      10/10 would recommend not working with these people. Do not even talk to these people. You will be left angry, exhausted, and with much less time on your hands. BBB maintains their A+ rating, only because BenchCraft continues to pay the annual dues. Youve been warned. STAY AWAY from BenchCraft.

      Boy do I wish I had read these reviews before handing over my credit card. The one star reviews below are almost exactly what happened to me. The service is horrendous as soon as they have billed your card. Everyone you talk to has a different story, and the lack of professionalism is remarkable. If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ****** *.

      Holy smokes... I wish I could have read the other reviews before I got tied up with this scam of a company. I was scammed the same way most of the other companies were. ****** ***** would call with his fast talking and calling me "brother" in an attempt to make you feel like he's doing you a favor. Before you know it, you think you haven't paid for golf course advertising and he's simply calling you to remind you to pay. We ended up paying over $7,000 of which about $3,000 was ********* in the world does Benchcraft have an A+ rating with all the 1 star reviews through the BBB? The BBB needs to seriously investigate this company and pay attention to reviews.

      we did multiple placements and we didn't get much for any leads through the coupons which happens. but when i didn't want to re-up except for the inclusion i already paid for in the previous year as part of a deal. they called told me i definitely got more leads argued, said they aren't arguing I'm wrong. then they wanted to charge me $850, before i could say anything more they hung up. i will never work with them again.

      The level of unprofessionalism at Bench craft Company is astounding unacceptable and sick. Our office manager called to speak with the sales person from Bench Craft ****** *. for a refund for a previous charge since we did not intend to renew our advertisement never signed any paperwork or made an agreement. He then proceeded to engaged in a disgusting fight with our office manger where he threatened to beat the sh*t out of him called him a ************* said he was a real man not telemarketer making real deals and we probably couldn't afford it that's why we are asking for our money back. He berated him and all with an air of superiority and just overall disgusting behavior. We did speak to a manager and he "apologized" her ******** behavior and said maybe they will have him take a day off. Really? You have this kind of disgusting behavior exhibited from one of your employee's and your response is well we will talk to him and maybe have him take a day off. Buyer beware this is the kind of treatment you can expect from this company when you don't want to renew. Utterly disgusted and disappointed, never in my entire years of life have I experienced someone speak to one of my employees in this manor and the BBB as well potential customers should be aware of this. Oh and by the way he also mocked that we might leave a bad complaint but we lost and would never get our money back. Well ****** I hope this "company" will actually hold you accountable for your actions. You should never be in customer facing position again if this is how you treat people. Hopefully they terminate this disgusting individual and try to improve as a company.

      Must be ran by children because they don't care at all about customer concerns, they will harass you until you upgrade your ad package, then when you try to speak to them they cut you off and end the call. Never will use them to sponsor ads again. Couldn't get basic information regarding where the ad was being placed such as locations and was told CEO's don't care about stuff like that. Joke of a company.

      They called me tiring to get me to advertise with a golf course in my area, said that they were working with the general manager *****. I called that golf course and they informed me that he passed away 4 years again. So I did not feel comfortable advertising with this company. I went online and spent some time looking up this company and found may reviews of this company scamming people out of there money and advertising. I posted on my personal; fakebook about the issue. Then this guy called me and I told him what happened, he twisted my words around, So I had to re-explain what happened, and I told him about the reviews I found online. He then said "What's wrong with you people," and proceeded to call me a clown!! (All of which I have recorded!!)I would highly recommend NOT doing business with this company! I DO NOT NEED A RESPONSE, BECASE NOTHING WILL CHANGE MY OPINION ON THIS COMPANY.
