1 starUnethical sales tactics coupled with a 500% markup. Have had two bids from them in the last few years - one for windows (their let me talk to my boss omg we NEVER do this price was 75k, a job which we ultimately paid another contractor 12k for with the exact same windows and warranties) and one for siding (38k for a partial install *but hey its 0% financing for two years if you sign right now* while the same job with the exact same materials and warranties is 6k with every other licensed and bonded contractor that bid the job). They lie about their reviews and past performance, conveniently leaving out their BBB ratings and the reviews they scrub from the internet, and expect you to blindly agree to the investment before reading a contract. None of their offerings justify the insane markup, but youre left feeling like you got the deal of the century because you were finally able to get them out of your house. I talked to a Sales Rep from the ******** branch of DaBella. The reps name was ***** and he was very nice but very bad at communicating. It was supposed to be a free estimate but he pushed and pushed for us to sign a loan agreement. We just wanted the estimate not to be forced into doing something we didn't want. I tried reaching out to him after he informed me i was denied. I have about 6 emails that I have sent him in regard to be getting my money back that I should have back in September ********************************************************************************** nor can their customer service. The response I get is that "you were sent your reimbursement check already". Ya okay, I was sent back my Voided Money Order from ************* which you cannot get your money back on when it said VOID across it. I can't get an answer from the company on what to do. But if they are going to send back checks then maybe it shouldn't say VOID on it because that destroys the chance of someone getting their money back. I will not be doing business with DaBella in the future since they clearly don't actually care about their customers. I would much rather do the work myself. I do however still want my money back for my deposit that they denied.

********************* was ************ and we could not be any happier, every word of his and DaBella's promises were held up and the 36 sqare difficult roof was replaced with Supreme craftsmanship and a very short job time! saved the day sealing up just before the rains. It was a wonderful experience and a solid company.DaBella

They got me under contract and took my $2,000 deposit now nobody will return phone call back I have been trying to get them to call back for 2 weeks and nothing. They say they will contact you back but never do. Do not use these people run run run.DaBella

I cannot get them to return my calls even though Ive been calling for months. They lied about how much materials they used & charged us for the unused plywood on our roof. 29 sheets of plywood to be exact. I am promised a quick call back each time I call. Today I called again, was on hold for an hour. While on hold I called them from my home *************** answered immediately. Just beyond angry with this whole experience.DaBella

1 starA young man came by selling DaBella new roofs. When I asked for his card he gave me a door k*** hanger. No name, address or phone number! He wasn't gone 5 *********** got a call supposedly from DaBella confirming the kids spiel & setting an appointment for an estimate. After a few questions I ended the call. I paid money down on November 11, 2022 for my house roof, soffit and fascia, and carport. My contract stated that the work would be done by the end of the year. It wasn't. They bragged how they have big boom trucks with buckets to get the job done in 3 days. The snow did not start until December, so they had 3 weeks in November to get it done. They sent a team of 3 people in mid December, after a heavy snow. Only one person could speak English, they didn't have a ladder to reach my second story, and they didn't even know what they were supposed to do on my job..."Are we doing the carport roof?" they asked and stated they weren't told about the soffit and fascia!!! They checked the materials dumped in the street in front of my house and said there were not enough materials to do the job anyway, so they would have to come back. They did return the next day, and got on the roof with shovels, but then left after a few minutes without saying anything to me. I have called over a dozen times and am told someone will contact me and they never do. The materials are still in the street degrading and no one will call me. Worst customer service I have ever encountered. They talk a good talk in the sell, but DO NOT follow through. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, they are horrible!DaBella

1 starI sat with two guys about a shower project and after listening to the company history and how they hire only those with 7+ years experience, etc. for 30 minutes and not able to get their estimate, I asked them to leave. The main guy didnt get up to leave until he called someone to say Im kicking them out. My spidy senses told me he was trying to justify his high costs. He wouldnt tell me his estimate after many requests by me
