      This company is misleading and a waste of time. They have an A+ on a technicality, they respond to every complaint and BBB marks that as solved. It looks good on paper, but is not right by the customer. *********************** the finance manger is rude and condescending. The financing explanation is misleading and purposely explained to make you feel like you are getting a good deal. Guess what you are not! Thank you ***** for wasting our time and costing your well performed agents money. And implying that I am stupid!The sales agents were great though and the windows were great. DaBella should do some reorg in the finance department and adjust their finance rate and they might get more business. $100,000 for 21 windows financed seems ridiculous.

      I just had a kid barely out of diapers come to the door and tell me my roof needed inspecting tomorrow, free of charge. When I told him I just rent my home, he shut down, paused and then asked if I knew of any of my neighbors that also rent so he didn't have to waste his time. I get these people coming in 4 or 5 times a year. They all wear their DaBella jackets and point to the insignia like it's a badge of honor. These people are "trunk slammers" and you will get screwed dealing with them.

      **** and **** were great. They took alot of time explaining their product and services. They took good pictures of the issues with ******* and explained what issues I had. Looking forward to working with them.

      Quoted a re-roof for $32K and we brought them down to $25K. Re-roof quotes from other companies ranged from $14K-$18K, all had the same type of GAF shingles DaBella included in the quote. Lied on my financial application and claimed the credit score listed was from TransUnion when my actual credit score from TransUnion has never been that high (about 50 points off). Very high sales pressure to sign that day and used scare tactics, but we decided to cancel the day after. Quotes from other companies were good for two months. Salesperson lied about roof features being dangerous to the **************. Use local roofers that send out actual roofers instead of salespeople.

      I look through these pages and pages of hundreds of negative reviews and see my story exactly. I'm not going to waste my words reiterating everyone else's sentiments. What I do want to speak of is the concerning nature of all these negative reviews in every aspect of the companies business. The issues are many to include: predatory behavior, consumer deception, bad business practices, terrible customer service before, during, and after the so called sale, I could go on and on. I would like to ask the BBB why does this company maintain an A+ rating with so many serious negative reviews???? I'm appalled to think any company would think any of these instances sited throughout would be considered acceptable behavior. The company obviously does not care because the issues are continual. It also makes me wonder why any company would be ok with all these terrible and disgusting negative reviews. They should be ashamed of themselves I know I would be if it was my business. The complaints are in all areas of the business to include: windows, roofs, siding, and baths. They start at the very first meeting and continue with negative customer service throughout the entire ordeal, yes I say ordeal. This company feels it's ok to take credit cards and provide no service at all except headaches to the consumer. People feel manipulated, lied too, ignored, and just plain feel they were cheated and frauded. I will write negative reviews wherever I can and warn others not to fall prey to this company. I hope everyone else does the same. You can file an official report with your local BBB, you can dispute charges with your credit company due to this company's misleading practices and failure to provide a service for the money the took from your credit card. Do whatever you can to warn others of this, I leave a zero rating for Dabella.

      This is what you get when you do business with dabella. I was satisfied with the initial installation and quality. Three and a half years later that is not the case. The weather is rainy outside and unfortunately it is also rainy inside my house to the point of collapsing my entryway ceiling.After calling daBella to tell them they're nearly brand new roof has failed and is raining in my house they so kindly told me my warranty is not with them and to call the roofing products manufacturer. After calling the ***** number and getting no response. Nearly a month later I have substantial damage to my home and the only way I have been able to get any forward progress on warrantable repairs is to contact their local warranty repair contractor directly and have them actually communicate with me. I have never been more disappointed in the customer service of a company in my entire life. I am a veteran tradesman and know how important craftsmanship and customer service after the sale is. ********************** leaves all to be desired. I am now left with a leaking roof with no communication from the warranty company for nearly a month and a home that is being destroyed from poor craftsmanship. Luckily their local warranty contractor came out under their own doing and tarped my roof today. I now look like trailer trash with tarps over my brand new roof on my half million dollar home.Dabella does not do their own work. They subcontract everything. I'd be embarrassed with my craftsmanship, dabella should have called the subcontractor who installed to come out and fix their work.See ****** to see photos

      Our roof is in shambles. I was expecting (based off of decades of home ownership and doing roofs myself) that we would be looking easily at 25k. ******* representatives came over for an inspection and estimate. Not only are they down to earth, honest, open, and wholly communicative, their professionalism, attention to details, and on straight forwardness was a breath of fresh air. I could be best friends with them! I really appreciated their candidness, straight shooting, no bull to the point options, pricing, and selection. They have so many facets to their service - from guarantees, financing, materials, availability, knowledge, and customer service - that I had no need to shop any further. Hands down, the best experience. Thank you SOOOo much ********************, and RJ. The price was better than expected. The quality, attention to detail, and complete coverage was amazing.       I didn't want to even select a star rating. A DaBella roofing salesman came to our house yesterday. Although the company info section was pretty long, it was tolerable. We initially liked the salesman and could have considered the company after obtaining other estimates. When this was communicated with the salesman, he kept trying to push me to consider signing. He pushed for financial information, and after repeated mentions about not deciding until I received additional estimates. His relentlessness of not listening to us and pushing a sale, just like a car salesman was getting annoying. We asked him to leave and he refused saying he was waiting for a call from his boss. We repeatedly told him to leave and he kept refusing, again about this call. My boyfriend positioned himself behind the chair where he was sitting and finally he stepped up, but insisted on sitting on the porch stating this was policy. We told him no and to take the call in his car. My boyfriend had to ****** him out the door, using his hand on his back to get him to walk out. It did feel like a scam. It was also scary and I considered calling the police. I will not do business with this company.

      Dude came to my house from DaBella roofing company. I've done roofs myself in the past. He said that they will give my wife the 'special' price of $27,000 to RE-DO MY ROOF THAT'S IN GOOD CONDITION, as long as she signs WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, AS HER HUSBAND!! My wife got mad at me when I said that I would shoot him off of my roof if I found him up there under those circumstances. OBVIOUSLY A VERY SHADY, DISHONEST, AND UNFORTHRIGHT company!!!
