They failed to follow up on proactive roof maintenance on purchase of my home. They are very expensive just to get stood up.AMS | Association Management Services NW

The previous owner reported there was moisture buildup in the attic, not an active leak, following a home inspection for the sale of the unit. Management contacted a vendor to schedule access with the prior Owner to investigate. The contractor determined that insulation had been blocking the bird blocks (venting). Management heard nothing further from the prior Owner or the vendor after the initial assessment on the attic repairs, until recently,in which the newer Owner is claiming there is a potential roof leak. Management has since reached out to another Vendor to investigate the attic space/roof leak and report back of any issues so repairs can be made. The vendor was provided the Owners contact information to schedule access and remedy the concern, and the Owner had been notified.Review fromKevin B

****** was so helpful and patient. Navigating the complexities around the ***** and the day to day can be a challenge. ****** certainly took maximizing our experience seriously, and with a smile ??
