    As *** became the new management service for my complex, they have raised the *** payment monthly rate, and charged a $100,000 special assessment to be paid for by the owners of the complex. The condo needed work, and I could understand the reasoning. But nothing has been done. I reported a plumbing issue in the walls of my complex in January which was not addressed by anyone for the next SIX MONTHS. When I finally bit the bullet and hired my own plumber to get the work done, *** finally got back to me to tell me they were scheduling someone, after I had repeatedly attempted to contact them about the issue. Not only did they not take "No" for an answer when I told them I resolved the issue myself. The *** representative then began to SCREAM at my father and I, hang up on us, then repeatedly call back to again SCREAM at us because we had the gall to repair the issue ourselves after waiting for SIX ********* one at *** ever bothers to pick up their phones, you could call 10 times a day and not get a response back for weeks, only to be told it was the "wrong number" despite the number being what was provided to us when AMS began management. This is not specific to homeowners either, I attempted to sell my condo and even the representatives of the buyer's lender could not get a hold of the company after calling at least 5 times. Even my own realtor could not once get a hold of anyone at the company.I was prepared to sell my condo to a buyer that had finished the inspections and everything, and was literally one day away from finalizing the sale, when they backed out because of a now surprise assessment coming in ********************* exists solely to leech money from homeowners and cares nothing for the communities that they "manage." This last year has been the most stressful of my entire life because of this. Things cannot continue like this.

    *** is hired by the Board of Directors on behalf of the Association. The direction the Board is taking is supported by the hired Consultants and would be the Boards decision regardless of who manages the Association. Please be sure you are calling our main line (Vancouver's is ************). If your Management Team is available to take they call,they will, but they may be in meetings, onsite or on other calls and are not always available in the moment the call comes in. If you are leaving voicemails and not receiving a response, we can investigate the incoming call number and determine if we are having call routing issues. When there are larger issues in a building, some repairs may not always be immediate. At no time should our team yell at our clients. If you can provide any information on who you spoke with, we can provide coaching.

    I just moved in but so far, the company has been extremely responsive and easy to communicate with. I had to get an approval and it was done within 1 day! Im very relieved to know that this is how the issues of the complex will be handled. Ive been speaking with ****** and theyre so friendly and quick to reply!

    The worst property management Ive ever engaged with , Unfortunately, the community living using them And Im trying my best to get the agreement with them canceled They are liars. They dont do their job. They dont serve you. They demand and collect funds from you. They overpricing everything.
