      I ordered my first 30 day supply of Gruns Daily gummies on September 3, 2024 with the guarantee I could cancel within 30 days of receipt of the order and be allowed to return the first months supply for a full refund within 30 days if not satisfied and cancel future orders. I received my order on September 8. I emailed them on 9/10/24 to inform my desire not to have a subscription. I had no idea how to cancel or get a refund for the $34.99 I had paid. I received no response. It tasted awful, my daughter didnt like it. About 20 days went by and I get an email that my subscription is being filled and they charged my card $150.99 at that time for the subscription I had asked to cancel. Mind you this charge happened before 30 days from the first order. I immediately emailed them referencing my 9/10 email, noting also that I had figured out their process to cancel online and I tried to cancel online and the system didnt recognize my email so I could not cancel. I emailed three times asking for help and left two voicemails. Finally I posted on social media and they then replied saying it was too late, and I could only exchange the product. They claim they responded to my 9/10 email, but theres no date stamp on this reply. They stated I can only get a refund on my first order as thats their policy, but I can only exchange my $150.99 subscription order. So I went back to get a refund on my first order since it is eligible for return until October 7 but the system will only let me exchange it! I have screen shots to show this. So much for their guarantee that you can cancel your first order for a full refund. I have informed customer service of this issue- and no response. **************** overall has been slow and unhelpful despite their auto reply that states they will return your message in less than ************************************************************************************************************************* get refunds they assure you can get.

      They double the shipping cost and also added taxes to my order without my knowledge or consent. When I tried to get my Order canceled, Refunded and/or return my product they denied me.

      This company has a website that advertises a certain monthly price for their product with a monthly subscription. (*****************************) After an introductory/discounted trial month (***** for the month), I subscribed to autoship/charges of *****/mo with free shipping. The next month they charged me *****. The month after they charged me *****. This month they charged me ***** again. Apparently, they changed the cost and charged shipping. I reached out to them to request a cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the difference in prices agreed to and charged. They stopped responding. Their website still advertises reduced prices with free 2 day shipping with autoship subscriptions.

      On 7/22 I bought a single bag of gruns for $49 ($65 was the total and $49 was including discounts) and upgraded my subscription to quarterly for my next auto shipment (3 bags for 30% lifetime discount). For the next auto shipment on 8/15 they charged me $80.37 ($65 + taxes and shipping) for one bag. I asked for clarification as to why I was sent one bag for full price instead of 3 for 30% off and they could not give me a straight answer. Instead they explained that shipping prices have increased and listed their various subscription plans and asked if I wanted to upgrade. I gave them proof of what was promised in my initial order confirmation email but they refused to acknowledged their mistake. I asked if I could send them back the unopened product for a full refund of $80.37 with no additional shipping costs and they refused to cover any inbound or outbound shipping costs. It feels like a big marketing scam.

      placed an order on 3/1, was billed on 3/2 ($305.20). On 3/4 they emailed me to verify address which I responded to immediately. A few days later i checked my order status and it showed cancelled- no email from them letting me know it was cancelled (and why it was). I emailed them several times since but haven't hard back from them and they haven't refunded my payment. As of today, 3/11/24, still no response or refund and have no number to contact them

      I ordered a product from Grns (Order #********) to try. They have clearly stated in the product page 30 day money back guarantee.I contacted customer service after trying the product and not liking it requesting the 30 day money back guarantee. They sent me a link to their returns page. I went to set up a return, which was charging me a $5 fee.I contacted the company again and notes the return was charging a fee. They said this was standard. I said that. I expected a money back guarantee as stated on their homepage, which included nothing about a $5 fee.Gruns has refused to keep their word of a 30 day money back guarantee and I would like assistance reclaiming my money from this company and to note they are using false advertising.I would like a FULL refund of the amount I paid to this company.

      Would not recommend! They over charge you and tell you, "you get credit to use on another purchase" Didn't know this and tried cancelling my order RIGHT AFTER it was placed and they said it was too late and sent out the order. Have to dispute with my bank because of their misinforming advertising!
