      today 08/16/2022 at 12:06pm they called my office and tried to solicit us. They allegedly sell ad space on score cards at golf courses. WE have over the last 5-7 years asked them repeatedly to put us on their DNC and to stop calling us. They do not do that and actually laugh and tell you it wont happen. We need them to stop and we need people to know that they are doing business like this.

      We have contacted this individual in order to address his concerns and explain the Do Not Call Registry to him. We will make a good faith effort to ensure he is not contacted for any open projects near him. Unfortunately the call was ended before being able to explain how this will be accomplished.       I am rejecting this response because:

      The company called me on my work cell and my office and My personal cell. Left me messages on all stating they could help me so i call and ask them what we can do but instead of actually giving any sound advice on what we could do to get their company to stop calling my business ****** explained to me that there is no DO NOT CALL registry for businesses and that there is nothing i could do. this is unacceptable. I do not care how many golf courses are near my office and that there are new people that work there we do not under any circumstances want to be contacted by this company. 

       

      Please advise that what to do. I do not want to have any further contact with the company. I do not want them to call as there is no resolution other than them making sure that we are not contacted.

      Date Paid: 5/4/22 Acct: ******* Service: Advertising Cost: $395 Issue: I was promised an advertising at the local golf course. The salesperson told me 2-3 weeks it would be finished and on the shelves of the course. Another person said 3-4 weeks. When I called after a few weeks, customer service told me it would be sometime in July and thar I would receive a copy in the mail. It is now mid-August and I havent received anything in the mail and I checked the course and nothing was there either. The company is refusing to give me a refund.

      I own a fence installation company, Bench craft called me and used high pressure sales tactics to get me to sign up for some advertising signs on a golf course back in march 2022 it is now the middle of august and no signs have been put up at the golf course after many attempts to try get an answer or a refund from someone at bench craft here we are. I will also be filing a complaint with the Attorney generals office. Bench craft company are scam artists do not send them any money. They took $395 from me and they do not call back when they say they will and they do not resolve any issues you may have with them..

      On Thu, Aug 19, 2021 at 10:45 AM I received a copy of my 1yearcourse guide sponsorship at the ***************************** for $395 from *********************************** from the ******* ********************* phone number ************ for my business ******** ************* Services. I was promised my advertisement would be displayed in the ***************************** and would gain a lot of attention and I would start receiving a high volume of business from golfers and their families starting in September. On September 7th after calling the department due to not having heard from then, *********************************, email address ******************************************************************* emailed emailed proofs and told me the artwork would start being displayed had changed to April. In June I went to the course and to my surprise did not see my logo/ad ANYWHERE. I am very disappointed and now can't seem to get anyone on the phone for a refund.

      Received an email 7/26 stating they were going to take $1580 out of my account for advertising of our business. We were misled and were told it was only for scorecards which were supposed to have been printed a month plus ago and were not. I called and spoke with ****** and explained not to charge my account and was spoken to very unprofessionally, cussed at and was told to get my husband on the phone insinuating that I could not handle this. I would NEVER speak to a client in this manner and will never do business with them. I want my 790$ returned as well since he misrepresented the advertising that was supposed to be done.
