      Horrible, horrible service. Overseas customer service that can it communicate well in English, with dogs barking on the phone, impossible to deal with them.Ordered a flower arrangement, received email saying it had been delivered although it was never received. Spent 4 hours talking with reps who couldn't even find the order, was forwarded to 1-800-FLOWERS who offered me a $20 voucher and redelivery. The worst customer service experience from an unreliable company lying about deliveries on time when they do not even deliver. I cancelled the order and they can keep their $20 voucher. Nasty people, atrocious service and will never ever buy from them again.

      Lies to customers about status and delivery of orders. On November 16, 2022, I placed two orders with Harry and David for delivery to the recipients by December 16. As of December 15, my order is apparently sitting in your warehouse in ****** with a ***** label and delivery is now scheduled by the end of the dad December 23, 2022. Never, at any time, did I receive any notice from Harry and David if my orders were delayed, or the products I ordered were no longer available, etc. ****

      I placed several orders for the "Cream of the Crop" pears.The picture in the catalog showed 6 pears.Upon reading the description further they said "5 to 8 " pears.All of the people I order pears for reported getting 9 pears, that included an order for myself. I called **************** and got a young lady with a South American accent that I had difficulty understanding. She offered to refund the difference between Cram of the Crop and the item I received.I refused and was told a supervisor would call me, Never got a call.Looked further and found it is company policy that if an item order was not available due to crop circumstances, they were free to substitute what ever was available. That's crazy. That means that nothing they say in the advertising is valid. I believe their policy to be at least deceptive and grossly dishonest, it may be against the law.A proper response should have be a notice that they were unable to fill the order and would I like an alternative at a reduced price. I'm shocked that they get away with such stuff and that a company would risk there reputation on such a scheme.

      They did contact me, but their view of resolving the issue was for them to pay the difference between the product I ordered and the actual product I had received. That was what is known as a non sequitur and I find it disgusting. They are trying to buy my good will. The issue is their policy reserving the right to change the order to something less than what was ordered. They seem only to want to buy off my dissatisfaction.

      The customer service at ******************** is outrageously incompetent. When the calls were answered by a call centre in the ** you were treated like a valued customer. Now the call centre is in ********** get cookie cutter answers at best. It is impossible to talk with a supervisor. This company has made me waste hours of time tracking an order that was over a month late in being delivered. I had to call the carrier to find out where my package was since H&D didnt have a clue. It had been placed on a barge to ****** from **********. Who ships via barge in this day & age? The Christmas cookies were late & stale by the time of arrival. I like H&D products but if there is an issue with an order it is virtually impossible to get a resolution. Safe yourself time & your ************** from the many other gift companies out there.

      My order was placed with Harry & David who farmed it out to another company. Harry & David was paid for this order. They are still responsible for providing customer service even if the products were not shipped by them. Their response to my complaint proves they take no ownership for the most basic level of customer service.

      I ordered 2 gift baskets on December 8th but I was charged 3 times.I reached out to the customer representative four times on the 9th to ask for a refund of $123.45 charged to my credit card for a ********************** passport service I did not order. The customer representatives gave me a run around by transferring me to different extensions with no resolution and a refund. The company's customer service is unacceptable and appalling and I will not do business with the company ever again. All I am asking for is a refund of $123.45 for a basket and celebrations passport I did not order.

      WORST company ever. I tried them last year and they failed to deliver my Thanksgiving until after and refused to not charge me. I paid ****** for delivery to insure it would arrive.They had two weeks to prepare my order. It did not come till way after Thanksgiving. I thought it was a fluke and they did the same thing for Christmas. SO, heres where I am a fool. I tried them again for my family dinner and my sick family meal this year. THEY failed to deliver BOTH. One in ******** and one in **. They wanted to send Thanksgiving on Dec 9. They refused to refund. Claimed they are going to but we still do not have our money back. RUN from these people. 4 x and I got burnt every time. SO did my friend.

      I placed an order on the Harry and David website for ***************. This order was a birthday present for my mom whom was supposed to receive the order on December 1st. Upon checking the tracking, I noticed that a shipping label had been created but the package wasnt shipped. On the evening of December 1st, I utilized the chat feature on your website. I spoke with an agent for almost an hour in an attempt to get the item replaced. The agent said they would process the replaced with another item because the original item was no longer available but then disconnected the chat feature. They made no attempt to contact **** was able to once again call into the company on Sunday, December 4th. I spoke with a supervisor who took down my issue and transferred me to a ******* Cookies representative. Together, we went to the website to find a comparable item. The original item was on sale and nothing compared to the quantity or quality of my original purchase. She basically told me my only option was to choose something of lesser quantity because it had to be the same price. After 1 hour and 45 minutes of dealing with this issue, I agreed and she put me on hold to process the replacement. She disconnected the call and once again, this representative made no effort to contact me to finalize the replacement, despite having my order number and contact information. For a third time, I contacted the supervisors line at Harry and David. I explained the previous two communications. The representative ensured me that she would handle my problem. However, she simply transferred me to a ******* Cookie agent who was unaware of my experience and problem. I explained it for a FIFTH time. We were on the phone for another hour trying to sort out a replacement. She was ultimately unable to replace the order. She also refused to give me a confirmation number for the refund so I have no way to reference this transaction.

      Horrible customer service! Tried to order over phone. Agent who took my order sounded drunk or on drugs. When I reviewed my order on email it was completely wrong. Names were incorrect. Incomplete address even city and state were wrong after I went over details repeatedly. I have been a customer for a number of years and was appalled at transaction. CEO. Is well paid for running a s*** show! Im sure he could care less as long as his check gets deposited! I never received a response back from supervisor as I expected!

      Terrible customer service. Placed on hold over and over again. Lost billing information. Then billed me three times for same order and sent people three boxes each when I'd ordered just one. When I tried to get them to refund email, they placed me on hold repeatedly. Then when "passing me to a supervisor" the line went dead. Now, I have to get refund through credit card. I will never use Harry & David again!

      I ordered a Thanksgiving Turkey meal picked my sides on 11/19 which was a Saturday and got a confirmation. My delivery date on or before 11/23. Basically on 11/22 I revived an email with ***** tracking, all my sides confirmed however it stated delivery day was Friday 11/26. I called customer service no one speaks English. I was told my order will deliver for 11/23, there was an issue with ***** updating not to worry. The morning of 11/23 I received on email that the stuffing became out of stock and my order was held because of it and will not deliver in time for Thanksgiving. I was furious. Spent 1 hour with customer service, went through 2 representatives. Any time you ask for a supervisor they are on another line, finally after I started screaming I got a supervisor. She was looking into the issue, and would call me back. She did give me a supervisor line number thank goodness, I called it when I didnt hear from her and another supervisor said the issue was pushed to the executive line and I will be called that day. This was all 11/23. No call. Harry and David ruined Thanksgiving. We had no Turkey because of this ridiculous issue of holding my order due to stuffing becoming out of stock. This was a Thanksgiving meal not regular meal. How can you not make sure when you confirm before a holiday delivery make sure it gets there. Send a substitute and refund me out if courtesy but too hold the order. And then these supervisors dont call you back. They offered no compensation exceot my refund obviously. This company suck!! Their customer service sucks!!! Thanks to ********************** and ********************** we had sandwiches for dinner. They are the worst company!! Do Not Order A Holiday Meal From Them!! Totally nearing company!
