I'm not going through them. I blocked their number and I hope I won't hear from them again. I got suckered into a free estimate but I canceled several times but still had someone come out. I was very polite about the whole situation how I told them that this my mothers house I do not own. She's on a fixed income and she wouldn't be able to pay for something like this, and that I probably would end up paying. I'm not interested in have a 20 year loan on siding when I do not own the house... I've explained to 3 different people yet they call me all hours of the day, when I'm at when I'm not... I really hope they don't call me from different numbers or come by to my residence again. Just leave me alone!DaBella

This is the worst business to deal with. Would never recommend to anyone! The two gentlemen that came to our home to evaluate our roof were kind and professional but highly trained in sales. They thoroughly looked through the roof, and over-exaggerated the damage to the point we felt this was an absolute immediate emergency. Severe black mold, rot everywhere, trusses were at risk etc. Well come to find out other roofers did not feel it was that dire. These giys were at our house for over FOUR hours doing sales pitch and multiple calls to their "manager". Brought a 32k estimate down to 27k. Pressured us into signing papers but promises credit wouldn't be ran etc. That was Friday night. It's Monday and we told them we took another bid. Sales guy tries to change our mind. Then an alert pops up that they RAN THE CREDIT PULL and when we called management, they sounded like young kids on the phone. The one guy was rude to my husband on the phone and told him if we took one financing option he could do it for over 9k... or to make him an offer. Wtf? I called and I was so rude they almost hung up on me, so fair enough, but omg. Then we finally got them to cancel and they still reached out to my husband. And we had to call the bank that they ran our stuff through to reverse our credit issue. They upsold literally everything about the roof. All of it. 'Special patented technology, special panels special roof paper, new vent system (that makes no sense) and they left out a lot of key information on the cons of using these "new" boujee systems. Disgusted with them. Now we know why literally everyone we've spoken to absolutely can't stand them.DaBella

I will agree with the other bad reviews of dabella we had our roof done for $19,000 in November of last year and it is still making noises like someone's walking on the roof I have been contacting them every two weeks since and they have done nothing absolutely nothing to help us! Go anywhere but there to get your roof done! They didn't even offer a discount on top of it they close my account while I was complaining!DaBella

Do not let them in your house. Two ************************************************************************************* the house where the ceiling plasty was falling off. They looked on the roof, we let them in our home to look in the Attic, they took lots of pictures. Discuss their install and all the different parts, everything was looking good. They offered us a flex plan if we made the decision today to use them for 10% off. They stepped outside our home for 10 minutes while we discussed between me and my wife. When they came back in and we notified them that we cannot make the decision today we had other companies coming to check on our home to make offers as well. They made a phone call to to their manager and came back with trying to make us lower bid we notified them again that we cannot make the decision today. They made another phone call and tried to offer us with a marketing discount because of the color we picked. We then again tolled them no. Tried asking them to leave because we could not make the decision today. They kept trying to push us till I finally after multiple times and then making multiple phone calls to the office stood up from my table telling them that they're disrespecting my wife because she kept telling them we could have made the decision today and they kept trying to push. They didn't finally get out of their chairs till I stood up and told them that they were leaving or I was going to call the cops. He kept trying to tell me they were just having a business conversation and I informed them that no they were pushing us and disrespecting the wife who kept telling them we could have made a decision today. As they walked out our door they tried telling me they shouldn't yell at people half age but yet they weren't respecting us anyway. I was liking what their plan was for our roof and notified them while they were in our home they were at the top of the list cuz they gave us more info than anybody but now I will not use this company.DaBella

DaBella is a high pressure over priced contractor. They have their script and they refuse to leave until they get a sale. Their quotes are 3 to 4 times higher than any other contractor which is why they pressure you to accept their quote on the spot. **** was extremely aggressive, disrespectful and rude, I had to ask him to leave our home after 3 1/2 hours. He pretended to call his "Boss" two different times, but when I got up and walked by him I could see the phone was not actually on a call. Don't let them get started and cheat you, don't let them into you house!!! Who is going to sign a contract for $107K without getting multiple bids??? NOT US! On the other hand, the company that came out this morning was a third of the cost in comparison to DaBella, with no high pressure, passive aggressive salesman. I cannot believe **** was so disrespectful to us in our home and thought we would cave and give him a sale. Dude, you have another thing coming, go take some customer service training courses. You need it! If I could leave a negative STAR it would be -5.DaBella

I did not appreciate the high pressure tactics of DaBella. It was difficult to get the salesman to leave as he would was not accepting a firm "NO". I'm so glad to have kept getting estimates as I found Matador Exteriors of ********* to be highly professional, knowledgeable and actually listened to my needs. Its a bonus that the owner comes out to see the roof himself and BIDs can be more competitive without paying a salesman, appt setters, etc. His wife helps with computer work which further helps keep customers cost low while focusing on high quality materials and workmanship. I'm confident the roofing details he educated me on will contribute to a long-lasting quality roofDaBella

All the men working on my roof were very friendly and knowledgeable about installing the roof. Some things came up that caused it to take a little longer to do my roof then they had predicted. The end result was a beautiful roof.DaBella

I hired Dabella to do my roof and after negotiating a price we agreed that the work would start after the 4th of July. So I waited on a call from them to see what day was scheduled to start. After three days went by I call Dabella and we decided on the a date to start. My project manager was probably the worst Ive had to deal with. During the roofing work there were no contact on the progress of the work and I was left in the the dark on what was going on with the roof. No one kept me informed on the progress and I was very y pleased with Dabella. So after the work was finished I was called about final payment and scheduled a day for a representative to come to the house. So during this process I explained to them that the work was incomplete, they didnt install intake and rigid vents on the roof. So after the conversation I was told not to worry that will be taken care of. The roof was finished on the 19th and today Id 8-3-2023 I have not heard from Dabella on completing the work. Needless to say Im very upset and this story aint over.DaBella

I didn't even employe da Bella. Infact told them many times I was not ready to move forward but yet they called constantly. And when I expressed I wouldn't be using them as they had been harassing me and calling multiple times during the day and to include called me at 9 pm one night the girl tried to tell me it was an automated call and didn't show that they had called that late... calling me a liar when I have call logs. Rude af. Will not ever use them.DaBella
