      ******** company and terrible customer service. A order I placed to be sent to my brother for Christmas didn't arrive in time. When it did finally arrive arrive Xmas the gift basket which included wine had broken all over the basket. I called Harry and David and said they would send a replacement it never arrived. They sent to wrong address. 3rd attempt to send basket well it never arrived. 4th time talking to **************** I requested a refund, the agent stated she would refund my money and when I asked for a reference number she stated it would be sent to my email. Never received the email, 5th time calling this DISHONEST COMPANY they disconnected my call. My daughter went online and Chatted with an Agent they stated they would send a refund in 10 business days and when my daughter requested the confirmation# they disconnected with her. I'm so frustrated and angry the economy is very expensive right now and they are Basically STEALING my Hard EARNED MONEY! I wish I could give negative stars. This not right.

      I ordered a gift basket on 10/7 to be delivered 10/17. My brother-in-law was having surgery on 10/14. The package was delivered 10/10, four days prior to surgery and my in-laws were away until the 12! The contents of the package spoiled as it was left outside. I called Harry and Davids and asked for a new basket and they said they would send one by the end of the month. No basket. I called again, they said that a third party was handling it and that they did not know when the basket would be delivered. 2 more phone calls and I was told the same thing. It is Jan 7th and they never got the replacement package. I shall never order from Harry and Davids again. ***** B

      The price you pay for the baskets its low quality. I received a gift basket that was $135 retail price. All the fruit including their golden pears were rotten and bruised. I even have pictures. The package candy, cookies and popcorn was fine but that was only half of the basket. I called customer service twice and both times they said they would replace the basket and send me a confirmation email. 2 weeks later no email and no basket. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They dont stand by their products.

      Ordered Holiday Gifts for clients. Was told they would be delivered by Dec 24. Credit card was charged. Got a call from them on Jan 3, telling me the order was cancelled!!! When I called them back, was told I had received an email notifying me about the cancellation and that I was not charged. When I told them, I had been charged, I was told that I would get my refund in 7-10 BUSINESS days. How in the world are they allowed to hold onto my money for over 2 weeks before notifying me that the order was cancelled, then holding onto it again for up to 10 business days!!???!!! Got the email after I called them. Worst experience with a company in my entire life.....including airlines!!! Would leave no stars for a rating if possible

      I purchased 2 Christmas gift baskets on December 9th and there weren't any inventory constraints at the time. The baskets were meant to be delivered on the 20th & 23rd (before christmas since they were christmas gifts). They did not deliver. I reached out on December 24th and was told they would deliver on the 26th. They did not deliver. I reached out again on the 27th or 28th to find out that there were apparent inventory constraints (first time I was hearing about it) and they wouldn't deliver until January 3rd. It is now 1/5 and guess what? They still haven't delivered. I am so ****** off at the lack of proactive communication and inability to make this right. I will never be buying from Harry & David and the partnered companies again.

      Transparency is needed between the "family brands" - from a customer perspective and between the companies. An order placed on the Harry & David website resulted in a single confirmation (from H&D) - a single order number - a single billing amount - and a link to "modify my order" that took me to Harry & David. Based on delivery dates for the 6 baskets ordered for a special event (dates revealed only after the order was placed), I immediately reached out via the link to cancel the entire order. I worked with the chat bots, online agents and customer service agents over the phone on Dec 27, Dec 28 and Dec 30, Jan 1 and Jan 3. On the Jan 1 call, a H&D customer service agent told me that 2 of the baskets were coming from **************** and she could not access/nor cancel those orders. She then connected me to a customer service agent at **************** - who told me it was too late to cancel; he said the intended recipients should decline delivery and that I could call back the next day after 8pm. I shared that the recipients each worked and would not be home to decline, which is what happened. The baskets were left at the doors of these recipients. A 5th attempt at resolution was made on Jan 3 when I called the tele # I was given by 1-800baskets.com- it took me to ****************. Interesting that the order number needed for this conversation with **************** was the same order number for Harry & David, yet all professed that they were separate orders. After an hour on the phone with the agent - a refund of my expenses was finally approved. Please note that at no time did I receive an order confirmation or tracking updates from either **************** or **************** - all of these items came from Harry & David ... a total of 36 'track your order's progress" text messages AFTER my first attempt to cancel. The lack of transparency between the brands is sloppy at best - and deceptive at its worst.

      This is a terrible company with a horrible customer service.They hold on to your money, and dont notify you that they were out of Stock and didnt deliver what I purchased as a gift to the recipient. Instead I had to learn from my friend that they didnt receive anything and checked status to find out that they plan to deliver the package 3 months! Yes 3 months from the time I thought it would get there.

      Terrible customer service! Extremely incompetent, they do not read any of the customer messages before sending an auto generated reply. After several weeks of going back and forth and repeating my complaint over and over (because they kept asking the same questions) I received 2 (should have only been one) replacement boxes and neither one was what I was told I would get! I guess I should be glad to get anything. Stay clear of this company, they used to be great but have totally gone down hill !

      Harry & David is no longer a company any business owner should trust for corporate gifting. Their repeated failures jeopardized my professional reputation with a key client and forced me to personally step in to fix their mistakes.I placed an order well in advance for a care teamincluding a director of nursing, assistant director, and their staffto arrive at a Christian site before Christmas. The gift, one of their most expensive options, was critical for maintaining a key business relationship. Despite confirming the order, Harry & David failed to deliver it and didnt notify me.Only after Christmas, right before New Years, did a support agent call to say the gift wasnt delivered. This agent claimed to have picked a replacement without consulting me, then hung up on me. Days later, I received an email saying the replacement was also out of stock.When I called to resolve this, I spent an hour trying to reach a supervisor. Their solution? A $50 credita meaningless gesture when there was nothing available for immediate shipment. I was left scrambling to repair the damage, spending over $200 on a replacement basket of Belgian chocolate from another company, plus $60 for expedited delivery and a personalized ******* the CEO of my company, I cannot overstate the frustration and damage caused by Harry & Davids incompetence. Their lack of communication, failure to deliver, and dismissive customer service make them entirely unfit for corporate gifting.For any business considering their services: Harry & Davids reputation is no longer deserved.       Harry and David sold me a product they never had, even after calling, emailing, and chatting (I reached out) -product was never produced/delivered. They then cancelled my order (twice by the way, had to call in first time to make sure it wasn't cancelled), then I get a refund after the holidays. I was told they tried to call me and since I didn't answer at 3am they cancelled my order. They called a wrong number.
