This company was very thorough start to finish. The entire time they were there to answer any questions or resolve any issues I had. 1 starI just had to pay $1000 to get these people off my back. Do your due diligence before doing business with a solar company, look at companies endorsed by your power company or on the WASEIA website. This company was charging $40,000 on a 25 year loan at an interest rate of 7% for a 9 kilowatt system. That's over $4/watt. You shouldn't be paying more than $3 a watt. They didn't even use industry standard equipment, either. Industry standard is Enphase products and thats whose app you'll track your accumulated energy savings with. These con artists were going to give cheap Hoymiles equipment with an app rated 2.7 on the app store and no US customer service. I was able to save my mother more than $13,000 even with bending over and taking the $1000 loss right up the tail pipe. They didn't even ask me what my income sources were on the loan form, they just put in $85,000 a year even though I make far less than that and told them so. They were trying to bankrupt me, and they weren't even offering 100% energy offset. They make money off the loans. This company is full of absolute unscrupulous, unethical monsters.I want my $1000 back. They don't deserve a dime, and they don't deserve to get any business.Review fromMark R
