The worst decision I ever made. They take advantage of people in pain. I should have done way more research. $1800 for nonsense. They DO NOT work. DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!! My back and knees are worse after using the product..They should be go to jail.

Stay away from The Good Feet Store, they're a shocking scam taking advantage of people suffering with foot pain. If you suffer from plantar fasciitis, it should be treated by a professional. In which you will get a cast made of your feet and inserts made specifically for you that will properly stabilize your arch and foot. 4 weeks after trying to use the three Good Feet inserts and having them cut into the bottom of my foot. I made an appointment to see a Podiatrist, and brought the inserts to my appointment, he informed me the only insert that was giving me any support was the trainer, the blue one, but along with the other two inserts, none of them fit my arch properly. When placing his finger on top of two of the inserts, he push down they flattened, they offered minimal support. The pair they sold me for flip flops and sandals had to be adhered to the shoe with sticky felt pads. The glue from the adhesive ruined my sandals and the supports would not stay in place and all this for $1400.00!. The Podiatrist made a mold of my feet and had inserts created especially for my feet for less than it cost at the Good Feet Store & am able to purchase additional inserts at 1/2 the cost. It's been two years since my bad experience with the Good Feet Store, and my feet are feeling great.

I would never use this store or any other good store again. I spent $1500 and was encouraged to spend more on three different and souls. They were painful and was told that it would get better. I could only wear the first and sometimes maybe the second one but never the third. I ended up going to a Walmart Dr. Scholl’s machine and standing on that machine where it electronically measured my standing points and gave me a soul for my shoe that has been working for years now. That cost me around $50 this what I should’ve done in the first place instead of the store. They only called measuring that was done in the good feet store was me standing and walking on paper , that showed an imprint, but it still does not have any science to it. Nor do they have any medical knowledge to address such a huge issue for people.

I went into Good Feet without doing my research. What a mistake! I explained to the employee I was looking for a walking shoe that would meet some specifics that I required. She never showed me a single shoe that they had displayed on the wall. She just swept in and started her sales pitch. She was a very practiced “snake oil salesperson “. I was getting uncomfortable and asked what this was going to cost. I was led to believe it was going to be about 1/3 of my total price of $1,542.00. She did not ask me if I wanted all three support types and didn’t explain the cost was per support. She also didn’t tell me the price of the cushions. I was in sticker shock when I walked to my car with my bag of supports. I faithfully followed the guidelines since I was assured this was going to make my feet happy. When the salesperson called to follow up I let her know how very unhappy I was. Then when I went to the store for the 30 day follow up they had another smooth operator work with me while the original stayed in the back room. She told me the problem was I had a strengther insert in one shoe and a flex in the other. I had never moved them after leaving the store on day one, so not my issue. She changed the type of strengher support and put the flex in my other shoes which I wore to my car. I was in so much pain I couldn’t walk back to the store. This second sales person said she was a manager from a different store and would call me in about five days to check on me. That was 12 days ago.
I hope this review saves someone else from spending over $1500 on something they didn’t want and didn’t help my feet. The one star rating is way to high but you have to select one!

30 minute pitch. 4 inserts. (I was told these are custom molded to my feet. BS. $2500 price. Keep it. I am not a fool. Bought something similar online for $60.
      This is a predatory scam.

I purchased the products on July 16, 2023, due to having a history of plantar fasciitiis and needing a new orthotic, at which time, I took my current orthotics, which needed to be replaced, as a model. After my initial appointment, I then returned six additional times seeking adjustments, to no avail. Eventually, I had no other option due to the pain, but to go to the orthopedist who diagnosed me with tendinitis on April 1, 2024. I returned to the store on April 7, 2024 and informed them of my current diagnosis, provided them with a copy of the doctor's note, including the diagnosis and informed them once again, the implants were not effective and causing additional pain. I was once again provided with implants they "thought" might work, but do not. Currently, I am involved in physical therapy to aid with alleviating the pain and have completed an appointment with a podiatrist for custom orthotics. The additional orthotics are priced at $500.00 and my cost with Good Feet was $2136.46. When I asked for a refund in April 2024, I was informed due to the length of time I was not eligible, but was given the three options; to meet with the Store Manager, have a permanent adjustment, provide me with a non corrective orthotic or allow someone else to have them.
This is horrible, you have a poor product that has caused additional pain, discomfort, money and time from work, that I didn't have. I followed your recommendations/directions and this company is unwilling to stand behind their product. Needless to say, I do NOT have this type of money, I work in the public service arena and this has caused severe financial stress. I now work a full time and two part time positions to pay for this terrible ordeal.

Bought a set of insoles because I too fell victim to the predatory sales tactics. I was told I could return them in 60 days for store credit. Today, 23 days later, I went in to the store to return them, completely brand new, never used, and was told since I had purchased them with the care credit that I had to initiate a claim with them first. I talked to care credit and was told it takes 60 days to complete the investigation, which goes outside of my return window. Sounds like I will have to get an attorney involved in this matter.

I was in a lot of pain. The Good Feet Store promised to solve my problem. They sold me 3pairs of plastic off the rack insoles for $ 1,500.00 plus tax. They said over time my foot pain will go away. My pain did not. They exchanged a pair for another and said give it time your pain will go away. It did not. I returned to the store. They said that they gave me the wrong inserts. They reexamined my feet and exchanged out all three pairs. They said that my pain would go away with time as my feet adjusted to the inserts. I
The pain persisted. I called the headquarters in California. The Augusta store called me back. They said that I did not come in for adjustments. They said that too much time had elasped since I bought my insoles. They asked what did I want them to do about it? They offered to examine another family members feet and fit them with insoles instead of offering me a refund.
Good Feet Stores falsely advertises the results that they can deliver. They sell an expensive product that does not work. Go to a podiatrist. It will save you money.

The product doesn't work, and the price is really high for some pieces of plastic. They make you apply for a credit card for ***** *****, no returns on their merchandise they just do exchanges for other piece of plastic. They take advantage of elderly people.

The Good Feet Store....BEWARE. They tell a good story and offer a $1700 solution in the form of mass produced very hard plastic inserts that are NOT RETURNABLE UNLESS you have a doctor's note (company policy). Seriously. Fortunately, I had the doctor's note. Go to your foot doctor first. You will likely find that mass produced hard plastic inserts are not the best solution for your problem feet. If inserts are the solution, it is likely you can buy custom made inserts for less than a third of the price from your doctor or the doctor will likely recommend a reputable supplier.
