1 starDo not use or contact this roofing company. I got a quote from them that was double the cost of any other roofing company. When I told them I have already had the roof taken care of they tried selling me all sorts of other services. I get calls from the sales people at all times of the day or night. Just this morning I got a call at 6:04 AM!! Terrible company.I have ask to be removed from the list multiple times. At this point it is harassment!Review fromBoyd J

4 stars****************** is an employee of DaBella company and came to my house today to explain putting siding on my house. He was very professional with a great personality. He explained everything very clearly and I wanted to purchase the siding today but was unable to at this time. ***** and his partner ***** were absolutely professionals.Review fromPam S

1 starDaBella salespeople have come to my ********** times in the past seven months, twice to hawk new windows, today asking about the age of my roof. They are always very pushy and obnoxious. We live in an older house that we have recently paid off, proud to do so. Seeing these people canvassing the neighborhood for work when contractors of every stripe are so very busy makes me suspicious. Their pushy ways at my porch was extremely distasteful. Yes, we have plans to replace our aging aluminum windows. Yes, Im aware that my roof is well over its 20 year lifespan. I will not be using a contractor that keeps coming to my door when *** asked them not to. Please come up with a different marketing strategy. When I tell a salesman that Im good, planning on using another contractor, then they show up a couple months later with the same high pressure tactic, makes me wonderReview fromCarol V.

5 starsWe'd been unaware our roof had serious issues -- we were blissfully ignorant. Unfortunately, back 13 years ago, a local contractor had SAID his team knew what they were doing ... but they obviously DIDN'T. As a result of the poor job done back then, our entire roof's decking (the plywood sheets) was rotten and molding. I'm very grateful that a couple of months ago, a DaBella team saw from the street that our roof was "rippling" between rafters and offered to do a free inspection. With photographic and video documentation, ************* out issues in our interior attic space, they showed us our roof had a severe problem -- though once installation began, the issues proved to be even worse than initially thought. Once the DaBella team began work, they had to go above and beyond, to get the huge amount of labor completed by yesterday afternoon, just before we got hit with a multi-system "Snow-mageddon", which will probably leave us with 3 feet of heavy snow on our roof. Right now, I'm sitting warm and cozy in our living room, instead of dealing with a roof cave-in. I highly recommend working with DaBella's team in northern *******. The products this nationally- recognized company uses are outstanding and their folks up on the roof are highly trained and DON'T cut corners. If you want it done right, get DaBella.Review fromAngela S

1 starInstallers were good, however we did not appreciate smoking on our property and finding cigarette butts in our parking area and the front yard. We were supposed to be locked in on an affordable payment and after all was said and done the payment is significantly higher... We've had contact with Dabella several times, communication is very poor, they came out made a sign papers anyways, promised us a $1,500 check to help supplement this higher payment still have not received that. Also there was leftover material that we paid for and that was not refunded, so we just paid for material that we didn't need. Our sales reps are no longer with the company. Not happy and will not use them again.Review fromRich H

This **mpany found me off a **** List link I logged into. I was looking for ' quotes ' from various **ntractors to give to the ************* Very logical, common sense. I needed a roof replaced after storm damage on Dec. 31 2022. They took measurements, let the computer come up with a quote then showed me 3 levels or repair with costs for each (In the ****** range) And beforehand I asked for and they AGREED to send this ' quote ' to the insurance **.Opened the computer for me to digitally sign that page. 2nd page loads and asks for a signature. Reading the fine print at bottom it occurs to me this is a " **ntract " they want me to sign. I ask.. this is a quote right,,, that I can sent to the Insurance and so I can educate myself as well on the details. I have people (Like my Brother) I want to ask about regarding the info they have submitted. THEN is when hard-sell pushback starts. " Didn't we answer all your questions....all the info is right there " etc "We were told this was an emergency" I ask more questions.. get more pushback and run-around. I eventually throw them out of the house. They never did send their quote/contract to the ****** (or to me) for review because I asked if **** ** got it. No. One EXCUSE by salesman (He texted me back)...He lost contact info on his phone. I persisted asking for the quote following days and they gave additional excuses ( in texts) as well WHY I didn't get the quote. (Hiding the evidence) I don't know if their OTHER salespeople operate this was and the ** approves of it.. I assume they do. Can I give this ******** stars? High-pressure & dishonest after they were caught. Quote was on 1/7/2023 by *************************. Almost 1 week later and they STILL have not shared that quote ( as noted before-many excuses WHY) with me or the ***** **. They want it hidden obviously. **** SHOULD remove them from THEIR of **ntractors List if they care about their reputation from this dishonest company. REMOVE from BBB as wellDaBella

Never do business with Dabella! Our 2-4 weeks to install our walking shower took 4 months to get to install and suppose to be a 1 day install. My bathroom has been torn up with holes in the floor. They were suppose to come back today and finish the job, and all day long we have had no installer show up. Going on 3 days for an install and still counting because the installer doesn't know when they will be back to finish!!!! In the meantime, we are in a mess,so very unprofessionalDaBella

1 starI am so disappointed with the service I have received. I signed a contract for a certain amount. When the roof was done, the rep came back and said it cost more than they thought and I need to sign a new contract for $8000.00 more than the original. The rep said if I didn't sign the new contract they would take me court. Being a elderly single person I was scare and signed. ******* on my 20 year old mobile home ended up costing over $26,000.00. It also left ugly holes where my skylights had been. I cry when I look up and see the cracking sheetrock and wood with nails, which is the bottom of the roofing where they covered my skylights. When I called to complain I was told, oh it's not that bad. Just leave it. Now I cannot afford to get the inside fixed. It breaks my heart and ruins the chance of selling my home.Review fromKa S

1 starIf I could do zero stars I would. We had a salesman show up at our house with a No Soliciting sign and knock. I spoke with a young man and told him that my husband would be making all decisions and he would have to ask him. He took this as setting an appointment for the next day. The next day a different person for the company came to the door for their appointment. My husband tried to get him to leave without an appointment and he refused. He told my husband he just needed a few minutes. 40 min later he came back to the front door to discuss his findings and offer a quote. My husband refused to let him in and when he handed us all the information he had collected, its a blank set of papers with his phone number. Very unprofessional and very pushy.Review fromDee D

I made the hugely costly mistake of hiring the *********, ** office of DaBella to convert my tub and shower into a walk-in, so I could age in place. Their installer made errors in adjusting the water flow that remain to this day, cut every single panel poorly, did a sloppy and unprofessional caulking job, installed a grab bar not perpendicularly, failed to raise one side wall to the ceiling, failed to cover or trim out one wall, inexplicably extended the back wall 3" past the corner, built one wall to drain directly into the shower pan while the other two walls hit a horizontal lip that allows water to build up, apparently failed to correctly support the shower pan, and NEVER installed the shower door that was specified in their contract. They proposed to re-apply the rear wall to cover their cutting errors, and then showed up 2 months after they 'completed' their initial work with the wrong wall panel, and a door that was designed to fit on a tub/shower and was 18" shorter than the one specified. They did NO repair work on this job. They rudely insisted by phone that I pay the balance due several times, even though the job was never finished, and they have refused to refund the considerable deposit money I paid them so that I can hire someone else. In addition to what I can SEE of their workmanship, I have no way of knowing if the plumbing and flooring work they did was done correctly.DaBella
