      Gruns has a 30 day return window. I was directed to go to the return portal, however, the only option given is exchanging the product. I reached out to them but havent gotten a response. I ordered two different products on different orders.

      Business decided to place a recurring order in their words that was not authorized. Attempted to cancel before shipment repeatedly. Gruns refused and shipped anyways. Returned shipment as soon as delivered, exactly how it was received. Have been waiting over a month for refund.

      Thank you for your response. The seller did finally refund my money. It was a month and a half of fighting them to get it back.

      I purchased 3 bags of Gruns Daily vitamin gummies from their Amazon Store over a 3 month period- delivered 9/6/24 ($62.11), 10/7/24 ($62.11) and 11/12/24 ($58.76). The bags contain a 30 day supply of individually wrapped gummies. Link: ********************** On 11/24/24, I opened an individually wrapped package from the bag delivered 10/7/24 and found some sort of mold growth in between the gummies. I contacted the manufacturer and provided photos on 11/25/24. The manufacturer initially offered to replace the item and requested proof of order. After providing a copy of my ****** order from their store, the manufacturer then directed me to work with ****** instead of them. The bag delivered on 10/7/24 is past Amazons return window. The option for support refers me to contact the manufacturer, and provides a link to Gruns Dailys contact form. The bag delivered on 11/12/24 does allow me to click into the returns section, but then when I click that there is a problem with the item (vs not yet delivered) - I get redirected to the same page that tells me to contact the manufacturer.On 11/26/24, I notified Gruns Daily about being directed by ****** to contact them directly. They responded that because I did not purchase the item directly from them, they cannot help me and redirected me to ****** again. On 11/27/24, I sent screenprints of the above referenced Amazon screens that directs me to work with the manufacturer. They have now responded 3 times that I need to work through ******. They are unwilling to assist **** am allergic to mold and do not want to consume something from a manufacturer that doesnt take **************** concerns seriously. I already opened the 11/12/24 bag and mixed the individual wrapped packages in a drawer with the remaining packages from the 10/7/24 bag. I would prefer to discard all the remaining packages and be reimbursed for the costs of both bags.

      They do not inform customers prior to their subscription date- when you go to cancel.an order they have every excuse why they can't cancel or refund your order. I have never been notified PRIOR to them charging me only WHEN they charge me. And because of that they use the excuse it's too late. I've tried to cancel many times and am still facing the same issue with zero help from customer support.

      On Octobet 27th of this year the company Gruns charged me the amout of ***** for a month of vitamins. I canceled my subscription the same day. The company ONLY offers contact through email. they responded to my inquiry to stop the shipment and that i had canceled. they stated they have no way to stop the shipment and it is not their policy to offer refunds and i was welcome to cancel further shipments. I responded that it was not acceptable to have a sham business that basically ropes you into paying for a item you do not want and not having any recourse whatsoever. returning the item is not an option with this company, essentially they state they hav nothing in place for customers other than to charge them and send something out. I would like a refund and for the item not to be sent, as of now 10/29 id has not been sent but the company states there is nothing they can to to stop it. this is ridiculous and *********** should not be allowed to sell anything in the **** without significant changes.

      Product was ordered online using their website. The order was auto-charged without the ability to review and finalize the order for the correct amount. In addition the discount price, free items offer and free shipping did not get applied to the order. Their policy (attached) does state cancellation is possible after order placed. After several emails back and forth, there has been no response other than the order was shipped and received. This order has not been opened and want to return for full refund.The site shows free avg 2-day shipping today. It does not state shipping free on first order only.The price for the sugar free packets was showing $5.00 less than actually charged.The email I received was to also receive 3 free sachets.The policy page shows Cancelations - We do cancel orders after they have been placed.

      I placed an order on October 3rd, 2024. Per their website this was a subscription which recurs every 4 weeks. I cancelled my subscription on October *******, 4 days before the 4 week period which would have been October 31st. I emailed the Gruns and they responded saying subsequent orders process several days early to account for shipping and processing time..This is illegal, I did not authorize for them to bill me a few days early I canceled my subscription before the 4 week deadline. I have requested a full refund but they refused.

      I ordered a 30 day money back gaurantee of their product. Before the 30 days was over I contacted the seller to say I didn't like the product and wanted a refund. They denied me because I used the product. They also sent me another package that I never ordered and are refusing to allow me to return it for a refund even though I never opened that package. I would like a refund in full for the 30 day trial that I cancelled before my 30 days was over and for the product that I want to return which is unused.

      Gruns offers a subscription for vitamin gummies. My first month I ordered and received my package with free shipping. I went to cancel my second shipment and was offered a discounted price so I decided to try it for another month. On their site it shows that I will get a reoccurring charge of $82.48.On 10/12/24 at 11:34pm I saw a charge come through for $103.49 for Gruns, which was more than I remember them saying Id be charged, so I went on their website to look at the order and saw that they tacked on $21 for shipping. I searched and searched online in my account for where it stated Id be charged $21 prior to it actually being charged and it is nowhere to be found. The only thing it shows is under subscriptions the $82.48 I will be charged for my reoccurring subscription. Theres no note about plus shipping or anything like that to at least help me anticipate some kind of shipping charge. I reached out to this company immediately via their contact us and didnt receive a response. I also replied to the order email I received after they charged me on October 12 at 11:35 PM and asked them to cancel my order.On October 14 around 7:40 pm I saw that they said my order was about to ship and again I replied to that email asking them to cancel it and the situation, and on October 15 at 3:17 AM. They replied saying they would not cancel it. They said I received an email, as long as I hadnt unsubscribed to marketing emails, stating my order was about to ship and giving me time to make changes. I never received this email and I know I havent unsubscribed from anything as Ive received several emails from them about their product since I became a customer, asking me to leave a review, etc. Not once have I received an email stating about an upcoming order or the surprise steep shipping charges. I have attached screenshots of the only place on my account where it says what Ill be charged.

      I purchased Gruns from ****** but directly from the manufacturer. They have a 30 day money back guarantee on your first purchase. This is definitely my first and last purchase. I have sent two emails to the company and gotten the same link twice. I apparently am not allowed a 30 day money back guarantee as I cant start a return with my Amazon order number. I experienced severe adverse reaction within 20 minutes after taking these gummies. I was shorted a full 14 day trial in my purchase. And they came in a giant clump and I didnt realize that the white glaze on them was not normal, they are severely dehydrated almost moldish looking. I would like to invoke as a first time consumer a money back guarantee.
