply because the shoes were not worn that much, however, I called on September 17th I was told They will not send you back and they will revaluation but there was no follow-up After waiting another week I called on September 24th to follow I was told to respond to an email that was sent on September 16th no reply to From Nike now Thx *******
