Hyper aggressive and rude salesperson. Do better in respecting when someone does NOT have the funds for it. Times are tough and as much as I'd love to do a million home repairs right now I am barely getting by.

5 starsWhile I am always the sceptic and absolutely do not like the must buy now sales pitches. Getting my windows with DaBella ended up being a good choice. The quality, warranty, the communication, and the contractor all ended up being great. The difference inside my home was felt immediately. ********* has been great to work with. Her understanding of my schedule between work and life leave little spare time for nonsense. She helped get things done in an clear and efficient way.Review fromPaul W

1 starWe are so disturbed by our experience with Dabella and wish we had read these reviews prior; some echo our experience 100%. Aggressive is too light a word for their sales approach. It was predatory harassment. We had already got local bids at the *****k range. We price shop shampoo, of course we're going to price shop one of the largest purchases of our life. They very much discouraged this and kept trying to do question lines that made you feel like you were doing the wrong thing by carefully weighing each factor, basically insulting us when we said there is no #1 most important thing, these are all important. Quote was 30k higher. We had already been approved for a loan that was half the interest rate they were giving us, but they kept trying to explain to us why theirs was better, and why 30k more was still the way to go with EVERYTHING else being equal, aside from the harassment piece. They made up issues with our home to make it seem like it was about to collapse.They FAR overstayed their welcome. It took us over an hour of telling them we are absolutely not making any decisions with them right now so unless they need something from us please leave. To be fair to the salespeople, they were clearly working hard to follow the company's script, but the company's script is so flawed and so predatory. They were also WAY too aggressive in carrying it out. As someone with PTSD from abuse, this was especially triggering when they wouldn't leave our property even after we noted they had made us late for our next engagement and then after we finally got them out continued to knock on our door for another 5 minutes. We had already told them nothing they would say would make us agree to sign that day, that it 100% wasn't going to happen. One of the salespeople, who started out "friendly" seemed so aggravated and looked like he would lash out each time we noted this. 5 starsWe had ****** from dabella out for an inspection as our fourth bid and they were not the cheapest but the none pro rated 50 year warranty gave us peace of mind to move forward. They were also able to give us a **** interest rate on our loan which is hard to find with most banks.. During the install it was identified that we need a full resheet so we added that work to our loan and we are happy to have the work done right as opposed to just covering up a problem. After the job was done ****** came back out to do an inspection of the work and identified one of the shingles were cracked along with a pipe **** that didn't get replaced. Dabella put in a service ticket to have it repaired. The reason we hired them was because ****** was the only one to sit down and explain how we are spending our money, told us about their company, what they'd be installing, and how the process would go.Review fromMitch F

1 starAfter looking a some of the reviews below, I can see that I am not alone in my disgust with the way DaBella preys on the elderly.My 89 year old mother lives in a double wide manufactured home and was quoted $28,744.00 for a new roof with 15 year financing.after talking to the neighbors we learned they had quoted a similar price to a neighbor that has a smaller house.Another neighbor had their roof replaced for $6000.00, on a larger home.the sales staff uses high pressure tactics on the elderly.THIS IS DISGUSTING!these people need to be stoppedReview fromVictoria O

5 starsMy home has needed siding for 20 years. I found several contractors using ****.com and Dabella seemed to be the best fit. The sales presentation was clear ,and they listened to our needs. They made the financing/signing process quick and convenient. I was already familiar with the quality of *******************, and we want the best. We decided it's time to go ALL IN. ******** and ***** made the signing/financing process quick and convenient. I am a little nervous, we have financed 1/3 the value of our home but we are hoping to get back the price in the home's increased value. We are also hoping to share dramatic before and after photos. So far the communication has been fine. Will do a follow up review
