I have asked many times for Radaris to fix my age on their website (I'm 58, but they list me as 63). Instead, they keep showing my information wrong. My age is also listed incorrectly as 60 on "Fast People Search" (Reputation Defender), which I believe is the same company. When I called Radaris customer service, ************, they just directed me to their paid removal service, "Fast People Search" (Reputation Defender). I cannot remove all my personal information from the Radaris website using their "remove my info" option. Radaris is still showing my details, which puts me at risk of identity theft. Radaris agreed to delete my personal information as shown in the attached screenshot within 24 hours of my request. That did not happen. I contacted them by email after the initial response and heard nothing further. I also called them and left a message which got no response. I have been trying to remove my information from Radaris (some of which has incorrect information). Even after opting out several times and waiting over a week, my profile is still being displayed here:********************************************************** After contacting Radaris support, they said they are only accepting requests from Gmail or Yahoo. This is silly as not everyone has those providers (I don't for privacy reasons, obviously).
