    I received a cheap adjustable sized ring from this company. I have not been billed for this yet. But there is no telephone number or any way to reach them. I DO NOT like receiving things I have not ordered.

    I have received a key chain and note. I have not purchased anything from this place. I am concerned for fraud and my identity stolen. Along with personal information.

    I received a small package containing a keychain today from XBR. With the keychain was a note advising that the merchandise that I ordered will be here soon. I have not ordered anything from this company. I do not remember even hearing anything about this company before. I do not want to pay for something that I didn’t order.

    Two small packages arrived today, I did not order from them, I was not expecting them.
    - One package had 2 screwdrivers, they looked like a Christmas ornament.

    - One package has 2 small rechargeable flashlights.

    All items are very cheap and of no value to me, I have no idea why they were sent to me - I suspect a scam.

    No paperwork, just a return address on the packages.

    This business sent me a scrap of paper and a scrap of ribbon in a plastic envelope. I'm not sure what this is about, or if I ordered something and they gave me nothing. I'm not sure how they know my address and name.

    I bought a hat called the Pale rider that was to be shipped by this company, they have not sent the hat but keep send empty envelope that would not even hold a hat.I want my hat, picture of envelope enclosed.

    XBR was selling online (tiktok, etc) a lift bag system with an air compressor included for $39.99 - After purchasing, XBR sent me two empty packages via ***** I believe this was done so XBR could "prove" the product was delivered. I have one open (empty package) and I have a second un-opened package. Very Very bad business in the sense of this is 100% fraud.

    Out of the blue a package was delivered to me it is a shirt that was never ordered from a company that I can't get any information on. I will contact my bank and review all resent charges and see if any are related to this mysterious address or company name (XBR)
