      I purchased a *************************** 2022 World Series Champion jersey 3 hours after the ****** won this year. Within ***** hours my purchase, Nike sold out of this jersey. Approximately 5-6 days later, this jersey (in my size) showed to be back in stock on Nikes website for an at least 4-5 days before going back out of stock for the second time. When I purchased my jersey, the jersey was expected to be delivered on November 30th. On November 23rd, Nike cancelled my order without warning or notice. Neither their customer service rep nor their Elite customer service rep cared enough to make things right and couldnt offer an explanation how this jersey was able to come back in stock after I placed my order and yet my order was still cancelled. Nike is somehow fraudulent in the way they are fulfilling orders at the expense of the customer. At a minimum, I think ********************** should be suspended from making *** clothing so this doesnt continue to happen. I also think Nike should be investigated on how they can hold money for three weeks and then cancel orders without proper notification or offering some sort of alternative solution. The customer shouldn't have to contact the company to figure out why they are unable to properly take and fulfill orders.

      I won the raffle for a highly anticipated pair of sneakers, was happy for whole morning feeling blessed, only to get an email later in afternoon notifying the order is cancelled due to it being out of stock. Contacted customer service to try to understand the logic of how when the number of winners is already predetermined, and knowing exactly how many pairs to allocate to the winners, they would then find out there is not enough stock to fulfill the order? The rep tried to explain that after draw result, order is then placed and by then it was already sold out, afterwards the rep mentioned this is decided by warehouse team. When I asked the rep what is purpose of having a draw when it sounds like it is a first come first served, and of course no answer was provided The rep also had no answer when I asked where my comments will deliver to after, as I wanted to know who could be reading this to consider for future improvements and how it will be handled. Then finally, and again no answer when I asked if I should be expecting to hear back? When I was going to ask more questions (with screen showing chat will close if no response in 44s), the rep commented no response on my end and closed the chat. I saved the conversation as word file for reference.I am upset about a company I grew up admiring failing to deliver their promise and not showing any effort on trying, but frankly sometimes with online order these things happen so I got over that. The reason this is a 1 star review is because it seems like customers feedbacks are not going anywhere in this company. The ***** app has been around for a while, and the company is fully capable of sorting out these type of issues if the management team actioned on it. I have used apps to win draws and bought several comparable limited sneakers from direct competitor before, and never had a single order cancel after winning.

      I was able to finally get though and purchase a pair of panda dunks. Going on 3 weeks now the status is awaiting carrier pick up when I call Nike they only want to refund instead of reship stating they do not have the item. The item is being re released in 2 days! How do you have the product to relaunch but cannot ship an item already paid for! They told me I would have to set an alarm and try to get them again on the rerelease date knowing how hard it is to get your hands on these shoes! Unacceptable!!!!

      Its ridiculous how unfair the business practice is at this company. They make it impossible to get any of their sneaker releases. A shoe releases at 8 am my time and I was in line with the item before 8:01 and I still didnt get the shoe. When I asked why I didnt get the shoe the rep just said tough luck. This company forces you to buy the shoe for well over retail and expect you to deal with it. What a horrid business practice and system that helps no one but themselves. They are greedy pigs

      NIKE CASE #: ******** For 3 weeks I have been trying (without success) to get a simple reply from NIKE customer service (the EXPERTS) for case # ******** regarding NIKE APP failure to APPLY my multiple gift cards for a purchase. On OCT. 12th I contacted NIKE app. I HAVE MADE 8 ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT NIKE REGARDING CASE # It is now Nov. 1, 2022 and no solution has been resolved. NIKE does not have the right to pocket my money. If they are not going to resolve this issue, I should have a right to a full refund on my gift cards that now sit in NIKE APP.

      I was offered a exclusive access to Jordan * j ****** for $300 but my size was not available so I got a different size for a friend and he flaked so I went on the H3*303437343839343935H app to do a return. Shipped them back and over a week later I got a email saying they received them and with in 3 days Id get a refund and theyd send me a email. A few weeks go buy I never get a email, I look online at my credit card statement- no refund. I look on H3*303437343839343935H website and says it can take 14 days but it had been 17 days, so I call and a guy at H3*303437343839343935H issues me a refund and I check my credit card statement online and its there. Cool. A week later they send me a email saying that when they opened the package the shoes werent in there, that there was a pair of womens dry fit soccer pants, that they dont have my credit card info and I need to call and give them my credit card so they can rebill me $300 for the shoes, or I would not be able to purchase anything in the future. Lol. Im a dude, is there any purchases in my history of me buying a pair of womens soccer pants? No. So I went to a H313837313*3038363335H and bought some womens soccer pants thinking Id send them instead of a pair of Jordans and H3*303437343839343935H would just give me $300? Lol. Maybe, just maybe someone in your warehouse said cool, a pair of Jordans, theses are mine now- and said that there was womens soccer pants in there. Maybe you could look at the weight of the box that was shipped by **** a pair of womens soccer pants aint gonna weigh the same as a box of Jordans. Horrible customer service, you dont have to ban me from buying your products H3*303437343839343935H, I dont want them

      I placed an order for expedited delivery and received an email stating my order will be delayed. I called to get an update but the customer service representative (******) failed to help. I just want my order!!!!

      I would give no stars if that was option. The warranty and customer service is terrible. My son's shoes were defective and Nike approved the claim however as they did not have any shoes to replace them with they gave a voucher for less than they cost (unfortunately we had no bill and that is on us) however additionally the voucher could only be used in one of their stores. There is no NIKE outlet or store within 200 km of us. We purchased the shoes in a foot locker store. We were told from the outset it would *********** weeks to get to the claim and it took 8. I would not purchase a NIKE shoe again.

      My experience as a Nike Member has been nothing short of horrific. My package was stolen by the shippers. I just spoke with a customer service rep yes I was refunded but of course ****************** these are limited sneakers the are not in stock. I'm extremely disappointed in Nike for deciding to do business with a corrupt and disgusting company . I checked the tracking, and it says the shoes are in transit https://t.*********.com/Track/1LSCXM600144B5E The estimated delivery date was 10/12/2022, however they have been at the ********, ** ********** Facility since 1012/2022 1:00 AM, and it currently 9:00 AM 10/14/2022 Nike is associating itself with a company who's been reported for damaging and stealing the personal property of recipients. The company has been penalized by multiple governments for misclassifying drivers as independent contractors, and for delivering untaxed cigarettes (for which the company was prosecuted under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act. Unfortunately I will not be ordering online at Nike any longer.

      My shoe is delivered with a damaged box after a two-week wait and they did not accept the return!
