      Lied about "sweepstakes". Deceitful and misleading to get an appointment. Completely unfair to ** and the salesman, who was a wonderful and honest young man.

      Yes, I enjoyed the "inspector". What I didn't enjoy was the false pretenses in which the appointment was made. There was no "sweepstakes" entry, and I was SPECIFICALLY told by the lady on the phone that they would only come look to give an estimate. We are considering selling and wanted to get an idea of what the cost would be. I explained that I didn't want a pressured sales pitch. She said that she would "let the technician know". When he arrived and did the walk through he knew nothing about a sweepstakes and said that he needed to do a 90 minute presentation. I'm clearly a trusting person, but if a company is going to lie and misrepresent from the get-go, I'm very likely not going to continue to do business with them. We ONLY gave the young man our time and attention because he was professional and clearly had guidelines he had to follow. But we told him from the beginning "no deal", and I could tell he felt frustrated. We both were bamboozled from the start. He thought he was here because we had called them for a quote. We thought he was here because we had shown interest in the FAKE "sweepstakes" that he would enter ** into. I guess it's true, there is one born every minute!We live in a large development and I've warned all of my neighbors about this scam.

      I was contacted by this roofer through a neighborhood canvassing they performed in ********. They offered me a free roof inspection and I agreed. An inspector came the next day and did a thorough inspection of my roof. I was already aware that my roof was on borrowed time and ****** confirmed that. I was impressed with Dabellas professional approach and willingness to work with me. The roofing was scheduled and completed within 3 weeks. (Actual roofing took 4 days). They kept the site cleaned daily, were friendly, and willing to answer questions. The roof turned out beautiful. I am very happy with the work and workmanship put into it. Thank you Dabella!

      Dabella installed a new roof on my home in October 2021. I have had so many problems with this expensive roof! Shingles have come off at least 10 times since the job was completed. Dabella has not come up with a solution to keep this from happening. I am very low on their priority list since they cashed my 50K check in 2021. I contacted both the local and corporate offices about the most recent event on May 3. They have yet to schedule a repair. This has been so frustrating, disappointing, and extremely unprofessional.

      ***************************** is excellent young man and represents DaBella well. My husband and I very much appreciate the time and knowledge shared with us concerning our roof. ******* was respectful to our choice to not make this purchase at this time and we very much appreciate that there was not extreme pressure put on us to do so.       My new windows are amazing! The sales s**** worked with me to find something within my price range. The install team did a great job. They were courteous, clean, and quick. I had a question after the install was complete. The DaBella crew answered my questions promptly.

      We signed our contract more than a month ago and up until this moment nobody has reached out to us to see when they could come and measure our windows. When ****** and ***** showed up at our door, I didnt even want to let them in because I had had issues with just setting up a free estimate appointment. ****** and ***** assured me that I would not have any issues going forward. ****** was a bit pushy on getting the contract signed but once we did sign, I spoke to a couple of people who welcomed us to the family. I have reached out to *****, ****** and ***** and have yet to hear back from them after the initial conversations that we had and them, knowing how upset I was because its taking so long to get the windows measured. I have called the customer service line twice and have been told that a manager will be calling me back within 48 hours. That was Tuesday, June 6 at this point we actually would like to cancel our contract with them. So my recommendation to whoever reads this is find out if there Contractors are running way behind because that was never told to us. This is not the way family should be treated.
