      ******* came and inspected *******, measured, and spent an hour educating me on what a complete roof replacement consisted of. He was pleasant, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with.In the end, we are still deciding when the project will take place and which company we will utilize. Overall though, Dabella is in the runnng.Thanks ******* for representing your company well!****

      We had an appointment for them to come look at our bathroom and I specifically told them that I wanted a walk-in bathtub. First and foremost they were an hour late to my appointment and that was after the company called and said that they were 15 minutes out. So I canceled the appointment. My husband decided he wanted to give them a look so he called and scheduled another appointment. The gentleman who came in was extremely nice but he told us there was no way that they could put a walk-in tub in that small space. We needed it for safety as I am often in a wheelchair or on a knee scooter and in unable to stand comfortably in a shower. I was told before they even came out that they would be able to work with ******************* but when I told the salesman that he had to run out and call his Superior to find out. His Superior said that they only work with insurances once we sign the contract and with the insurance doesn't pay or if they don't pay we are responsible because we signed the contract. We did not agree with this. We did agree to get a written estimate so we could perhaps turn it into our insurance but unfortunately the salesman did not leave one. A couple of days later I got a phone call asking why we hadn't finished the appointment and we told him about the insurance issue. He then said he could send somebody out with a written estimate and drop it off. He transferred me over to another agent who told me that they would need another 45 to 60 Minutes to do it all over again. They also asked that the man of the house "money maker" be home. My husband works until late evening and so I said that was not possible. The guy kept pushing and pushing and I finally hung up on them. Another agent from the same company called today and I have had enough so I ended up blocking their number. I hate hard sales especially after I've said no. This company might work for other people but not for us especially since I was clear about insurance when I first called

      ****** came out even after a busy day - was friendly knowledgeable and professional - great product - not sure yet how we will proceed with window replacement but DaBella is definitely an option!

      Dabella did my roof almost a year ago and I love it. My brother also got a roof done by Dabella because mine and the 50 year non prorated warranty is just what we wanted. Now I am having Dabella do my siding as well. ********************* has been great to work with as my sales advisor. Any time I have had a question it has been very easy to get ahold with him the response have been immediate. Thanks Dabella for doing a great job.

      My siding projec* s*ar*ed a* *he beginning of Augus*. We did have a few days in be*ween when new windows have been ins*alled. HOWEVER, I* has been a horrible experience so far and all I can say is I hope our decision *o sign our lives away for *he nex* several years *o pay *his off is no* filled wi*h *o*al regre*. All we have been given so far are emp*y promises, occasional callbacks or answers *o our phone calls, sho**y work...I s*ill don' * have all of my old sidings off of my house and *here are *hings *ha* *hey did do *ha* need *o be redone. We had a manager come ou* and look a* i*, and again, emp*y promises were made. No*hing has been done. My roof is exposed for birds and wasps *o nes*. Las* week we were *old *ha* *he crew would be here on Monday. They showed up on Thursday la*e af*ernoon, lef* a *railer and *ools, came back Friday morning, loaded every*hing up, and lef*...OH, bu* while *hey were here, we realized *hey ordered *he wrong produc*, wrong siding, AND *rim. Every day *hey give us differen* days and *imes *hey will be here and never show up. My husband reques*ed a differen* crew *o finish *he job af*er *he sho**y shea*hing par* was done...same crew showed up Thursday. They keep promising *hey are going *o fix every*hing and *ake care of every*hing... absolu*ely no*hing is happening... And now I have *o wai* for a new produc*...They say a* *he la*es*, nex* Wednesday...uh huh we will see.

      Love the product and we dealt with *************************, what a great young man that did an awesome job of explaining all of our options ! Both with their Products and Terms of payment. It was genuinely a great experience and would recommend both the product and him to anyone! He worked hard to find a price we could afford and be happy with!! Thank you ******* for your amazing no pressure attitude! Dabella is blessed to have you as part of their team! I will forever be thankful for meeting you?????? Thank you for always working for us??

      We will never ever use Dabella again. Set up an appt Thursday and no show called 3 times and they said he was on the way then on final call they said we could reschedule with a senior rep. Friday at 6 we wait and again no show called twice and on second call and 35 minutes late I asked her to call the rep after she just said he was on his way. After I asked her to call all of a sudden he had a family emergency. If they can't keep appointments how can they be trusted to do a roof?

      DaBella installed siding on my house last year and did a horrific job, in some spots they actually sided in my gutters into the wall!! Some of the siding is falling of and they installed some areas visibly crooked. They wrote some tickets to come repair after the job was completed but never returned and wont respond to my calls.All my new downspouts were damaged and in some areas around doors and windows they tore down the old but other areas the left it up and just trimmed around it?

      We've had a horrible experience with Da Bella. The salesman convinced my husband to sign after 4 HOURS while I was at work, but after getting home I balked at the ****** price tag when other quotes we had gotten from companies in our area were approximately 17,000-24,0000. I told him absolutely not and to cancel. Mind you, the contract was signed at 6 pm on a Friday, and this was counted as one of the "business days" in our contract, meaning we needed to cancel by no later than Tuesday. My husband reached out to the estimator, who gave us the song and dance about how he'd "call his manager to talk about a price". After multiple phone calls, he told us the lowest they could go is ******, with Da Bella doing the work "at cost and not making any money". We knew that was a lie and proceeded with cancelling. He informed us we simply needed to respond to our initial "welcome email" stating we were cancelling. We did, but he never responded. Not feeling good about this, I called the **************** on Monday to ensure our contract was cancelled and our card wouldn't be charged. They told me it would not be. 3 days later, our card was charged ****** (they kept adjusting the amount until the transaction posted, as they initially asked for ****** up front). They've assured us it's been refunded, but my bank account says otherwise. I spoke to ****** in customer service who basically told me it was our fault for not cancelling "per the contract in writing". I told her that I asked about that and was told I didn't need to and that our contract was cancelled. She refused to allow us to speak to someone in accounting, and all week when we've called the man has been "on the phone". Turns out, they never once documented our cancellation, and hoped they could bully us into just completing the job by holding our money hostage. We're still waiting on a resolution as they claim the money was refunded, but my bank account says otherwise.
