Though I was unable to make a deal for a much needed new roof , it certainly wasn't lack of trying on the salesman's part.Azod was very knowledgeable about the product and procedures. Financed a roof through this company, the sales rep and his supervisor out of ************* have been nothing but rude and pushy. The scheduling was very sudden and the roofing job took twice as long as they had said, then demanded we sign the completion contract right away. One representative even threatened to take legal course even after I explained my husband was out of town taking care of a dying relative. I dont recommend this company to anyone.DaBella

I was contacted by ******* by a referral from a friend because I had old aluminum and wood, single pane windows. My house was very inefficient and getting new windows has been an anticipated project for me for years but I've avoided it from cost concerns. ****** from the sales team was very easy to work with. He worked around my schedule and gave me several quotes to see which one met my needs. The cost was way more affordable than I thought, and the production of my windows was actually a lot faster than I thought. Contracting, including several addendums, was easy, fast, and clear. The install team and process was also very clear and easy. The install team was really nice, professional, and knowledgeable. And then once the project was done, the wrap up and financing was also straight forward. I independently contacted my local utility (***** in Lincoln County, ******) to see about window replacement rebates. And, as part of that process, had an energy inspector come inspect the windows and install and he said they look great. I recommend this companies' windows.DaBella

1 starMy wife and I are 80 yrs. old.I was recovering from a recent stroke and heart attack, when I was approached by 2 high-pressure salesmen on Oct 6th, 2022. I was not quite in the right state of mind, yet. They started talking to me about their windows. When I asked them to read the small print to me because I couldn't read it, they just said that it was beneficial to me.They talked me into signing a contract. Upon further discussion, they had taken a quick look at the wall wear the windows would be replaced, and reported 'normal wear and tear.' They said that someone would be out for further inspection, and said I had 3 days to cancel. I told them I'd better wait, just cancel it now. (At this point they had been there 3 hrs.) They advised me to wait for the further inspection to make a decision. Needless to say - nobody came. I had paid $650 upfront. DaBella started calling and hounding me about the installation shortly after. I told them several times to cancel it. They continued to harass me over the 4 potential windows. It wasn't until Dec. *************************************************************************************** March 2023, I was served to appear in court. DaBella was suing me.My granddaughters' pulled everything away from the walls to take pictures of the falling wall, where windows would go. One of them called an ex-contractor she knew to come inspect the wall in question and give us his honest opinion. He said it would not be safe or feasible to mess with this wall, as disruption could cause a domino effect without the proper support. The wall is off the floor base and sitting on the dirt underneath, with a 1.5" gap. It is literally falling away from the structure of the home. During court, the judge didn't acknowledge the evidence I had, he didn't even look at it, and awarded DaBella over $3,300 for the cancelation. This is a classic example of: "taking advantage of the elderly."Review fromCe D

Stop the hard sells. It was bordering on harrasment for my elderly parents and the salesperson WOULD NOT LEAVE AFTER 3 HOURS EVEN THOUGH THEY REPEATEDLY SAID THEY DIDN'T WANT THEIR SERVICES!Absolutely unacceptable. We will NEVER use this company for any work and will NEVER refer anyone to this company.DaBella
