Excellent experience all around! The quotation process went smoothly. ******* was knowledgeable and professional. Installation was on-time and the installers were polite and hard-working. The clean-up was 100%. My new roof and gutters are beautiful.I highly recommend Dabella.DaBella

High pressure sales tactics, scribbled notes from to nice but younger sales gentlemen. I told them at the beginning we were getting quotes from 3 venders and they spent two hours with *************************************************************************************************************************************** the nationwide average of a new shower install, coming in at $28,000. They came back after they put their bid together and gave us a price of $18,500. They pressured us to accept it. I told him we were getting multiple quotes, we could not sign up today. He said Ok let we see. 5 mins later after doing some scribbling he took $2000 off. But only if I signed today. I said we werent ready. He then said, Oh so you are Ok with paying $18,500 if you call us back later. I then felt like I was buying a used car. I stuck out my hand to shake each of their hands and said goodbye gentleman. Instead of leaving they back into our master bedroom, got on their phone and called their supervisor to I guess try to close the deal. 5 mins later they came out again to try to tell us how great their product was and how they believed in it soo much. Way to high a sales drive. An hour later our 2nd appointment with ****** came& the two ladies were so professional, showed the design we chose in a mock-up on the computer and the were only $15,000, Guys go Kohler or anybody else, The price mock-up sheet for Dabella was printed upside down front to back and the scribbled notes on it. ****** did a full bid on the computer as we designed it together and sent the bid and terms for financing all to my Email right there. In and out in 1 hour, not 2 1/2 hoursDaBella

First of all I want to say thank you, Im so glad I did business with DaBella. At first I just wanted to get a quote to see how much it was going to be to do it ourselves. But **************** was very personable and good at her job that she sold ** on DaBella. ******* and **************** crew did an amazing job on our roof we love it. We will be recommending and continue using DaBella for any other projects we plan on doing. Thank you againDaBella

I had gutter and a window installed. The gutter leaks in several places, the job site was NOT cleaned up (nails, debris, old *********** over the place), the window was installed without any trim on the inside. When I asked the installer about it, he stated DaBella told him that I was responsible for installing the trim. What!? I refused to sign the contract until the job was done correctly as promised. They took the full amount out of my account and have not completed the work. this was 6 months ago! Despite repeated calls, repeated emails, repeated attempts to find someone at the local DaBella office - it appears to be permanently closed - no help has been forthcoming. I get the same, standard response whenever I call. "The local Manager is on another call. I will have her call you by end of day." Fast Forward 6 months. no call. Every. Time. Do Not purchase from this company. Even if they had done a good job, if I needed work done on the warranty, I would be waiting months for help. I am saddened by their lack of professionalism.DaBella

I live in eastern *************. Several weeks ago I made arrangements with a salesperson for a new roof. She told me upfront it would be on the higher end, but worth it as had a 25-year warranty and the latest technology. She showed me how the company has great reviews rating it an A. I did look at the BBB reviews and saw it was only 3 stars but she reassured me they fixed all the issues to the customer satisfaction. NOT this customer. First, they showed up at 7 AM without letting me know they were coming. We had agreed they would show me any plywood they were replacing. I went to remind the roofers of this but because of a language barrier, we were unable to communicate with each other. That said, they were hard workers. When they finished at 8 PM, the gave me the paperwork to sign. I went out to see the finished product and was near tears. It looks horrible. The ridge vent doesn't go all the way across and looks like this thing that sticks ** in the middle of 3 different rooflines. I have this wide metal valley in several area that make it look like they ran out of shingles. At the top of one of these metal valleys is a clump of shingles that look a mess. I immediately contacted the salesperson and was told I would hear from a supervisor the next morning. That didn't happen. I had to again reach out. The supervisor showed up today. I had taken photos of other new roofs and did a lot of driving around my town looking at roofs. NONE looked like mine. His take it is installed correctly looks great and all other roofs will soon fail- but not mine. I find it hard to believe I have the only correctly installed roof in my ******. Not happy with the roof and definitely not happy with DaBella. I can only imagine what I'll have to go through if I have to use the warranty.DaBella

We had **** and **** come by and talk to us about a fairly recent siding project on our house. They showed us some areas that need more work, left their names and phone numbers for the future and told ** to contact them if we had any questions or problems. We thoroughly enjoyed being around both of them and will trust them with our house in the futureDaBella

1 starDidn’t turn up to appointments.
Scheduled an appointment to quote for new roof, siding and windows.
Took a half day off to accommodate Dabella’s schedule as they were unable to accommodate mine.
First appointment they didn’t show up despite confirming with me 24 hours earlier. No reason given despite me asking.
I asked not to be contacted further as my time was just as valuable as theirs.
Three weeks later they called and pleaded apologies and said it would not happen again, their “top specialist who can provide the deepest discounts” would be there by way of an apology.
I asked to be called on the morning of the appointment due to their absence last time and they flatly refused. When I explained I’d rather not see them again they said to ‘take this call now as a 100% guarantee we will be there’.
They failed to show. I called them 10 minutes after the appointment start time and they said they had no record of the appointment.
Dabella are content to waste prospective customer’s time, not once but twice and use deceptive messaging to get appointments like offering incentives that are not attainable.

1 starCalled to schedule a appt for a roofing quote. First red flag was on the phone they asked me who the decision maker is and if they would be present. I am a women - and also the "decision maker", also when calling for a quote I don't understand why that's a question being asked. After getting off the phone I read terrible reviews online, as well as decided to go with a more local company recommended by family. I called back and canceled my quote appt - they tried to get me to keep it by saying I would be entered in a 15k giveaway. No thanks. Canceled. The next morning 2 salesman showed up at the time of the appt and would not leave. Asking to see my call log to verify that I canceled the appt. I finally had to shut the door in their face. So unprofessional and unfortunately lived up to the other negative reviews I've read online.Review fromAmy W

The whole process for ** went very well! The reps did a great job reviewing the process and getting the roof job lined up. The materials were delivered about 2-3 weeks after signing and contractor started the next day! Roof was done in 2 days and all materials were cleaned up and nails swept. I thought the price was inline with other friends who had their roofs done (by other companies). Were very happy with the experience!DaBella
