  We were in the market for new siding and at the beginning I had many questions. I spoke with three separate people through out our journey from DaBella all of whom were very courteous and knowledgeable. You are in good hands with DaBella!

  I give them a 2 star because the quality of the roof is amazing, I have no complaints in that department. Yes, the salesperson was very aggressive and told us what turned out to be lies that the ********** office will not honor because "on the second page of the contract you (I) signed, verbal contracts are not binding." All we asked was to keep the original roof fans, we were told we could keep them. Not only did they disconnect them in a dangerous manner (leaving exposed wires in our attic) but they took them after all! We contacted the ********** manager several times, we've contacted corporate office (they seem more concerned and helpful than the ********** staff). This was in March of 2022, we have given them almost 8 months and still no resolution. All we're asking for is the cost of two replacement roof fans or two replacement roof fans. Somehow the last Twin rep I spoke with thought we were asking for 4k for the fans...idk where they got that number, but I corrected her and said it may cost 400 to replace, maybe. STILL no updates or resolution. Roof = amazing; customer service (from **********) = deplorable.

  Today a man and woman in Dabella shirts knocked on my front door. As I opened the door, the man had already opened my screen door! I told them that they did not have an appointment with me. They said that they were driving by and saw something wrong with ******* and wanted to look at it. I said no way! Thankfully my ***************** was standing quietly by my side. The couple then proceeded to walk to another house on the block. They were trespassing and their intentions were questionable.! BEWARE

  We signed a contract with DaBella (located in *****, **) in August, based on a start date for work to begin on 9/19/22. A few days after construction was due to begin, we got a call from DaBella saying someone would come to measure for the project soon, and we would receive an update concerning the work within two to three weeks. Two months later, after sending several emails and making unanswered phone calls to various DaBella staff, we still have not received any answer or communication whatsoever from DaBella regarding our project. My partner commented, "DaBella is like an Amway sales scam where all you get is a sales pitch, and nobody delivers the soap!" We're preparing to follow through with legal action to recover our money since our inquiries have only met with silence. It appears we've been scammed!

  This company is terrible! They never showed up to our scheduled appointment. Then, when they called to book a replacement appointment, the agent I spoke to had Get low playing in the background of the call. I told her I was not interested in using the company anymore as they didnt show up to the appointment they had scheduled, and she continued to pressure me to book an appointment for the following day. I respectfully told her I wasnt going to book another appointment, and the agent hung up on me.

  This is a bait and switch company. Very deceptive business practices. Called for an estimate on repairing a crack in a fiberglass tub. The person on the phone said he could absolutely help with that, and they could do tub repair. Two individuals showed up the next day to look at the tub, said right off the bat they can't do tub repair because "it doesn't last". Then tried to tell me that once fiberglass is cracked it forever loses its structural integrity. I do fiberglass on boats all the time and know this to be patently untrue. They said they would have to replace the entire tub enclosure, did things like show me a picture of some old caulk that had dried and separated and said it meant the entire enclose was flexing when someone stood in the tub. I said just give me the estimate, they said they had to talk first, started in on how wonderful a company they were and gave some threats that if I didn't agree to working with them, they would never come back to this address. After a sales pitch that was far worse than any time share sales pitch, they finally said in 2022 dollars a full bathroom remodel was $30,000 and tub repair would be 15% less than that. Today I had a real fiberglass company do the repair, color matched and full tub bottom repair for $850. I feel sorry for anyone succumbing to this awful sales pitch from this bait and switch company.

  ***** and **** were on time, professional and had a great attitude, explaining all the processes and answering all my questions without overwhelming me.. I loved the little demo that showed just what window tinting does, and was impressed with the construction of the framework of the windows.. They did a thorough inspection of the proposed job as well as inspecting the rest of the windows and giving me an idea of what the whole house would be, without pushing it, since I had already said I could only afford the partial job right now..But just wanted whole house quote just for reference and information Sticker shock was inevitable, since I remember a bid a number of years ago that floored me..but with inflation, it looked like the project was reasonably priced, compared to other competitors I checked into. **** was even gratious about my not warning about dog ****, and using the garden hose to clean his shoe. If asked, I would recommend this team for a window project..

  BEWARE! My husband agreed to let the salesperson come by for an estimate. We told them from the beginning that we were not in a position to commit to anything that day. We were told it would only take an hour of our time. The entire assessment of our roof only took 20 minutes. The remainder of the appointment took TWO HOURS. He would have never left our home had I not firmly, and eventually aggressively, asked him to leave immediately (I asked 4 times!!!). He would not take no for an answer when we told him we could not sign any contracts today. We told this man no at least 6 times. He even rolled into a pitch about shower tile. By the end, we never even received a number for what the roof would cost, nor were we allowed to keep the photos that he took of OUR roof/attic. Complete waste of time. It was definitely a learning ****** for how to NEVER let these sales people into our house ever again. The pushiest, scammiest, and most inappropriate sales pitch of my life. Right next to timeshare pitches. At least I got a free trip out of that!

  Rain is predicted, but we don't have to worry. We're safe and snug under our new Dabella roof!Our roof is beautiful, but what was even more important was the help we got from Dabella, specifically in dealing with our solar panel company. It didn't want to honor its warranty and had just ignored our complaints. The staff knew how to contact it and got through the bureaucracy effectively. They also helped us with figure out the finances.I would definitely work with Dabella again!

  ***** showed up on time, did a very thorough inspection of my siding. he explain his findings and spent time working up an estimate for the work. when I am ready to do something and can afford the cost. I would reach back to them.
