      On 8/20/2022 I was contacted by ************* for *************** Golf Course for a ONE TIME $395. On 8/28/2022 I was contacted by ************************* for Etowah and ***************** courses. Total for the 3 $1185 from August 2022 until August 2023. Gave correct debit card info. They charged that day. Stated would get a guide for each course in mail in August. Never have gotten anything. I was contacted by *********************** on 10/6/2022 asking about how many guides I need. Stated only need one from each course, he said he sent email with guide description to email. He said reply with ok to show got the email. After typing ok they charged me $1,580 for April 2023 golf sponsorship? I never have him my debit card information again. They saved my debit card information without my my knowledge, authorization or approval so they can keep making charges. I want to be refunded all money spent now. I never gave them my approval to save my debit card information. Refund: $2,765 ****** text 8/6/2022 ****** this is ******. That was me that just called you. I have been trying to reach you. I am finishing the golf course ads that you bought and I need to ask you a quick question? This is not a sales call, can I call you ?

      Benchcraft golf is a scam! They call small business owners such as myself and offer them advertisements inside of golf brochures which do not print out for a following year. Your money is gone and you will never receive the services offer. I called and demanded a refund, they debated refunding monies and eventually did, however they withdrew transaction following day before money settled. They even sent me a receipt saying money was refunded but it is not in my account. Dont fall for this scam. Theirs hundreds of complaints about them.

      On 2/17/2022, I signed a contract with Bench Craft for an ad in the ******* Municipal Golf Course Course Guide. I paid $395 and sent in artwork which was approved. I was supposed to be provided a copy of the Guide once it was published. Instead, I received texts and phone messages asking me for another $395 to purchase a sign for the golf course or to get a better location in the Guide. The person told me that several advertisers had pulled out and they were trying to recoup money. I declined to purchase anything additional and again requested a copy of the golf course guide. I've emailed repeatedly and cannot get them to respond. I'm fairly sure I paid them $395 for a golf course guide that was never published. This company is so shady. I wish I had read the reviews before I gave them $395.

      This company has contacted me to place ads on the golf course score cards. I paid for Hadly Creek Golf Course and also the ************ golf course. I have since contacted both golf courses, had them send me pictures of the new score cards. They keep saying that they have pics in their office of them but the actual business does not have any.....My business ************************ is not on any of the score cards at either facility. I would like to be reimburesed for monies paid.

      We have made multiple attempts to contact this customer by phone to no avail. He did however forward us a picture of the scorecards he received from the host golf courses. Our copyright on the cards indicated the cards were old stock from shipments prior to the customer purchasing his ad spaces. We have pointed this out to the customer by email and supplied him with pictures of the most current cards. We have also sent him physical copies. Each golf courses has also recently ordered new stock due to the traffic at the golf course and using up all of the current stock that included this customer's ad space. We welcome a return phone call form ********************** if he needs any further clarification. We consider this complaint closed.

      I purchased advertisements to be run for 1 year long at 3 golf courses in their course guides. However, no advertisements were actually printed and put into circulation. One of the three golf courses say they do not even have an advertisement program and have never heard of Benchcraft or Fairway Media. Complete fraud. My emails and phone calls have been ignored.

      Paid into the golf course promo which they never put my company in any of the golf courses they say they were going to. Pocketed $1,500.00 and never produced any of the products they promised.

      We have contacted this customer and were met **************************** with hostility. She informed us that she closed her business today and that we picked a bad day to call her. We have verified delivery of each of the purchased ads to their respective golf courses with signed *** tracking. Attached with this response are scanned images of the printed products with her ad space included. Each ad was delivered in 2021. It is unfortunate that her CBD business did not succeed, however we are not the reason for her business closure and we should not have received this erroneous complaint. We consider the complaint closed. We wish ******************** the best in her future endeavors.

      I am rejecting this response because: they showed me scanned images which look very similar to the proofs mocked up. I never was shown any delivery notices or any proof that it was sent i was emailed only proofs. My hostility is because they have the rudest most horrific customer service who gaslight those who fell for their promises. Because they have now called me at my home I do not want any more contact with these people.

      Bench Craft contacted my son to hold a spot on a golf score card. My son informed them he would have to check with me and to NOT debit the bank account until discussed. I recently looked at my bank statement and they debited ****** from my bank account without my permission. Also, the guy ***************** claimes he is the project manager for the BayPointe Golf Course which is not the case at all. All false. I expect resolution or I will be seeking guidance from the Attorney General. No monies should have been debited. Thank you.

      I originally signed up for the services pre-COVID. When I went to check on the materials at the actual golf course in person, the staff there had no idea about anything related to Benchcraft. Benchcraft representatives would call every 2-3 months to check in, but I told them I was not interested in their services. They would continue to call and try to get me to pay and I had to continually tell them no. Someone called me today and got upset that I was asking questions and they hung up on me when it came to looking at the contract. I went to their website and called customer service. That representative pretty much just reiterated the same thing as the other representatives and told me that our promotions have been running all year and will continue through the end of October. He also said he would place a note in my file to no longer contact me. I got a weird feeling and went to go look up the contact for the golf course and they have been permanently closed since the beginning of the year. When I called Benchcraft to tell them that this golf course has been closed the whole time, he had no idea. The representative is looking into it and supposedly calling me back by end of the day or tomorrow.

We have made numerous phone calls, left messages, and sent multiple emails that have gone unanswered. We were able to communicate with a different individual that has given us the impression that Mr. ** Page is too busy to communicate with us personally. We have made a good faith effort to make up for a golf course closing unexpectedly. We welcome a response to the last email we sent with an offer of amicable resolution.       In attn. *********************, Vice ********** ********** We have been unsuccessful in obtaining pictures of the golf course ads that we paid for. We were told that they are up, but every time we ask for pictures to confirm this, we are being promised pictures next week, then next week, then next week, etc.When we signed the contract, I was promised by phone and reassured by ********************* that the ads will be up by August. Granted, the contract mentions that the signs will be up within 120 days from the date of signing the contract. We signed the contract on 8th June 2022. When I asked for details about this 120 days period, I was reassured that although the text cannot be changed in the written document per your legal advice, the ads will be up by August, the latest. As an incentive to accept the package, we were offered an additional spot included in the cost of the first one.It is the end of August, and so far ********************* promised me a number of times that the ads are up and that I will receive pictures. I do not believe the signs are up, at this point. We appreciate the second spot, but we would have preferred to have only one ad, and for it to be ** in time for this season, per our conversations, rather than two ads up for the winter when the course is empty.Without a clear update, we don't know when the 365 days of paid advertising start and when they end. If this is the case, the sign can be pulled off 2 months early by your company. This is NOT fair play. How would we know when the signs truly went up if we can't confirm it?

      This company is a scam! We signed up to advertise with them at a local golf course but nothing ever happened. Called the golf course to see if they got the cards and they said that they haven't worked with this company in over 3 years. My advice is to call the golf course first in order to make sure this is legit! But looking at their rating....just DON'T do any business with this company EVERRR!       UPDATED REVIEW:
      I wanted to thank Benchcraft for the immediate response from my original post earlier today.  I was able to get this situation resolved.  According to Benchcraft they never stated that they would not refund the money.  With a conference call I was able to confirm that what they actually stated was, "They have a firm do not cancel policy, but if they could not get my  advertisement done they would refund my money."  The staff that they spoke to was not able to confirm that they promised to refund but never the less my information was taken and a full refund was promised (the processing to begin immediately to my credit card on file).  Therefore I have given the company 3 stars for the immediate customer service and turnaround time. When I mentioned that we were told the credit card information was given to hold a spot and was told that no payment would be made until the order was complete....but they took the money the same day....no response was given so they were not able to defend themselves concerning this.   I wish it could have been 5 stars,but we made several calls and it should not have taken a "scathing" review to get this settled!  But thank you for the immediate customer service!
