1 starShastina Lake Resident. I agree with several others, DaBella uses old fashioned manipulative sale techniques, 1) they overcharge so that they can play the good guy and get you a special discount, 2) then if you still are not sure they use the old car sales technique of "Let me talk to my manager and see if I can get him down on the price" and 3) they will offer a special "over-stock shingles" at a lower price, but if you don't sign now the whole deal is not guaranteed. 1 starI contracted DaBella to replace the gutters in my house, They told me about one kind of gutters but they came out with something completely different and lower quality and they want me to pay the initial price.They sought that because I am senior I was not going to climb to the roof to see the gutters.The supervisor came to get the Settlement Agreement signed, I told him that is not the system I bought and he said "You bough gutters, they are there".Now in the warranty period, I talked with a customer service representative about some installation problems and she asked me to send some pictures, finally the agreed to fix the problem.Then the Project Manager called and she agreed to send the crew to do the repair, that was 02/14/2023.Today 04/14/2023 (two months later) nobody has been here and the Project Manager does not answer the phone or my messages. My advice to everyone is to think twice before hire this company. Is better to contract another company to avoid cost overruns and a lot of lost timeReview fromJoleen S

1 starnot impressed. couldn't verify my appt for estimation then call 3 days later to set one up with me. appt setter didn't listen to my reasons why I didn't go with them. call back # given to me went into the intercept message about the # is not in service. if I could make the rating lower...I most definately would.Review fromMike J

2 starsBuyer beware: We need a roof really bad and one of their reps came out to take a look. After the look came a presentation. Price? $46,000. Told them that was way out of line with our thinking. He asked us what we had in mind and my wife told him $35,000. He said that's an $11,000 difference but he would try. I told him to go ahead and try but even that amount was way above other quotes. He had presented sticky paper to go around the edges (new innovation), rubber boots to go around the vents (standard) and $150 per sheet to replace 1/2 inch ACX plywood. I told him that was way out of line with ********** prices. But he went ahead and called his boss. The boss ok'd ******. He went out to get something and in the meantime my wife remembered we had only about ****** to spend due to other projects. He came back in and we told him we couldn't do it. He said his boss ok'd ******. I couldn't figure out where the 261 came from. From $46,000 down to $32261. For architectural shingles, in an area that doesn't get hurricanes and sticky paper that we don't need with vents that we don't need. He actually told us his opinion that our current vents are out of code. They aren't out of code and we had one every 4 feet. What a waste of time. At least we didn't fall for their scam. Actually it wasn't a scam it's just that they try to paint a picture of their roof being the absolute best, and it may be. It's just that's it's way overboard for the weather in most of the U.S. and priced probably 100% to high. Yes that's double the cost it should be, and maybe more.Review fromDarrel M

1 starThis business has deceptive and illegal practices. They charged my credit card over $17,000 after I was assured no charges would be made on my credit card as I cancelled the order in person within 15 hours. It has taken me numerous phone calls and 20 days to have that charge refunded. I an SO glad I cancelled and found out this is NOT a company you want to do business with!Review fromTrish M

1 starThe salesman (he was a newbie) had a sample sliding window. To show us how strong the glass is he hit one side hard with a big tape measure. Sure enough, the glass held. Then he hit the other half of the window and - bang - it broke and glass went all over our living room floor. He was as surprised as we were and rushed to clean up the mess. His partner, obviously training him, said "Oh, that was our competitor's glass." Then he turned to the newbie and said "You're supposed to hit that side, not the other side!" So obviously the two sides were different and one side was bullet-proof glass or something for "demonstration" purposes. How can you possibly believe anything they say after that???Review fromMIKE M

1 starA Dabella employee came to my house uninvited on 4-8 and gave me a quote to replace my roof for $27,000. Due to the salesmans cussing during his shady sales pitch, I would never use this company! I had another quote for $15,000 for the same type of roof from a very reputable company that I could trust. Do not allow any Dabella employee into your house. He wasted 90 minutes of my time and was very unprofessional. He was the type of man I could not trust.Review fromDeborah W

******* from the Bella came out to my home and gave me a free estimate for three of my windows. He is a great representative for the company. I didnt feel that I was pressured into purchasing anything, and I definitely will use them when I start my project.Thanks ?? ******* RDA
