      Everything went so smoothly and absolutely love my new windows. Its made a big difference with the heat beating in the windows. Everyone was great to work with at each step of the process. Now I want triple pane windows throughout the house.

      ****** and ****** came out to our home to inspect the roof. They were thorough and professional. We were shown pjictures of extensive damage and offered a number of options. They gave us an impressive demonstration and we have opted to go forward with one of the options.

      Windows are gorgeous and contractors were professionals. Was the sweepstakes a hoax to get a presentation in? I entered the sweepstakes and someone would call!!

      Had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Rep worked to get us the best materials at the best possible price for a monthly payment we could afford. We definitely needed a new roof and the ********** gutters had to go. DaBella was terrific throughout the entire process. They respected our request for 2 week delayed start because we had family coming into town. Once the project started it was fully completed within a week. New roof and gutters look great.

      We have been 100 % satisfied with DaBella from the two salesmen who responded to out request for a quote (spending a great deal of time inspecting our property and back and forth conversation until we agreed on a price) to our finished roof and gutter installation.We love the color choice for our roof! Installers were efficient, friendly when answering our questions, completing work in a timely manner. Clean up after roof work was greatly appreciated.The gutter installation was especially impressive. We literally followed the lead worker around the house as he was working and without hesitation he complied with every request we made.Without hesitation, we give DaBella 5 stars!

      We are very happy with our new **************** from DaBella! The salesman was great. Easy to work with & really knew what he was talking about. Could answer any questions. He sold **. Others from the company called to make sure we didn't have any other questions. Kept in touch throughout the project. ****** finished in less than a week. Following week gutters were installed in less than one day. Messes cleaned up daily. DaBella was the best choice for us.

      Worst company I have delt with in years aside from Cricket. I had four calls to and from them. Three appointments with no one ever showing up. First excuse they got stuck. Second accuse was there wasn't an appointment scheduled and third was my phone was unreachable for direction. The last one was total BS since I gave them the directions during the third call. One turn only very hard to figure out if your maybe 2 years old. And when I called to find out why they were late. They claimed I had a request for no call as I'm sitting on my porch waiting for them.

      The Representative did an admirable job of Presentation. Very clear and thorough, with high quality products, but I don't know if they layer the new roof as the sales person told me because they never notify me when they were installing the roof and I wasn't at home when that happened. I learned that was done when I called to ask when it was going to be installed and they told me it was done. They make an appointment to sign the finish papers around 6:00 pm when they knock at my door at 9:30 pm. obviously I did not open the door, how disrespectful is that!I had a flat tire two days after the roof installation and find a lot of nails in my drive way and back yard; I shouldn't have believed them that they would leave everything clean.Now I'm just hopping that they job was done properly that I don't need to deal with them again.

      We have been battleing with DaBella for days now. We asked at the very beginning of this process to have clear and frequent communication. That has not happened. I had to get screaming mad on the phone to get anyone to even respond to me. Then more promises were made that have not been kept. All I want is to be able to have a contact that will answer the phone when I call and/or **************** that know anything about our job. So far that has not happened, not even close. They talk over me and won't listen to what I need until I get mad and then they are offended. This is possibly the worst company I have ever worked with. If you read this in time, my recomendation is don't get involved. They got in my door under false pretences and it has gone down hill from there. Sorry guys but you need to get more training. So for I rate you a 0 out of 5 stars.
