      I'm 73 yr old female got my tires rotated. They then told my my brake pads were down to 3mm dangerous, and I needed all new calipers. I went to 2 other places and got my brakes looked at. I found out my brakes are fine and in great shape like new. LES SCHWAB LIED LIED LIED TO MAKE MONEY!!! It's a shame old ladies can't trust a well known business

      According to *********************** records, ************ brought her 2006 Lexus RX 330 (vehicle) to the tire center on January 30, 2023 for a flat repair. Les Schwabs technician repaired the tire, free of charge and rotated the tires, also free of charge. Les Schwabs highly trained technician working on the vehicle also noted the brake pads were low and recommended a brake service, which ************ declined at that time. 
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in ************** report, we would like to assure ************ that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      If I could do zero stars I would. I needed one tire replaced on my trailer and the guy demanded I change 3 tires acting like hes DOT. He threatened to call DOT on me if I didnt replace the tires and he insisted that I buy all 3 from him. He wouldnt even give me pricing. He wanted to changed the tires and give me pricing after the service was completed. Ive been in the industry 15 years driving semis, I know when I need replacements. This kid thinks he can threaten to upsell me, to change 3 tires or call DOT so that he can make sales. I took my business elsewhere, Im a regular in the area and this used to be my go to spot for tires. Needless to say I will not return after this threatening experience. Who does this sales guy think he is? As far as I know just a worker at Les Schwab and not actual DOT. I understand safety is of importance when it comes to equipment and that is a priority for me. I do not need a kid at a tire shop threatening me with authorities. This was below the great customer service that I used to receive from this establishment. What a sneaky threatening way to make a sale!

      We regret that Mr. ******** had a negative experience with the Winnemucca, Nevada Les Schwab Tire Center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.

      According to Les Schwab’s records, Mr. ******** brought his semi truck to the tire center to have one tire repaired. At the time, the tire center technicians were under the impression they should not service this vehicle if it has other tires that are not safe or serviceable. If there are tires on the vehicle that could be a potential hazard, they would not service the vehicle no matter the wheel position. At the time the customer reached out to Les Schwab’s Customer Service Representative, *****, ***** verified with each member of management of that store and discussed the proper procedure. They came to the conclusion that Mr. ********’s one tire should have been serviced. They can make a recommendation on the other tires being replaced but it’s the customer’s responsibility to accept or deny these recommendations. The tire center is now on board with our proper procedures. 

      Les Schwab sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience this may have caused Mr. ******** and would like to assure Mr. ******** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Buyer beware I purchased some really expensive tires for my Tesla thinking that I would benefit from some special warrant they promised. Come to find out if you do not have them do the rotation every 5 thousand miles they will void the warrant that was not explained at purchase. why would anyone pay double for the same product with out a great warranty? I regret my purchase and feel I was treated like an idiot I do not recommend this company for tires.

      According to *********************** records, ************************** purchased four new tires for his 2016 Tesla (vehicle) on March 19, 2022. ** May 2023, over one year later, ************************** brought his vehicle back to the tire center where new tires were recommended and he was provided with two different quotes. ************************** declined any work or purchase.  
      Les Schwabs Best Tire Value Promise, a copy of which ************************** received at the time of his purchase, expressly states: *** limited warranty for tread life does not cover services, damage or wear due to any of the following: misuse or abuseCovered Tires not regularly rotated will be considered abuse for purposes of this Limited Warranty. As part of the Limited Warranty, Les Schwab provides free rotations every ***** miles or as needed for Covered Tires. Les Schwab has no record of rotating the tires on Mr. ************ vehicle since the date of purchase in March 2022. ***refore, the damage or wear on his vehicles is not covered under the warranty.
      Although Les Schwab respectfully disagrees with the allegations in Mr. ************ report, we would like to assure ************************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Took my car there to change 2 tires and brake a couple of months ago. Took me 2 days be cause they didn't have parts. Then later, they send me a letter, said it those tires the gave me were recalled, they ask me bring back the car then they replaced it with 2 cheap Hankook tires not even side, since then you problems all the time. I come back to them a couple of time for services Flat tires. (2 of the continental tires I change it at ******* tires before still working good). Yesterday, Mar 15, 2023 I came again for Flat Tire services.Manager said it had a nail on it???? It took me more than 3hrs, because the technician do it on the wrong tire. It's Rear passenger tires but they do it on Driver side. After 1 night, the next day my car have the same problem even worse, I came back on the Mar 16, 2023. This time they said it s leak on the side an the tire is under warranty but they ask me to pay more 180 something to replace it????? After I left the shop my car cannot go even 20miles to *********** services Center. This is horrible and unprofessional services here. I spent almost 2k for Brake and 2 tires . For your safety concerns Do not bring the car there for there services. By the way. This is a location at **************************************************** 94536.Show less

      BBB Review - *********** We regret that Mr. ** had a negative experience with the *******, ********** Les Schwab Tire Center. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, Mr. ** brought his 2017 ***** Accord (vehicle) to the tire center on April 14, 2020, and had two new Continental tires installed. The tires were later recalled so the tire center installed Hankook tires on April 14, 2021, and refunded the customer the difference in price from the Continental to the Hankook tires.On March 16, 2023, Mr. ** brought the vehicle back to the tire center for a flat repair. The tire center employee found the right rear tire had a nail in it and repaired it. The next day the customer returned with a left rear flat that had a bulge in the sidewall, likely caused by a pothole. The store put together a road hazard warranty that is not 100% because the tires had ~****** miles on them. Our warranty states, "If a Covered Tire eligible for Tire Protection incurs non-repairable damage during the first 25% of tread wear, Les Schwab will replace it free of charge. After the first 25% of tread wear, Les Schwab will provide a pro-rata adjustment based on the original purchase price". Mr. ** was given $180 representing the pro-rata adjustment based on the guidelines of our warranty. The store attempted to work with Mr. ** to find an option that would satisfy his concerns; however, Mr. ** proceeded to curse at the tire center employees until he was politely asked to leave the store. Although Les Schwab disagrees with the allegations in his review, we would like to assure Mr. ** Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      If I could give them a Zero I would. I brought my car in to change my brake pads and they worked on my rotors (otherwise my car was running just fine). Once I got my car back I could no longer turn my steering wheel. When I went back in they said it was already stiff when I took it and they asked if I was accusing them of tampering with my car. I just mentioned that my car was working fine except for my brake pads needing to be changed and now I could not even turn to back out of the lot. They said it was already like this when they drove it into lift yet no one told me I had this problem till after I tried to drive off and had to came back in to complain. Had my car actually turn and I was able to drive off I probably would have ended crashing later. They made me feel like a liar and brought over another employee to tell me I was wrong and this wasn't their problem. I had my dad and our mechanic friend take a look, the power steering fluid was contaminated. When refilling and turning the wheel the steering rack popped, it seemed to already be broken with just the rubber boot holding it together and that's why the power steering was bubbling when I asked Les Schwab to look at it after I complained. They said it must have been leaking from cap for a while even though I've never had a problem with my power steering till after they serviced my car. Even if it truly coincidently broke on the drive from parking spot to lift they were just going to let me drive off like this without care after servicing my car for 2 hours. I suggest you take your business elsewhere where they aren't just trying to rush your car out the door.

      Refused to return a product I bought two days prior with a receipt and the product is still sealed. This is asinine and a HORRIBLE way to do business. I am about to have it out with the manager here shortly when they try to charge me extra to plug my tire. Do not come here. Go anywhere else.

      BBB Review - *********************** We regret that ************** had a negative experience with the ***** and Albany, Oregon Les Schwab Tire Centers. We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.According to *********************** records, ************** purchased a set of Easy Sox traction device for his ****** Impreza (vehicle) at the ***** tire center on March 10, 2023. On March 13, 2023, ************** brought his vehicle to the Albany tire center for a flat repair and to return the Easy Sox. While ************** had a receipt for the return of the ***************** policy and systems require certain customer information to process a return. Unfortunately, the tire center employee assisting ************** was unable to retrieve this information from ************** and, as a result, could not process the return.The store moved forward addressing **************** flat tire request and found the tire was not repairable. When this was communicated to **************, he reacted very angrily, took his keys, and left the store. Although Les Schwab disagrees with the allegations in his review, we would like to assure ************** that Les Schwab remains committed to providing the best service and products possible.

      Went in for a simple alignment check, they said itd only take an hour. After an hour and they hadnt started yet, I went an asked how much longer till they start, they said itd be 3 hours. I have stuff to do in 3 hours so that wouldnt work. I asked them for a coupon for the next time I come in and lady said stuff happens and its not their fault. I told her I completely understand, but why didnt she tell me its going to be an additional 3 hours. Super disappointed in Les Schwab. Dont recommend at all.

      I've bought Les Schwab tires since moving to ** 22 years ago. My experience at the local level has been very good. This is why I assumed the corporate leadership was also excellent. However, this Christmas I purchased a set of 4 tires for my brother. He'd wanted to get them at ******* but his local Les Schwab had them in-stock and offered a $100 rebate--so I encouraged the ** purchase. The first issue was that $100 rebate wasn't instant. Not only did I pay tax on the whole amount, but I was told I had to apply for the rebate, and once approved, I would get a rebate **** card for $100. This process would ***********-8 weeks for approval and another month or so for the card to be mailed to me. I needed to keep close tabs on my email to make sure I got approved and did't miss getting reimbursed. Another stupid task was that I had to activate my debit card. Also, it could not be used to withdraw $100 in cash; it required purchases up to, but not exceeding, $100. What this meant is that I had to keep making small purchases to ensure that I'd get to as close to the entire refund as possible.None of this is acceptable. These were corporate decisions made in collusion with a **** vendor. That collaboration shortchanged not only me, but also the businesses I used that card to pay for goods. I imagine that ** got discounted **** cards; the bank got card service fees. If someone forgot to apply for their rebate, lost their card, or could't use the full rebate amount, all the better for ** and the bank. This seems highly cynical.This experience makes me rethink the relationship I've had with Les Schwab. I thought the corporate culture of Les Schwab was based on good service. I feel mis-served by the company. To Les Schwab I say: Don't squander the good will of long-term customers like me--just because some MBA says there's profit to be made. Keep in mind what you might lose.

We take customer reports seriously and work diligently to immediately address customer concerns.As Ms. ********* review states, she purchased a set of tires at the tire center in November, 2022 and received instructions to redeem a promotional mail-in rebate for a prepaid Mastercard in the amount of $100 for the purchase of said tires. The tire center marketed the rebate as a mail-in rebate for a prepaid Mastercard, not an instant rebate. We regret that ******************** expected something different, but we believe the $100 rebate was a generous promotion that was given to her as advertised. We sincerely thank ******************** for her business and hope to continue to provide world class customer service to her in the years to come.

      ****************************************************************************************************** Manager at Les Schwab on ***** in ******** provided extra thoughtful service on a busy weekend. Since I live nearby he offered to put my spare on and take the bad tire to repair the valve so I wouldn't have to wait two or more hours on site. He called next morning early to let me know tire was repaired and then rotated the spare back to trunk and installed the repaired tire as soon as I arrived. Both visits together totaled only about 30 minutes.And they charged me next to nothing. I will buy my next tires at this local Schwab tire center!!

      I called this Les Schwab at about 9:30 A.M. on Christmas Eve morning. I spoke with one of the technicians. He said there is no wait time and to bring my car down. My rear tire was making a funny noise. I parked my vehicle in their parking lot and walked in. I told the lady at the front counter what the issue was. She said it sounds like a hub. She said I will have the technician re-balance the tire for you. There was not many cars there at first. So I figured this shouldn't take too long. I sat in their waiting area. A half an hour went by and then an hour . I thought why is it taking so long for them to check my tire.? I noticed customers that were coming in were getting helped before me. I look out the window into the service area and my car is still parked in their parking lot and not even moved. I thought maybe the arriving customers had appointments before me. So I continued to wait patiently. So two hours had passed by and they finally got my car and and fixed the tire. The technician was looking down at the floor when he came out and I found it kind of odd because. I had a feeling the technician was about to give me some bad news. He said my name first and then he said. Did you know your e-brake was broken? I said huh it's not broken. How is it broken? Then I asked where is my car? He said by **** I got to my car and my e-brake handle was completely snapped off laying on my seat. I told the technician. My e-brake was not in this condition after parking it. The technician said. Your e-brake was broken. Do you want to speak to my manager? I said yes. The manager said your e-brake was already broken and we couldn't move your vehicle. I said my e-brake was working! My e-brake was not broken it was fully functional. Your technician snapped it off. The manager was trying to keep a straight face to keep from laughing at the situation. Parts and labor. The technician did over $500.00 damage to my vehicle with no regard to it . I need help! This is not right!

      The e-brake handle wasnt broken from the assembly when I parked it and I know that for a fact. The technician was too rough on the handle and snapped it off the assembly. The technician knew he broke it a long with his manager. Its why the technician couldnt look me in my face as he was walking up to close out my service with me. And its why the technician and his manager let my car sit there in their parking lot for almost 2 hours. While other customers that arrived after me were getting service before me. Because the technician and his manager were trying to buy more time to figure out how to approach the situation. Because they knew they messed up and broke my handle.
