I was looking for an online car auction on 11/12/13, Im in search of a new car. Just searching around the internet. I came across this website called Copart.com and i didnt know that they require a broker so their "broker" is called "Auto bid master". I checked them out, researched everything and it looked ok. So i setup an acct, paid a membership fee ($130) and $600 security deposit to start bidding so you can start car searching and place a bid in an auction. This auction was a "buy it now" these auctions are weird the way its set up. The car i found Its a 2014 **** Focus, sedan, silver, 98K miles, looked good. They sent me the info to process the payment. They only accept money gram, Zelle and wire transfers, those payments options shoulve been a warning to me. So, with fees, and car cost, shipping etc. Its $3745.00, the amount is too big to pay on Zelle so I paid $1872.50 on 11/13/23. It went thru no problem, they sent me another invoice i owe another $1872.50. I tried paying again the next day and it kept getting rejected and freezing my acct. The fraud **** keeps calling me so i can unlock my bank acct. I try calling auto bid master, and theres no answer. I tried online msg i get very little response, they just say "have you paid the rest?" "Do you have the receipt to finish the payment?" When i ask about other payment options they dont answer. I had to call my bank to reverse all other charges like membership fees ( i got back), fees to ship the car ($1363.00 in progress). One Last attempt i tried paying a lesser amount $900, it gets rejected and again freezing my acct. So, this is telling me its not safe, just leave it alone. So, i just simply want my refund $1872.50. I dont feel comfortable paying that amount with wire transfers, moneygram, now its Zelle. I see red flags with this auction, i just want my refund so i can search for a car somewhere else. The bank is working on reversing any other charges.

I paid $7000.00 for a Jeep that they delivered to me! I went to have the vehicle inspected the day of delivery because the jeep did not look like the jeep i was promised! The inspecting mechanic I brought it to advised that the vehicle can not be fixed! The engine is cracked, the suspension is no good, it's flood damaged, the delivery guy broke the front end and delivered it with a cracked windshield with oil spilled all over the top of the jeep! At the time of purchasing there was no engine light on but the Jeep was delivered with the check engine light on. I can not get this jeep inspected to drive because it is not drivable. I've tried calling to request a refund but no one is returning my calls. I do not have the title to do anything with this vehicle and I'm afraid the city will tow away off the streets. I've notified my bank of this scam to try and recover my money but because the funds were wired, my bank could not be of much help! My bank has advised me to file a police report. I have not yet signed the purchase agreement because the information within it is incorrect! I tried to go and inspect the vehicle before sending money but was told that they must deliver it to me only. I was scammed

I have been in contact with **** at ******* Master! She worked very well at getting me a refund and the refund was processed today back to my checking account for the entire amount. She arranged for a tow truck pick up from the mechanic shop where I had the vehicle checked out at and from there the vehicle was returned back to copart. I am still due an additional refund back to my credit card account which she assured will be sent back once I cancel the alert sent to the credit card company. I am very happy with the outcome. Thank you BBB for your help in assisting me with this issue. The issue has been resolved. Thank you

I purchased a 2020 Range Rover Evoque on 10/08/2023. The vehicle was advertised run and drive. Upon delivery 10/19/2023 the vehicle was not run and drive. It could not start. I was unable to put the vehicle in neutral. The ad was deceptive and my decision to purchase was based on the assumption the vehicle could drive.

    Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Ms.******* ****************

It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. I won a auto auction and this company is my broker. They are trying to charge me $340 for delivery for a 30 mile trip. I asked them to arrange delivery from the yard which is $110. They said they can't do that for me. I know they can. The reason they don't is because they want me to go through their price gouging shipper.

    Dear BBB,

AutoBidMaster is a licensed ****** motor vehicle dealer.  Members who purchase vehicles through our service have the option to companies recommended by us or their own service providers, to remove vehicles from auction yards.

**************** received a quote from EasyHaul.com,LLC to broker his shipment.  He did not want to pay that amount to ship the vehicle. We offered a discount but that was not acceptable to *****************  On August 24, 2023, by email we again told **************** was told ******** was not going to ship his vehicle for the amount requested, but that he always has the option to find the transportation company of his choice.  On August 30th we provided **************** a discount on the Storage Fees which were accumulating because he had not paid for his vehicle and reminded him that it was his responsibility to arrange for transportation for his vehicle.

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******* complaint regarding the delivery of the vehicle he purchased via AutoBidMaster.

As we previously stated, AutoBidMaster is a licensed ************ vehicle dealer.  We sell vehicle via a Membership Service.  Anyone wishing to utilize our Services must establish a membership with us, including providing their identification, placing a deposit, and agreeing to the Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service under which we do business.  **************** agreed to those items on July 2,2023 (the Agreement.)

**************** did not pay for the vehicle, as required when a vehicle is purchased via our Services.  As provided in the Agreement, when a vehicle is purchased but not paid for, after communication with the member, the vehicle will be relisted for sale.

**************** purchased the vehicle on August 23, 2023.  We invoiced **************** for the vehicle on the same day.  He communicated with us repeatedly about the vehicle he purchased.  In all of those conversations and emails, *************** never communicated that he believed he won the vehicle without his consent as he now brings up for the first time in reply to our answer regarding his complaint about the shipping of the vehicle.

The Agreement provides that all members are responsible for all bids made through their account. Section 8.1 and the Rules and Polices Section of the Agreement provide that members are responsible and bound to all bids and purchases made through their accounts.

We repeatedly reminded **************** that payment for the vehicle was due and then past due. At no time during any of these recorded conversations or emails did *************** claim that the vehicle was purchased without his consent.  **************** specifically stated he wanted to discuss shipping for the vehicle he purchased. The Rules and Policies Section of the Agreement provides, Payment for your purchase of any vehicle (including applicable Auction Fees) must be received before 5:00 pm (Pacific) on the next business day after the sale date.

We reminded him that he was incurring late fees.  We emailed him referring him to the Agreement that stated that were the vehicle not timely paid for and removed from the auction yard, it will be relisted for sale.  The Rules and Policies Section of the Agreement provides as follows:

If you do not complete your purchase transaction (by failing to pay, failing to pay in full, or for any other reason) before the payment deadline, you acknowledge and agree that we or our Dealer will cancel your purchase and request that Copart relist the vehicle for sale through the auction. If this occurs, you must pay the applicable relist fees ("Relist Fees"). The Relist Fee is the sum of Coparts Fee plus the Transaction Fee. The type and amount of applicable fees is available here.

No payment for the vehicle was made by **************** and the vehicle was relisted on September 1, 2023. There is currently a balance due on Mr. ******* account for the Relist Fee.

I bought 2019 ***** Equinox through Autobidmaster on 4/4/2023 to start driving for Uber/Lift on the auction page the car was posted as clean title with normal wear. After the car was delivered to my address, I noticed that there is a red sign on the bord showing air bag needs service. upon looking at the inside and outside of the car, I can tell that the car has been in accident and repaired. Also, the air bag was deployed and tucked in poorly on the doom of the inside. I drooped the car to ***** dealer to be fixed. After less than an hour, i got a call from the dealer and tooled the car has been in accident and told me to come and pick it up. I think they don't want to be liable or something. After that I reached out to Autobidmaster and stated the situation. They were pushy stating that they are not responsible and at the end they asked me if I need to dispute the sale. I told them I needed to dispute the sale stating the car should have been sold as a salvage and not as clean title. I received a link and instruction using certified mail. I feel out the form and send it using certified mail and a copy using regular mail. After a few days, I received an email from ************************* stating I need to send the form using certified mail. I replied back stating I send both certified and regular mail and I send a copy of the certified mail and a screenshot of the delivery of the mails. Dear BBB:

Thank you for the opportunity to comment on the complaint filed by ********************

AutoBidMaster does not operate as a traditional motor vehicle dealership.  We fulfil sales for vehicles listed on AutoBidMaster.com.  The vehicles on AutoBidMaster.com are vehicles being advertised by national auto auctions.

In order to bid on a vehicle listed on AutoBidMaster.com, a person has to become a member of that Service. In order to become a member, each person has to submit a photo identification and agree to the terms and conditions under which vehicles are sold.  ************ agreed to those conditions on April 3, 2023 (the Agreement).

The Agreement details the conditions under which the vehicles are sold, as well as the rights and responsibilities of each party.  As we never have physical possession of the vehicle, we explain, in multiple places in the Agreement that we make no representations regarding the vehicle and that it is the members responsibility to inspect any vehicle prior to bidding and sale.  Section 2 of the Agreement provides, in part:  Purchasing a used or salvage vehicle from an online auto auction marketplace presents many risks. It is your sole responsibility to inspect any vehicle prior to placing any bid. Had ************ inspected the vehicle prior to its purchase, and had the issues claimed of been present, ************ would know so before his purchase.  We are not responsible if members elect not to inspect vehicles.

We specifically state, on the website and in the Agreement, that all vehicles are sold as is, where is and that no representations are made regarding the condition of any vehicle. Information provided on the site regarding the condition of the vehicle or status of the title comes from third-partys inventory of the vehicle and we specifically state, and all Members agree, that this information cannot be relied upon.  Section 7.1 of the Agreement clearly states that vehicles sold via our Services may have latent, hidden, or undisclosed damage or other conditions that are not immediately apparent or discoverable.

Titles that are listed as clean at the time of the vehicles entry into the auctions system may be inaccurate or out of date by the date of sale.  We do not get to determine whether a vehicle has a clean or salvage title.  Those decisions are made by the various states and other reporting agencies.  Members agree that it is the Members sole responsibility to research the vehicle and title status prior to purchase.  Section 7.1 of the Agreement provides:  You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate any vehicle and all related Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer)) before placing any bid or purchasing any vehicle using our Services.

We also specifically state that repairs may be needed to any vehicle listed on our site. Members acknowledge that these repairs must be made at their expense. Section 7.1 of the Agreement states, in part:  You agree that vehicles sold via our Services may not be fit for use as a means of transportation, may not comply with local, state, or federal emissions standards, and may require substantial repairs at your expense.

************ did send a letter to us.  He did not send a Notice of Dispute.  Nevertheless, we responded to ************** letter on May 10, 2023.  In our letter to ************, we explained that based on the obligations of each party as outlined in the Agreement, all issues he has claimed fall squarely within his responsibilities under the contract, and as such, no refund or other compensation is due to him.

Should you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hello, I bought two cars from AutoBidMaster . I was deceived by this company . They told me that you can store the car for free for a month without calculating storage fees. After the month, $10 will be charged, but the opposite happened. They took stocking fees, not $10. They calculated $50 per day, and the car did not complete one month, and I have a proof of chats when he said that, also he chatted with me today and said I have to pay 470$ although it was closeed on 27/06 its not possible to deal with that company they are try to scam people I want all my money to send back because they are trying to scam people not to service people

    Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address Taleb Alshehhis complaint.  The complaint is that Taleb Alshehii was charged for late payment fees and storage fees.

It might be helpful to understand that AutoBidMaster is not like your local used car dealership. We operate a membership-based online auto auction marketplace.  Dealers affiliated with our marketing platform sell vehicles from auctions to members.  Our process is fully explained on our site:  www.AutoBidMaster.com, and anyone wishing to utilize our services must agree to our Terms and Conditions, Rules and Policies, Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy, in order to use our services.  ************** agreed to these when he became a member of our Services on May 12, 2023 (the Agreement).

Taleb Alshehhi purchased two vehicles from one of AutoBidMasters motor vehicle dealers.  Taleb Alshehhi then purchased shipping brokerage services through EasyHaul.com, LLC (EH).  AutoBidMaster facilitates the purchase of shipping brokerage services, but each member may elect to ship vehicles via any shipper they choose.  Here, Taleb Alshehhi elected to ship via EHs services. EH is a third-party company to AutoBidMaster, LLC.

Taleb Alshehhi shipping transaction is covered by the Logistic Shipping Agreement (***) between Taleb Alshehhi and EH.  Per Section 5.3.1 of the **** Storage Fees are charged by warehouse not owned or operated by either AutoBidMaster or EH and those purchasing shipping brokerage services agree to pay all storage fees charged by the warehouse. Per Section 5.3.1 of the **** warehouses can start to charge storage in ***** days depending on the warehouse.  There were 47 days of Storage Fees for one vehicle. There will likely be Storage Fees incurred on the other vehicle.

In addition to Storage Fees, Taleb Alshehhi incurred Late Payment Fees. Section 5.4 of the *** provides of Late Payment Fees of $50-100 per day for all amounts which are not timely paid.  In addition, Taleb Alshehhi was charged Late Payment Fees for not timely paying for his purchase.  We have multiple emails from Taleb Alshehhi saying he was going to pay and acknowledging the Fees.  As a courtesy, we waived over $16,000 in Fees.

We are sorry that Taleb Alshehhi is unhappy, but based on the Agreement between the parties, he is not entitled to any further compensation, and he is not entitled to any refund from either AutoBidMaster nor EH.

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you would like to discuss this matter further.

    Sincerely,

?I purchased a second vehicle, 2012 ****** Quest, through Autobidmaster on Wed, 6/21/23 and paid in full on Fri, 6/23/23. Autobidmaster stated the car would be delivered on average of 5 business days but to my surprise, I receive a text message from towing stating the vehicle was left on the sidewalk in front of my home because the car doesnt start. When asked if they can park in the driveway they stated they already left and their equipment was too big to place car in driveway. Since I was traveling out of state and live in an HOA that does not allow vehicles left on the sidewalk, I independently hired ********************** that came within 2 hours to jump start the vehicle to place car in driveway but they stated the car does not shift from park, to reverse, to drive as if the transmission is completely gone on the vehicle. This vehicle was sold as Run and Drive and I am aware at times the batteries of vehicle go dead when a vehicle sits for an extended amount of time but if the transmission is completely gone or the vehicle needs a new transmission and the vehicle does not shift from Park, the vehicle should have been listed by Copart as an "Engine Start Program" NOT "Run and Drive". The vehicle was listed on Tue, 6/20/23 at 9:15 pm as "Run and Drive" and I purchased on Wed, 6/21/23 at 8:36 pm. The vehicle was delivered on Mon, 6/26/23 and left on the sidewalk while I was traveling out of state. I left a message for the General Manager on 6/26/23 stating this information and filing a claim for a refund because the vehicle was inaccurately listed. Based on Coparts Member Protection Pledge, If the vehicle's running condition has not been accurately classified according to criteria for those programs and I notify immediately for which I did on 6/26/23, I am entitled to a refund. The General Manager of ****** stated since I went through a broker, Autobidmaster, that the refund would have to occur from them but since notification, they are being difficult and do not want to cooperate therefore I am filing complaints.I am requesting a refund of $3,817.50 and if another $25 is charged to my card on file per another random statement charge that was created this morning, 7/3/23, I am hereby requesting a refund for $3,842.50.

    Dear BBB,
Thank you for the opportunity to address ************* complaint.  The complaint is that the vehicle was delivered to in front of her house rather than in her driveway and that the vehicle was not running or driving.

************ ****** agreed to these when she became a member of our Services on September 15, 2022 (the Agreement). The ******** at issue was sold via one of our Dealers on June 21, 2023.

In the Agreement between AutoBidMaster and ************, she agreed that he understood that she was purchasing the vehicle on an as is basis, with no warranties, and without reliance on any of the information provided in the vehicle listing.  ************ further agreed that it was her responsibility to research and inspect the vehicle before bidding on the vehicle.

In the Agreement, AutoBidMaster explains, and members agree and accept that as AutoBidMaster does not have possession of the vehicle, we cannot and do not make any representations regarding any vehicle.  The run and drive information is not provided by AutoBidMaster but is information provided by Copart, as the company running the auction.  The information is taken in as a part of their inventory when they add a vehicle to their services.  It is not guaranteed by AutoBidMaster, nor is it verified in any way.  We expressly disclaim any representations and or warranties regarding the vehicle.  We require that members agree that they understand and agree to such conditions of all purchases, prior to making any purchase.

The run and drive information in all vehicles listed as runs and drives is further explained in the listing as follows:/
According to Copart, Run and Drive means that, when the vehicle was initially listed into the auctions inventory the vehicle:  1. Started under its own power or with the use of external jump box. Was put into gear.  3. Moved forward.  This designation is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle will be able to start,be put into gear or capable of moving forward at the time of the sale.  There is no guarantee, representation, or warranty that the vehicle is in roadworthy condition or can be lawfully driven.  It is the Members sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate the vehicle prior to bidding on it.  Once the vehicle is awarded, won, or purchased, all sales are final.

Further, Section 2 of the Agreement specifically states, in part:

While we may provide information and other guidance as part of our Services, such information and guidance are for informational purposes only and you may decide whether or not to follow it. By using our Services, you understand and agree that neither we nor our Dealers (a) own, control, employ, recommend, or endorse any of the independent third-party sellers who own the vehicles available for purchase using our Services; (b) own or possess the vehicles available for purchase using our Services (unless we are listed as the seller); (c) research, verify, confirm, guarantee, or warrant the accuracy or completeness of any Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer)) for any vehicle available for purchase using our Services; and (d) make any representations, warranties or guarantees of any kind regarding the quality or condition of the vehicles available for purchase through our Membership Services.

In addition, per Section 7.1 of the Agreement, ************ agreed that:
All vehicles are "AS-IS" and "WHERE IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS". All vehicles are sold from by our Dealers. We do not buy or sell vehicles. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services are sold without any warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or warranty of merchantability. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services are not represented as being in road-worthy condition or mechanically sound. You agree that vehicles sold via our Services may have latent, hidden, or undisclosed damage or other conditions that are not immediately apparent or discoverable.  You agree that vehicles sold via our Services may not be fit for use as a means of transportation, may not comply with local, state,or federal emissions standards, and may require substantial repairs at your expense.  You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate any vehicle and all related Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer)) before placing any bid or purchasing any vehicle using our Services.

In the Agreement ************ agreed that it was her duty to inspect the vehicle prior to bidding on it.

Section 2 of the Agreement states, in part, Purchasing a used or salvage vehicle from an online auto auction marketplace presents many risks. It is your sole responsibility to inspect any vehicle prior to placing any bid.

In addition, per Section 7.1 of the Agreement, **************** agreed that, You agree that it is your sole responsibility to ascertain, confirm, research, inspect, and/or investigate any vehicle and all related Vehicle Information (as defined in Section 7.2 (Vehicle Information Disclaimer) before placing any bid or purchasing any vehicle using our Services.

This vehicle was sold on June 21, 2023.  Per Section 8.3 of the Agreement, if there is an issue with a vehicle it must be ****** to our attention prior to the vehicle being removed from the auction lot.  The vehicle was removed on June 23,2023.  We received no complaint about the vehicle until June 26, 2023.  As we did not receive any complaint until over a month after the member took possession of the vehicle, we have no way to ascertain whether the damage the member claims were present at the time of sale or occurred latter.  As per the terms of the Agreement, as ************ took possession of the vehicle without brining any concerns to our attention prior to taking possession, under the Agreement between the parties he has accepted the vehicle in its as is condition.

************ purchased shipping brokerage services via EasyHaul.com, LLC.  Her transaction with EasyHaul.com, LLC is governed by her Logistic Shipping Agreement (***).  Per Section 7 of the **** it is the responsibility of the person requesting the shipping to be available at the time of delivery. In the event You are not available or reachable by phone at the time of delivery, then the driver will have the right to make a decision to off load the Vehicle without You or anyone present at delivery to sign for the vehicle.

EasyHaul.com, LLC does not guarantee shipping dates or delivery times.  ************ was emailed and texted when a driver was assigned to her vehicle and when the vehicle left the yard.  ************ was not home on the date of the delivery.  The driver communicated with her and explained that the vehicle would be left in front of her home.  ************ messaged the driver to ask that he leave the keys under the mat of the vehicle, which he did.  Section 5.3.3 of the *** provides that it is ************** responsibility to provide all access and equipment for the vehicle unloading, if the vehicle cannot be driven off the transport vehicle.  ************ provided no such assistance with unloading and as such, the vehicle was unloaded directly in front of her house.  AutoBidMaster, LLC is not responsible for ************* failure to comply with her *** with EasyHaul.com, LLC.

We are sorry that ************ is unhappy with the vehicle she purchased via AutoBidMaster, but based on the Agreement between the parties, she is not entitled to a refund or other compensation.

    Complaint: 20269765

I am rejecting this response because:

Copart is taking responsibility for the error of listing the vehicle incorrectly as Run and Drive when it should have been listed as Engine Start Program. Autobidmaster inaccurately stated the vehicle would be delivered on average 5 business days from when the payment is made in full which was 6/24/23. I was never notified via text message or phone call that the vehicle was being delivered on 6/26/23 because Autobidmaster refuses to allow members to use their own towing company. If they allowed members to use their own towing company, I would have been made aware BEFORE the vehicle left the yard of the incorrect listing made by Copart and NOT after the vehicle is left in front of the sidewalk which would have prevented all of these complaints.

Based on Coparts Member Protection Pledge:

If the vehicle's running condition has not been accurately classified according to criteria for those programs and I notify immediately (for which I did on 6/26/23 with Coparts General Manager and Autobidmaster via phone call) I am entitled to a refund.

    Sincerely,

    Dear BBB,

Thank you for the opportunity to provide information about ************** complaint regarding the delivery of his vehicle.

AutoBidMaster, LLC provides a membership services, where members of the public can join our services which allows them to purchase vehicles listed for sale via auto auctions.  In order to purchase a vehicle from one of our Dealers, a person must agree to the terms and conditions under which we and our Dealers do business (the Agreement).  ************ agreed to the Agreement on January 18, 2023.

In February he purchased two vehicles through our ****** dealer.  AutoBidMaster, LLC is an ****** licensed motor vehicle dealer.  We do not know why ************ would make racist allegations about our company.  We are based in ****** and sell vehicles.

Also in February, ************ purchased shipping brokerage services for vehicles through our recommended shipping provider, EasyHaul.com, LLC.  The shipping services are covered through ************* ******** Services Agreement with EasyHaul.com, LLC.  EasyHaul.com, LLC is a ********** based vehicle transportation logistics company.

EasyHaul.com, LLC is the shipping broker, not the owner of the domestic warehouse, the shipping lines, the local warehouse, or any of the clearing companies.  Because vehicles in international shipments pass through many companies, over which EasyHaul.com,LLC has no ownership or control, EasyHaul.com, LLC offers all purchasers of shipping brokerage services are offered insurance to cover damage or loss of the vehicle in shipment.

We have discussed ************** allegations with EasyHaul.com, LLC and they have discussed them with the managers of the warehouse where the vehicle was shipped from.  The parties have also reviewed the photographs of the vehicle at the time of sale.

There were no vehicle mats in the vehicle at the time of sale.  It appears there were parts of the exhaust system at the time of sale, but they were not well attached, and may have come off when the vehicle was loaded by third parties.  It is this kind of damage that our damage insurance is intended to cover. Unfortunately, ************ only elected to purchase loss coverage.  He did not elect to purchase damage coverage.  As such, the responsibility for insuring the vehicle from damage was his own.  As provided in the ******** Services Agreement, these kinds of damages are outside of the responsibility of EasyHaul.com, LLC.

Although they are not required to, the warehouse has agreed to look for the missing pieces of the exhaust system and ship them to ************ if and when they are found.  If such occasion arises, our team will be in contact with *************

We are sorry ************ is unhappy with the terms of the shipping brokerage but based on the terms of both the Agreement with AutoBidMaster and the ******** Services Agreement with EasyHaul.com, LLC, no amount is due to ************

Bought a 2014 ******** **** from auto bid master. They knew the engine was blown and so did the insurance company. It was not disclosed and it was as is sale but I was stuck with the car. I was sued over this vehicle and lost when resold. I even sold it as is and the judge deemed what was not disclosed on me and I demanding my money back from auto bid master or I will be filing a very large lawsuit for a lot more than what I paid for the car. I have hired 3 people to do nothing but receive information about auto bid master and to report at least 3 reviews a day online if I am not fully refunded. They absolutely do not have a good rating online and it will unfortunately get a lot worse if they do not respond within 7 days from now.
