      They installed a shower, we thought it went well, but the faucet handle won't allow to get nice hot water out of the shower. You have to take a **** warm shower. I called and was told the part had to be ordered. I discovered this same faucet at home improvement stores. It's been over a month, no calls back to schedule this. Now the shower is leaking. I call and call and can not get through to customer service. When they installed the shower they said there was no water damage on the sub floor, so we had all new vinyl floors installed in our bathrooms. Now there is water damage on the new floor in front of the new shower. I called out the floor installer who came out the next day and measured the water content of the floor. It is not from his install, it could be the drain or pipes in the wall. Now the new *********** to be replaced but that can't be done until the shower is fixed and since you can't get a call back from DA Bella it remains leaking. I am just disgusted by the lack of call backs from this company. We will take legal action if necessary because we are paying for something that basically cannot be used as it is and if we do use it to take a very short tepid shower we are further damaging the sub floor and new vinyl. I would never recommend this company and wish I didn't even have to leave 1 star.

      Two young girls knocked on the door of my 95 year old mother's home and wanted to schedule an appointment for a salesman to speak with her about new vinyl windows. She politely told them "no" she wasn't interested. The next day the salesman showed up anyway and proceeded to spend the next 2-3 hours in her home trying to convince her to buy new windows. She told him upfront she wasn't interested and certainly should not have let him into her home; however, a professional and ethical salesperson would have immediately evaluated and understood the situation and apologized for the miscommunication from their canvassing team that scheduled the appointment. Unfortunately, these companies pay their solicitors/canvassers to make appointments for their sales teams. A professional company would have contacted the homeowner to confirm they had agreed to an appointment with a salesperson and would politely remind them of the appointment date and time. This situation made me cringe and leaves the impression that this company is trying to take advantage of elderly people in the community.

      We live in ****** ** and are looking for new windows and a wider patio door. *********************** from Dabella came to give us an estimate and it was a great experience. He was so professional and friendly! ****** answered all our questions and went through several products and explained their differences. We will definitely consider Dabella when we can start our project!

      I requested an estimate for a bathroom remodel ($10-15k project). I received a text on Dec. 14 asking me if I wanted to start the process, I immediately responded YES. As of Dec. 29 no other contact has been made. My money will go to someone else. Very unprofessional!

      Are you looking for excellent workmanship and great customer service? If you are, DO NOT hire **********************! We paid approximately $18,000.00 for DaBella to install a walk-in shower in the master bath and a new tub in the main bathroomthis is our story.DaBella installed our **************** in October. We discovered in FEBRUARY that there was a leak in the walk-in shower. Water covered the crawlspace under our house. This was due to a break in the pipe while the shower was being installed. No plumbers putty was used.While using the tub in the main bath, after a week we found water flooding one of our spare bedrooms and all under the flooring in our bathroom. We had a water mediation company out and discovered there was a break in the pipe which happened while the tub was being installedand no plumbers putty.Now comes the fun part. We sent an email with pictures of the damage to DaBella and asked for the insurance information for our installer. We went weeks with no response, or they talked about everything EXCEPT the installer insurance information...when we could get someone to answer. We emailed, texted and called, but it finally came to a head in APRIL when we ended up having to contact their legal department to threaten a lawsuit.The installer contacted us, but didnt want to turn it over to his insurance so when everything was finished, we are looking at no trim around the floor in main bathroom and a spare bedroom with the rug and padding all torn up because, we were going to replace the rug anyway. It doesnt matter that it was going to be over a year due to paying for the new bathrooms.Everything was finally finished in JUNE, but no support was put under shower floor so it sags. Due to the sagging the caulk keeps separating from the walls. Due to caulk separating from the walls, the shower leaks, which means we will have to recaulk our shower ever month or so in order to keep it from leaking.Save yourself the aggravation and just use someone else.

      Very pushy but friendly salesman, promised things he could not deliver. Like money back for materials not used, charged for some new trusses that were never replaced, nothing but a run around from the office when job was finished and no resolution or satisfaction from the office. Plus the roofing subcontractor although fast and friendly did not speak english and could not answer questions that we had on the materials. And did a bad clean up of the site and would not could not understand what we were pointing out as needing done, like clean up the nails

      It socks the worse company to do business with,.. Don't recommend it at all .the only scaming people ., some one should be investigate there are so f****** cruket. But government *** care

      Im using the **** ****** branch, and *********************** is the project manager on my project. Very knowledgeable on the product, not over bearing during the consult, answered my questions and didnt mind me asking them. Im excited to get the final upgrade done to my house, brand new windows!

      Sales guy sounded like a used car salesman. When he asked "what could he do to sell me a roof today",we were done. Don't contract with a door to door salesman.

      I waited 4 months for my windows to get here. Once they arrived, 4 were the wrong size. No big deal, mistakes happen. I wait until November for the replacements, 2 of the 4 were wrong. Again. I called to talk with them about it since this is costing me money by not having renters in while I wait for windows. They tell me that the contract I signed said that work wasnt estimated to start until November 18. But wait. The estimate they gave me was based on them running my credit, which expires 4 days before their estimated start date. The options they gave me: sign the loan now without the completion of work, or wait until its complete and they will run my credit again to get me a new quote. When confronted about how that is unethical, the manager didnt care. So now I have a loan taken out for incomplete work and no word on when the new windows are suppose to be here. The manager tried blaming the window manufacturer for the issues, even though Dabella is the one measuring and sending the information. Will absolutely not use Dabella again.
