    The **** **** is a better place because of ******* ******* at the front desk. He is a stellar lead concierge and leads a great team of fantastic concierges. He lights up our lobby with his smile and enthusiasm! He is always professional while being fun and thoughtful in how he helps everyone! He is a very valued and special member of the building community!!

    I have nothing but great things to say about AMS (specifically working with ******************************* and *********************************). We moved to AMS with lots of "baggage" from our previous Property Management company and AMS has truly helped us get back on track. They know thier stuff, are super responsive and truly care about our community. So happy to be working with AMS!

    *****, the building manager at ********* was very helpful. Even though he had a busy day and the Resident Portal system was acting up he took the time to make sure I had keys and garage access right away when I needed to move in. Thanks *****!

    Time spent living at the **** **** is even more of a pleasure when you have ******* at the front desk. If there were a concierge Olympics, hed take home the gold in every event. Hes a delightful mix of efficiency, professionalism and charm.He is approachable and helpful, and is quick to solve a problem. ******* is the concierge we all dream of having but rarely find. Hes the kind of person who turns what could be a stressful day into a breeze, all while making you laugh. Five stars arent enoughhe deserves an entire constellation!

    ******* answered the phone quickly and addressed my concerns and deserves acknowledgement as a great employee.I greatly appreciate her and will appreciate *** even more when I am able to confirm that my electronic payment has gone through.First concern was that I was unable to log into the *** Online Portal despite using the password reset link. She had me log in as a new user and stayed with me while I did it. (Who knows why the password reset link didn't work; it should have).Second concern was regarding paying my *** **** from my credit union. It's really too bad that clear, concise directions aren't easily available and necessitated my phoning.

    ******* is so helpful and knowledgeable. He always greets us with a smile and is eager to help answer questions/have a pleasant conversation while we are picking up packages. He is such an asset to the condo. Thank you *******!

    Our building (*****************) has recently changed to AMS. I have been very pleased with our new concierge staff (******, *******, ****** and JP). They are professional, friendly to both tenants and visitors and always willing to help. I especially like the information they put in the elevators about where to eat and events happening in our area and building.
