I recently had my windows replaced by a wonderful crew. I was impressed by their careful and concise work. They cleaned up afterwards and left my home and yard free of debris of any kind. I am very pleased with the quality of windows. It truly enhances the beauty of my home.

After having one of DaBella's employees come to my home offering a free inspection, I did not answer the phone when they called to confirm my appointment for the next day. The employee came back to my house and proceeded to ring my doorbell, knock, and eventually was screaming my name from outside of my house because I didn't answer my phone. I am preparing to welcome my first child and was in the middle of painting the nursery when this occurred. I did not appreciate the bombarding that I experienced because I simply didn't answer my phone. A few days later, I received a call and explained the situation that happened and told them if I was interested in the future, that I would reach out. Since then, I've received MULTIPLE calls DAILY from them, some even at 8pm in the evening. This was completely unprofessional and I've since asked to be removed from their call list. For not wanting to pressure potential customers, I felt pretty pressured and continue to receive phone calls from this company who doesn't seem to know how to take NO for an answer.DaBella

*************************** out of the ******** came to inspect my roof and guttersI had heard that DaBella was a quality company but I was nervous before they came just because I am so used to high pressures sleezy salespeople. When ***************************** walked in she was a breath of fresh air! She was warm, thoughtful and we just got into a lovely, easy conversation. She asked me what I thought about my roof and I said I thought it looked great but it was almost 30 years old. And also I was starting to see sparkles on the roof and thought it was time to find out what was happeningShe got into my ceiling crawl with her flashlight, temperature gauge and other equipment. It was 91 degrees at my roofline which is way too hot, the original contractor did NOT put vents at my roof line so it couldnt breathe. The sparkles were part of deteriorating roof tiles getting too thin. Oh, and throw in mold and water coming through ??. I needed a new roof and gutters. ****** walked me through DaBellas contract- easy to understand. Not the cheapest, but they back up anything that could go wrong, and you get what you pay for. I loved the fact that I could choose how much I wanted on my credit card and want to hold on to as much cash as possible so am doing monthly installments with a great low interest rate. We hired DaBella to replace 10 new windows in the enclosed porch of an old home. It was a bit of a challenge due to the porch having settled after many years. However, the installers were extremely helpful and professional and did a fantastic job. The leader installer ****** was super thorough and ensured the fit was perfect. He explained everything as the work progressed and finished in a reasonable timeframe. The price was not cheap but the windows are of high quality!DaBella

I had a fantastic experience with DaBella Windows. I live in an old school that has been converted into condominiums. Dabella's sales rep was friendly, informative, and super helpful when it came time to get our project presented to the city's historical commission. The installers were prompt, efficient, and left no mess. Their skills were top notch and they left beautiful windows with shiny new trim in their wake. I really enjoyed each professional that came to my home or managed my billing. It felt like I was working with people I have known for a long time. I have had the windows for a few months now and I am still pleased with the quality of product and experience. I highly recommend using Dabella if you are considering.DaBella

1 starDaBella salesmen came door to door and talked with my wife. She has been hoping to get a small section of rain gutter on part of our roof, and started talking with them about that. They ended up talking her into getting new windows for the whole house for $8000! With financing on monthly payments, the end total is over $16,000, something my wife wasn't told. They repeatedly told her that our current windows were "out of code" and would not pass inspection, even though we are not planning on selling our house. The pressure was on to have her electronically sign for a down payment of $1000. After discussing the purchase with my wife for several days, my wife realized we don't really need or want new windows, because our windows are just fine, and we can't afford new ones. When she contacted DaBella to inform them that she didn't want the windows, she was told she was locked into the contract because the initial 72 hours had passed. Someone from DaBella called and talked with my wife. He was very mean and forceful and said they could take us to court over the contract my wife had signed. He said they had already spent considerable resources on our windows. My wife said she still didn't want the windows. Later that day, a person called to schedule a time to come measure the windows. They hadn't even started making them yet! My wife told him not to come, because we didn't want the windows. At this point, we are trying to get our $1000 back. I called a professional home inspector and asked him what would cause a window to not pass inspection. He said that if the window is missing (the glass is not there) or if the glass is broken, the window doesn't pass inspection. That's it! Window missing or broken. He said the salesmen lied to my wife about our windows not passing inspection. I encourage anyone thinking of dealing with DaBella to read a lot of the BBB reviews and complaints about them.Review fromDan T

I had the pleasure of working with DaBella for my recent roof replacement, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Right off the bat, they exceeded my expectations by completing the project earlier than originally estimated. Their efficiency and dedication to the job were truly impressive.One of the things that stood out to me was how well they explained their business model, product offerings, and warranties. Everything was ******* clear and remarkably comprehensive. It gave me great confidence in their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction.The sales staff, April and ***, were a delight to work with. They were punctual and conducted themselves in a thoroughly professional manner. Their knowledge of the products and willingness to address any concerns I had made the decision-making process a breeze.Throughout the project, I was in the capable hands of *****, the project manager. Her communication skills were top-notch, and she always responded promptly to any inquiries I had. Having such a reliable point of contact made the entire process smooth and worry-free.On the day of installation, the crew arrived slightly later than expected, but given that they had already started about two weeks earlier than planned, it was not an issue at all. The installation team demonstrated remarkable skill in their work. Not only were they highly proficient, but they also showed great respect and attentiveness to my questions and needs.I am more than satisfied with the end result of my new roof. DaBella has proven to be a roofing company that truly cares about its customers and delivers on its promises. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services. 5 starsDa Bella installed two complex sliding-door units in our ocean-front residence in *********. The installation was completed, downstairs and upstairs, by ***** and **** approximately one week ago, and was done with professional skill and efficiency. The work was done on time, and as promised, by Da Bella staff and crew. The cost-fee was acceptable, and "in the ballpark" by current economic standards. We received all that we could expect, given the complexity of the installation and perceived quality of the units, and feel that we got at least as much as we paid for. Given our experience with Da Bella, we feel fully confident in referring them to others contemplating window/door renewal/installation. They are also to be commended for the care and respect that they gave to our property and the post-installation clean-up. Dabella is a high pressure over priced contractor. They have their script and they refuse to leave until they get a sale. Their quotes are 3 to 4 times higher than any other contractor which is why they pressure you to accept their quote on the spot. Dont let them get started and cheat you.DaBella
