I am not able to cancel my membership with Harry and David Celebrations Passport. I had this membership for the last few years, and this is automatically renewed every year and charged to my credit card. Multiple attempts to cancel this membership on the website was unsuccessful, and I was directed to call the customer service. Finally I called the number on 2-6-24 and talked with ****. She couldn't find my account from my name or email address. I have no membership number assigned. Finally she found my information, when I gave her a recent order number. She said she will cancel the membership as of 2-6-24 and will confirm this by an email in 24hours. So far I haven't received any confirmation and on checking my account online the membership is not cancelled. The website do not allow me to delete my credit card information either.I suspect when the business do not allow the customer to cancel autorenewal subscriptions on line, and require the customer to call is a bad business practice and fraud.I request your help in resolving this issue and have Harry and David cancel my membership, remove my credit card number from my files and stop any further ******** to my credit card account.Business Response

This company refuses to remove me from their mailing lists and sends me hundreds of emails (several emails per day). I have tried to unsubscribe multiple times by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in their emails, by calling and speaking to a customer service representative, and by emailing them TWICE asking to be removed. They just continue to harass me and have no intentions of stopping.Business Response

I ordered some gift baskets from Harry & David in December. As a result, I was bombarded with email solicitations for more products. I never subscribed to a newsletter of any kind. I've clicked on "unsubscribe", filled out the form, yet I still receive email solicitations. I've gone through this process 4 times. I continue to receive solicitations via email. Harry & David either has a bug with their "Brand Subscription form found here [**********************************************************] or they are operating in an unethical and harassing manner.Business Response

True, I didn't accept the response because Harry & David failed to acknowledge resolution of 1B. Harry & David may have fixed the problem but they have been unwilling to address 1B specifically, so I'm left to assume they have not addressed the bug.
That said, I am no longer receiving unwanted solicitations from Harry & David, so I'll call this a partial win.

I really wanted to get a gift of 4 special kinds of cheese for around $60 for my friend and was very dissappointed that I never recieved it. I ordered a box of truffles from Harry & David. I paid $35 in shipping to have it delivered the next day for a special occasion. It has been 5 days since the order was placed and they have not shipped my order or attempted to contact me with any updates. $35 shipping on a $30 box of truffles is a lot for them to not follow through on their end of the agreement. I placed an order to Harry and David, on or about November 4th, 2023 , order number Wolfermans ********** for the DELUXE HAM BRUNCH to my gift recipient, my sister, at ********************* PO BOX **** ******, ********** *****. They stated it would be delivered by Thanksgiving. They did not receive it before or after Thanksgiving. I called Harry and David numerous times and requested to speak to an ******** in *****************. After 6 phone calls with terrible accents, we cant help you, we are so sorry and poor background noise and finally someone telling me they are Off *********************** and actually was accused of having the Deluxe Ham Dinner myself, I called credit Card Mission ******************** and asked for their help. They said they would investigate, My gift reciptient finally received the Deluxe Ham Brunch on 12/7/2023.Problem- The Triple Cheese Quiche was Moldy. I have pictures from my sister. I am requesting a replacement for only the 3 Cheese Quiche that was inedible to my sister.It was paid for on 1/17/2024 Per Mission Fed. The OFF SHORE CUSTOMER SERVICE is refusing to replace the Moldy Quiche. My sisters address was to ********************* PO BOX ***********************. ***** I am requesting your assistance please. On December 16th we discovered one of our clients received an incomplete basket with 6 rotten pears and a bag of chocolate candies. To say we were embarrassed is an understatement. These clients provide our company and team of artists with work. Each basket was carefully selected with greeting card we paid extra for as well. For our clients to experience a token of our appreciationin such a horrible condition is simply unacceptable. That same weekend a couple of clients informed us they too did not receive complete gift baskets. One client received two gift baskets. This led us to look at shipping information (which we had to request and not automatically given a couple weeks earlier). Our next discovery was realizing 7 client gift baskets were never ordered or shipped after sending them a detailed document with addresses and item numbers as one does when ordering via a corporate account. After 2 days of calling with no return calls and emailing the corporate account representatives with picture & detailed lists, we sent an email to a manager in charge as a last ditch effort. Within 24 hours we received an email apologizing on behalf a representative we were working with. There was a glitch in the system which caused the issue of double baskets and missing orders. To rectify the issue they were personally submitting orders manually. They were going to resend baskets of recipients with incomplete baskets and send out the missing baskets before Christmas. However we were financially responsible for the missing baskets ( with free express shipping). We decided to avoid any hassles and pay the remaining balance even though we felt Harry and David should have paid for the bill since there were numerous errors. After Christmas, our clients who were promised to have baskets resent to them never received their new baskets. Two more clients received rotten pears and didnt receive a Christmas card in their baskets. No more business from us.Business Response

Harry and David online services does not allow customers from unsubscribing from daily emails. I called customer service and had myself removed from email and blocked the business on my email but I still get 2-3 emails per day. The Harry and David website does NOT allow you unsubscribe.
