  I had an extremely stressful and costly situation arise as a small-time landlord in a building managed by AMS-NW. While the issue largely didn't involve them, they were totally on the ball and extremely helpful throughout it. It made a big difference.************************* was particularly helpful, communicating to me what the *** could/couldn't do regarding specific aspects of the problem, and even pushed for a reassessment of fines that were automatically levied against me as the landlord - despite the issue not being my fault. That meant a lot to me, as did her team's prompt responses throughout our correspondence. Beyond that, she showed a lot of empathy for what I was going through, which caught me off guard - building management groups (or any large management group of any type, really) aren't often where you're going to find a whole lot of personal touch and warmth when stressful situations arise. Yet she and her team really stepped up and were very supportive of me throughout the ordeal.I highly recommend ************************ and the rest of the team at AMS-NW. They couldn't have been more helpful than they were throughout this saga. They're all complete professionals - and have been every other time I've communicated with them prior to this, too. A++

  Working with the folks at AMS is an absolute treat! ************** is extremely professional, prompt, and pleasant to interact with. I always look forward to corresponding with her. It's obvious that customer satisfaction is a priority there.

  To Whom it May ******** I would like to Thank your services for the excellent experience I had when calling in: First I was amazed that a actual live person answered the phone without having to push any buttons to find a breathing human that greeted me. It was so pleasant in these days to actual have some just pick up the phone to help with my needs.......So Thank you for making that so easy!!! Second it was so nice speaking with ************************* as she took to my needs so quickly & easily that it took no time to understand what we had to get resolved. It is so unheard of to get this kind of service today that I was just blown away at how pleasant it was working with your team. ******* was fun to speak with and we had some good laughs with my mistake that was made, but she took right to the seriousness of the matter worked to get it resolved.   Great customer service. The first lady I spoke with not only provided excellent customer service but emailed me immediately after my call with the links and account info I needed to register my condo.Much appreciated.
