      Worked with ***** to order windows for my manufactured home. Excellent customer service. Very caring, answered all questions to satisfaction. Definitely recommend ***** at DaBella. Excited for my new windows to arrive and be installed. Thank you *****.

      When we signed the contract because we really liked their product we were promised nothing but honesty and communication which we told them was incredibly important to us because we both work full time and did not want to have the issues of trying to get ahold of them constantly or being led on or lied to. They ended up doing both to us. Every week I was having to call them to try to figure out what was going on because every week we were told to expect a phone call or expect somebody to come to our house to get the final measurements for our windows. After a month of this and issues with our down payment being lied about, I told our rep ******************* that I needed more communication; that is what we were promised yet I was having to call them every week and every week I was being told the same thing. He promised me that he would do better to update me every Friday. He updated me one Friday out of three weeks and even that was the same thing I had been hearing since we signed in December. At the beginning of February I told them were done, they werent doing what we had been promised in the beginning and what I had asked from them multiple times and I wanted to cancel the whole thing. This led to a whole other issue of being told I have to call this person and then that person and then after a week of talking to multiple people some of which threatened I would be liable of paying up to 50% of the project if I decided cancel it now and it taking four days to even get ahold of customer service Im told that the manager ***** actually gave me the wrong information and I actually didnt have to call any of the people he told me to call and his manager was actually the one handling the cancellation. Fortunately, ****** the manager canceled it all with no fee and even gave us back our deposit. However the whole thing was a giant nightmare and I urge anyone looking into this company to do their research and look at other companies in the area first.

      Very pushy sales tactics. Would not take no for an answer. The original estimate for siding of ***** magically came down to *****. Shady let me call my boss

      I had a sales rep from Dabella come review my roof last week. He quickly told me I had lifting, active leaking, and a support cross sectional joist that was completely cracked and could be up to six figures to fix. He showed me photos of the joist and it was a dramatic crack down the side of the beam. He then quoted me $19k for a new roof on a 900sqft home, and then dropped it down to $14k (for overstock, marketing, flex install, and before and after review discounts). I later asked for photos from my attic and he sent me everything except the cracked joist photo. I then asked for the cracked joist photo, and he wasn't able to supply the photo. He then lingered for two and a half hours trying to convince me to sign a contract using manipulative sales tactics and wouldn't listen to my request of wanting more quotes and opinions. To get multiple professional opinions had two different roof inspectors from separate roofing companies out. Both determined that a majority of my roof is actually in great condition and had been re-roofed in the last 13 years. A rep from ***** Roofing (So kind!) said "If it was me, I would just get a **** treatment, fix some flashing and call it good". He told me if I was looking to sell I would maybe consider re-roofing and at *** would be $8k. Dabella is a big company, practicing extremely shady and dishonest, and manipulative sales tactics. Avoid at all costs.

      Very similar to others reviews. The person I scheduled with insisted there would be no obligation. When the estimator (read: salesman) came on March 04, he didnt even bring a ladder big enough to get on my roof. He spent an hour taking pictures and walking around in my attic. Our attic is in he master closet. He got insulation all over my husbands clothes and didnt close the attic door all the way.Then he wanted to talk about their product. I asked him what their average prices were. He said that it was between 20k-30k! I told him we didnt have the budget for that. Instead of talking about working with my insurance (which most roofers do), he only talked about financing. I reiterated that still it wasnt in the budgetbut I also wanted to see what my roof looked like, so I let him show me the pictures (I know, I gave him false hope). He thought I would panic when I saw them and insist on replacing the roof. I didnt. Then he wanted to tell me about their company, using every typical (and stereotypicalIm a female) sales tactic in the book to sway me. When I finally stopped him and told him that he was wasting our time because its still out of our budget, he did the following: In. My. Living. Room. He called his manager to tattle on me. He told his manager that he showed me the pictures and the roof needs to be replaced, but I said its not in the budget and I want him to leave. This is where it gets good, people. His MANAGER did not tell him to respect my home and my property and do as I asked. His manager told him to keep pushing and try to get me to finance. He hung up, passed along his managers message (as if his manager can tell me what to do in my home), and thought I would go along with it. I had to use my mom voice to get him to leave.Oh, also, they said that their average reviews on the BBB were a 4.7. As of today, its a 3.05.The ************************ will be taking care of our roof for 10k.

      High pressure sales, tried to change the order on me and give me a different window, installers are not neat, and did not clean after themselves or even clean the windows they just installed. The windows had huge gaps around them so between the frames and trim I have a lot less actual window. Were supposed to install in October, didn't happen until January. Crappy communication.

      This company continues to harass my 90 year old father. He has repeatedly declined their services and they have sent representatives to his home and called him multiple times. I called the business to file a complaint and was told that the only way to communicate a customer service issue is through their website and that I should hear from them within 48 hours. Ridiculous. I absolutely do not recommend.

      Multiple mis scheduling s and calls to schedule after I was scheduled and had already signed the contract. Could not communicate between departments, then comes the day for my roof to be installed, after waiting and waiting for them to show up I finally got ahold of someone and got told I am not on the schedule. If this company cant even get a simple date and time together there is a serious issue.

      I still have a broken window that was installed, one that I am being charged for, and one that is not sealed tight. I've called and called to get them fixedlots of promises no compliances. NO results after 3 months. Dabella makes you sign a promissory note not to *** in order to get anything fixed that they broke. I did get a check for some damages, but NOTHING to pay for the damaged windows that were installed or price adjustments for a window they didn't replace. 3 months later.
