      I called the office in November 2022. I had windows and a roof put on was feeling since they did a good job on both those I would reach out to them to put siding on my house. I called in November talked to an associate set the appointment up to have some one come out. He never showed up. Later that day I called back they set another appointment up no one never showed up. It is now January 2023 and I've left numerous voice mails asking if someone could give me an explanation or some idea what is going on.This is real upsetting I have put out good money on this company and to have them treat a valuable customer is very disturbing. It leads my to see if I can find another company and going they can do as good of job this company had dinner and work with me to.*************************

      The installers don't speak English didn't clean my windows and one of my windows was broken and the company never even called me and it took 6 months to get my windows put in after I had to call and harass them And now you can't get ahold of them cause they don't answer their phone and then you talk to the customer service they send him an email and they don't call you back dudo not use this company they ****

      We purchased windows from dabella two years ago. The window has to be Pushed on to secure lock. I sent email October 2022 there was an automated response they would reach out in ten days. Ten days later sent another message and received same response. I then called and they wanted pictures and utility bill confirming ownership. I sent in. Waited for reply ,called again and said waiting on parts. I advised it is an adjustment only ( ********** resolved same issue in a week) they advised that they had six weeks to respond. I waited the six weeks and called in on week seven and they advised me to call again in one week. I feel like they are just stalling until I give up. It is now late January and Ive been waiting since late October. Im just grateful I went through ********** for the rest of the windows.

      We did not get what we were offered. They did the siding on top of the old one we had. Only 1 person showed to work the 2 weeks. They lost my door bell, and front light. They took of the door from the fence, and light and did not put anything back. It took 1 month to refund me after a fight for what I paid to have my house back with lights and a door for my fence. I will not recommend or use this company again.

      I had an appointment with them on Friday at 2:00 for an estimate. My son in law took time off work to be there with me. Nobody showed up or called. Wasted my afternoon waiting for them. I will be telling anyone who ask not to do business with them.

      This company is the worst at communicating, if I could give them negative starts I would . No one communicates with you and they sub contracted with a company that left trash all over my yard and neighbors yard . When I asked the general manger this issue he basically told me to have them pick it up and they would clean up the mess at my house. Well here we are 48 hours later and I havent seen a soul. Do not waste youre time and money on this poor excuse of a so called business .

      We started with DaBella on October 13 2022. This is the ***** office on ********************************************. Received an email on the 19th Oct. Stating they accepted the $3000 down payment on the windows. Estimated start date was 12/08/22. There has been no communication since the email on 10/19/22.We both tried to phone but ******* couldn't connect. Contacted BBB and received a call from DaBella next day. Message stated to call back on same # that didn't work. I called # that was left on my phone and talked to someone at DaBella BUT he tried to connect me to customer service and couldn't. Told me to call same # I have tried before. Would appreciate help. Poor way to run a business!!!

      If you could use "0" stars that is what I would give DaBella! After spending $43,000+ on windows in September 2022, they needed to reorder 2 windows that didn't work, replace some screens and fix the gap problem in the material surrounding the half-round window. We were suppose to get a call from supervisor in October regarding fixing material around 1/2 round window. The 2 replacement windows were supposed to be put on "******************** and should take 4-6 weeks they said. We have heard nothing and have called them repeatedly and told we would get a return call. Called in October, November, December and now January 2023!! What is so hard about giving a customer a return call? Sometimes when calling them get cut off during transfer or are they just hanging up?? Dabella has absolutey the worst customer service we have ever experienced! I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anybody and would warn anybody considering their services to think twice! An unhappy customer here!
