    I received what appears to be a Diamond ring from Zales., from XBR.
    I never placed an order from them and am concerned they have my name and address. There is no way to contact them.

    On 06/23/2023, received a package from XBR via USPS (Tracking #**********************) that was NEVER ordered by anyone I know. Content was a men's ring in a Zales jewelry box. No documentation or receipt of any kind accompanying the item in question.

    On 6-23-23 I received a package consisting of two junk jewelry rings from XBR, **** ** ********* **** **, Hillsboro, OR 97124 via USPS tracking # **** **** **** **** **** **. I don't know this company and I never ordered ordered any rings from this company. There was no shipping document or any other documentation with the package. From other entries on BBB this is probably a scam.

    I have no idea who this company is. I received an envelope today with nothing but a scrap piece of calendar in it. The package was mailed with the ups and trackable.

    I believe I ordered clothing from this company and have been waiting for over 2 months for my order to arrive. Today, May 20, 2023, I received an empty ziplock bag with nothing inside. I would either like to have the merchandise I ordered or a refund.

    We ordered 2 jet blenders and our package was delivered empty, picture attached. we would like to receive our blenders as ordered or a full refund please!!

    I order items online( Facebook) paid in advance. I received the plastic (see through) with a zip closure. The package was empty upon arrival.

    My wife, ****** ****, received an empty envelope from XBR in the mail on 05/03/2023. The US Postal Service Tracking Number doesn't show as a Created Label with them. The Tracking Number on the Empty Envelope is the Exact Same Tracking Number Provided by Clothing Boutique thru JC Penney's. When typing the number in on the USPS Site it doesn't show up as created, When tracked thru website provided by Clothing Boutique* ************************** it provides tracking that shows the "package" (Empty Envelope) was delivered! How an order placed at JC Penny's turned into Clothing Boutique turned into an Empty Envelope from XBR in Oregon is a mystery to us.
    We will be filing a claim for a refund thru the credit card used for the purchase unless the company wants to provide the ordered merchandise.
